The Acropolis was very interesting and the Parthenon looked amazing. Entry was quite easy, but it was busy in some areas. I suggest going early morning and taking water. The audio guide was helpful too.
We went to the Acropolis by 7:30 in the morning with my confirmed printout from Tripadvisor. I paid $356 for four adult tickets my reference 139-038-0241. I could not get in using this ticket so we had to re-purchase tickets. I need to be reimbursed for the $356. That’s too much money to walk away from also we wasted two hours trying to get intothe Acropolis. I have always had good experiences with Tripadvisor in the past. The local tour company you used did not communicate how to get audio guides so we weren’t able to figure it out and no one answered their phone. Waste of money. Just download the audio guide that the acropolis gives you for free. Tried but was refused refund.
They send the wrong audio for our tour, we contacted the company and they never responded. We paid additional and didn’t receive the audio portion, extremely frustrating.
Time on our confirmation did not match ticket at gate. We had to wait addition 90 minutes to get in. This messed up other plans we had for our Athens trip. Also audio tour is free at the site you do not need to purchase. We would have been better off purchasing tickets at the site, cheaper and better audio tour.
It was great going to the Acropolis with tickets already purchased! I highly recommend these tickets because you avoid standing in line twice, plus the audio guide was helpful and we were able to go at our own pace!
The audio that went with the tour was very interesting! You could pause it and listen again if needed! What an AMAZING place that has lasted over 2500 years! Breathtaking views of all of Athens! Must see!!!
Could not have been a worse experience. The ticket provided was not valid so I had to purchase a new admission ticket. I reported this but have yet to receive an offer of refund. Not worth risking this so my advice is to just buy your ticket when you arrive or directly from Acropolis website. Cheaper too.

This is a scam. The tickets we recieved were not valid. The UAE based company were not available to resolve issue and no one from trip advisor/viator could contact them. This should be removed from trip advisor site.
My experience was terrible.... I didn't receive the tickets, I tried several days, including 2 days before, 1 day before, and at the time too. And at the time of the outing, they didn't let them in. I found it very unpleasant and stressful... I will never use your service again

We paid for 2 entrance tickets and got only 1 and no audio guide. We paid twice as much for the tickets as they actually cost. It's pure scam and scam to buy tickets through this company. Cheating and deception.
