Driver was very kind. Was told he was picking up one person so he only had a Mercedes sedan. We had multiple bags. He was forced to put them in between our seats plus in front seat. Crafty driver. Bad dispatch home office.

Did a great job driving and car was clean as well as having water available to us. During the drive to our hotel he pointed out points of interest and gave a little history. Spoke great English. Our driver George took us on more than just a ride to our hotel. He offered so much insight and intelligent conversation throughout the short journey. My wife and I used this company as we booked a transfer from the airport to the St. George hotel near downtown Athens. Our driver, Melina, was incredible! The transfer went great! She was there waiting for us at the airport with our name on a placard. The car was new and clean. Melina helped us with our very heavy luggage then gave us bottles of water as soon as we got in. Her English was great and she gave us a lot of really cool information about visiting the area.! We definitely recommend this company and will use them again!

We had to make a last minute change in pickup from the airport due to a last minute taxi strike. Our travel agent booked us with This company. Quote a steep cost, but what else are you to do? Melina was an excellent driver. She was prompt, holding a sign for us after the baggage claim area, and was friendly and went out of her way to tell us interesting aspects about Greece. She even went with us to a local fast food place and showed us how to order the specialities which we brought back to our hotel to eat. Her level of service was more than we expected and we were very happy to have her as our driver and mini tour guide as most of us are first time visitors to Greece.

My tour guide was amazing, harry went above and beyond driving us from location to location. He gave us the best tour, and the best facts about Athens. A really sweet gentleman who open doors for us and gave use the best food recommendation for lunch. Harry made my spontaneous trip to Greece worth it ! 10/10

The service was excellent. Panos met us at arrivals and was insistent on helping us with all of our luggage. He also gave us great recommendations for food and tips about the neighborhood we were staying in. He also drove very safely. We’ve had a lot of experiences in Europe with transfer drivers driving crazy. Panos was a very careful and safe driver which was appreciated.

We traveled from Atlanta to Athens with a layover in Amsterdam. After such a long trip we wanted a seamless airport pick up and drive to our hotel. After easily booking on line, Harry (our driver) met us in the Arrivals Hall like we were old friends………. We landed @ 4:25pm, so the drive into the City Center was during Rush Hour. Harry provided excellent information on the city during the drive and provided the perfect warm welcome to Athens. Our plane was an hour late arriving but our driver met us at 11:30 pm no problem. He was pleasant and gave us a great initial introduction to Athens. Car was clean and comfy. We were so happy for the cold water bottles and he gave us a nice candy gift at the end. Our hotel was a little difficult to find so he walked us to the front door with our luggage. So nice to have a friendly greeting and ride in a strange city and not have to worry about getting a taxi or finding our way late at night. Definitely would reserve with Viator and this company again.

Our driver was on time and waiting for us outside of baggage claim. We were driven to our Athens hotel in a clean and comfortable mini van, and the driver provided just enough conversation to pass the 40 minute ride quickly for a very jet lagged set of 4 travelers. Very satisfied with the experience.

Highest marks for this service after we had a 2.5 hour delay on our flight to Athens. They kept in communication with us and monitored our flight without blinking. Mr. Giorgos was waiting for us with a sign with a smile after baggage claim and loaded all 4 passengers and 7 pieces of luggage in a clean Peugeot van which was very comfortable. Mr. Giorgos not only takes pride in his work but also his country as he thanked us for visiting and told us much about his culture and Athens. We finally got to our center of Athens hotel at 1am and we highly recommend this service without hesitation.

The girl who picked us up from the airport, Melina, was polite and patient. Our flight from Egypt was delayed and we had to pick up our luggage. Although she herself was troubled, she welcomed us smiling with cool bottles of water!!!! Congratulations!!!
