George was waiting for us right we we got there. He took our bags give us water and then proceeded to drive us to a few of the best lookout points giving us history and information along the way to our hotel. He went above and beyond and was so personable and nice. This was just an airport to hotel transfer but with George it was so much more. We would highly recommend!!! Overall perfect experience!

Pick up was prompt even though we had flight delays. Our driver was friendly and helpful. He personally made sure we made it inside our hotel since door to door delivery by car was not possible due to road blockades.

We hired a private transportation from the airport to our hotel on Wednesday May 22nd. The picture shown is a Mercedes four door car, and instead we were picked up by a yellow taxi. The driver was on time and with a sign. However, not the vehicle that was expected.

I am Very Impressed with the Reliability of the Contractors use by Viator. Our driver was waiting outside of baggage claim for us. It's very reassuring to find people that to exactly what the has contracted to do. I will be using these services again and recommending them to family and friends.

The company sent a driver over two hours before our flight arrived. Apparently a miscommunication between Viator booking (booked by Viator for us) and this company. We were left at the airport with no means to reach our hotel. We contacted the company requesting assistance. They refused any support saying they had done nothing wrong, we weren’t their problem. We had to find another means to reach our hotel after traveling 17 hours. Upon contacting Viator we were told it is unfortunate but nothing could be done to reimburse us for the service. We will not be using either service in the future., nor will recommend either company. Such an extreme disappointment

Really appreciated our Driver Soltiris -- we nicknamed him "Sosi". He was personable and knowledgeable. We appreciated that he waited for our plane to arrive, which was an hour late. Gave us a speaking tour of historic sites, significant landmarks, and advice about touring Athens as he drove us to our hotel, even though it was dark. Thank you, Sosi, for getting us safely to our destination. Your courtesy and professionalism are very much appreciated...

When our flight to Athens, Greece landed we were stranded on the tarmac while the pilot waited for a gate to open. Our driver texted us to assure us he was there waiting. Once we were in the car he delivered us to a hotel, but told us it was be another 25 Euros because he had to wait an extra hour. He was very kind and polite, unpacked our luggage and left. Turned out he’d delivered us to the wrong hotel. I texted him and he said he’d come back. But the nice lady at the desk had called us a taxi. Both drivers arrived at the same time. Words were exchanged and our initial driver took money from his wallet and paid the second driver, who delivered us to the proper hotel.

Outstanding service, clean vehicle, very very classy! It was extremely late at night. Our driver was there for us and the car was close by. It was so luxurious!

Professional service all along the way. I appreciated that my driver waited for me as it took time to disembark and collect luggage. When you arrive in the middle of the night, you really want to make sure you have booked a company that is considerate. There was a bottle of water provide which was great. Best of all was that my driver provided some knowledge and highlights as we drove through the City towards the hotel. Overall I would recommend booking this service

We visited Athens, Greece October 2021 and were absolutely blown away by the fabulous service we received from Dimitris while there. We first met him during an excursion to Poseidon's temple. He was personable and informative. From that point we had transfers we needed to make including to the Athens airport and he was so accommodating. We didn’t want anyone else to drive us around! He was so kind and would always show up early with the biggest smile on his face! We feel like we made a friend. Highly recommend!
