Our driver was prompt, the car was a nice big van, and he was a careful driver. His English was very good and definitely sufficient for the transport service. I would definitely book future airport transportation with this provider.

The driver was late and actually dressed unprofessional, rude and honestly we were unsure he was the driver until we entered the van. All which made two women traveling alone questioning the service. The ride itself was pleasant but a van for 16 ppl was overkill for just two. If I was traveling in a larger group the ride would of been more relaxing.

Was expecting same or similar black van that had picked us up from Athens airport but received a run down van that was not in great shape. It was a beat up van and it appeared previous riders had eaten/crumbs everywhere that had not been cleaned prior to our pickup. Concerned we would not make the airport as van was running on its last leg making all kinds of noises.. Driver stopped on side of highway at one point popped hood and did something.

Difficulties in communicating with the operator. Wouldn’t answer my messages and emails. I ended up having to ask Viator to contact. Spent time I shouldn’t have had to confirming the correct pickup address and time. Finally confirmed but driver was still 15 minutes late, ‘due to traffic’. Unacceptable. The driver should account for traffic and be at the pickup address at least 5 minutes early. Booked and paid extra for a minivan to make sure we had enough room for luggage but a car came instead. Luckily our luggage fit and we got to the airport in enough time - even though driver missed an exit and had to reroute. Overall disappointing. I should get a refund for the difference in rate for minivan vs. car but probably not worth the time pursuing. Probably not going to use Viator for ground transportation again.
The driver was fine, punctual and pleasant. the rate is based on the communication with the person who sent the driver who was less than pleasant and had it been sooner, I would have just canceled it .

We always use Viator in any activities and transfer if we go vacation. This tour is the first and worst transfer that i booked. It says 5 stars in reviews but not in our experience. If i can only give -5 stars i will. We almost didn’t make it to our flight because the transfer didn’t showed up. Even i keep on messaging the tour operator 24 hrs before our flight and viator customer service wasn’t able to help me. Until now i’m still waiting for my refund. Even worst it’s the day that we’re going to Santorini to celebrate my birthday that i have to deal with this 😢
The driver did not go to pick up the guest. Also there was no one to communicate with in Greece. the number provided just had an audio recording and no one responded. We need 100% refund for this transfers

Driver was great. On time, very knowledgeable and helpful. Pretty cool for a 2:45 pick up. We used Viator several times throughout our vacation and we’re never disappointed.
Driver called 30 minutes prior to scheduled pick up to say he wasn’t picking up. Further stated that he had no one that could pick us up to take us to the airport. Ended up with using Uber I’m Athens. Faster, cheaper and arrived quickly.
Vehicle selected was small for our size of group. Barely enough seat belts and space for luggage. Vehicle was old and had a cracked windshield and the check engine light was on. We were concerned he would even make it to the airport and to top it off her went the back way which had us worried. Communication was sparse, only a word or two. Overall we got there on time and in one piece but the experience wasn’t pleasant.

Our driver was on time and courteous. Our problem was with the change time rules. Our airline notified us at 3am that our 11am flight was delayed until 1:47pm. We had a scheduled 7am pick-up. We called the service as soon as we knew about the change but they wouldn’t let us change our pick-up time. We had to go to the airport at 7am and sit there for almost 7 hours until our flight time. There isn’t usually a 24 hour notice when flights are delayed and they weren’t flexible at all.
If I could have given 0 stars, I would have done so. We had booked online, status accepted, but when we arrived in Athens, there was no one there.
