Chris was an excellent driver and tour guide. He shared a lot of information about Greece, Athens, and the Greek Gods. He was even able to pack all 8 of us and all of our luggage in his van. He picked us up from our port and delivered us to the airport after a comfortable and interesting tour of Athens. Thanks Chris!
We had the best tour guide in Theodore. He provided a detailed history of the sites along our tour and made sure we saw the highlights of Athens.
Andrea was fabulous. He knew so much history and Was so kind and helpful. He listened to our likes and went out of his way to assist us.
Theo was a wonderful guide VERY informative tour showing us the highlights of Athens Highly recommended!!!
It was very informative and fun! Athens was beautiful and after a long plane ride it was nice to relax, more driving than walking was nice
Very professionally organized. We saw a lot and received valuable information about the culture. The insider tips were great – it was a perfect day and we were able to experience all the famous spots. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.
3 hour tour all to myself. Driver (Chris?) was experienced driver (commercial trucks) and well versed in Greek mythology, which plays a huge role in Athens history. Glad I didn't have to pass a test afterward. Acropolis, temple of Olympian Zeus, Mount Lycabettus, changing of Presidential Palace guard, Panathenaic Stadium, Syntagma Square and more. Enjoyed the guide thoroughly. We had a great time!
The guide adapted to your so we could visit all the sites we know we missed plus shared special insider sights we did not know about. Amazing tour with a drop off at the airport. Highly recommend this tour.
WE BOOKED THIS TOUR THROUGH GET YOUR GUIDE, AND THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS EASY. PANOS WAS OUR GUIDE, HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TOOK US TO THE BEST VANTAGE POINTS TO LOOK AT THE MAIN ATTRACTIONS IN ATHENS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TOUR, WE WERE PICKED UP AT THE PORT AND SPENT 3.5 HOURS TOURING ATHENS, ENDING UP AT PIRAUS MARINA FOR LUNCH, THE CAR USED WAS CLEAN AND THE AIR CONDITIONING WAS EXCELLENT. IT WAS NICE NOT TO HAVE TO WAIT FOR A COACH FULL OF PEOPLE AND TO HAVE AN INTERESTING INSITE INTO ATHENS AND ITS HISTORY. THANK YOU FOR MAKING THE DAY SPECIAL
had just a 3-hour layover in Athens and wanted to make the most of it—this private driver tour was the perfect solution. From the moment we were picked up at the airport, everything ran smoothly and efficiently. Our driver Alex was waiting for us at arrivals with a clear sign, and he immediately made us feel welcome. The vehicle was clean, spacious, and air-conditioned—ideal for the summer heat. What really stood out was the driver’s deep knowledge of the city and ability to tailor the route based on our tight schedule and interests. In just under three hours, we managed to see the Acropolis Museum, Hadrian’s Arch, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, Syntagma Square, and the Old Olympic Stadium. Alex also took us to an amazing lookout where we could admire the whole city. If you have a short layover in Athens, this tour is a fantastic way to experience the city's highlights without worrying about logistics. Efficient, informative, and thoroughly enjoyable!
Alex was fantastic - a great tour and incredibly helpful! We will definitely call for him next time in Athens. Thanks Alex!
Alex was a great guide and had knowledge on Athens and the sites. I would use this agency again if I come back to Athens and schedule my transfers with them as well.
Alex was a wonderful and friendly driver and guide. He was able to fit in al the highlights including the changing of the guards and a visit to the Acropolis museum during our 3 hour tour. We highly recommend him and his company.
We had approximately seven hours between disembarking our cruise ship and flying out of Athens. This three hour driving tour was the smartest choice we could’ve made! We were picked up from the cruise port, our luggage was stowed safely in the van and were driven to all the highlights of Athens and given time to walk around. Since it was a private tour, we could spend as much as little time at each destination as we wanted. At the end of our time we were dropped off at the airport. Our driver, Panos, really knew the area and all the best places to take us. He was very kind and patiently answered our questions. I would 100% recommend this tour, especially if you’re in some sort of layover situation and have limited time to see the city. This is a very efficient way!
Our family had a wonderful time in Athens! Chris did a fantastic job of showing us the sights. We would recommend this tour to anyone visiting for the day.
Great company!! Extremely flexible to fit the tour to our needs. What a wonderful driver we had!! We really appreciated the great detail and historical insight at every site we visited. He kept us laughing and interested throughout the entire ride. We hope to book another trip soon!!
Our driver, Peter, was excellent! He took us to all the places expected and shared a few opinions of his own which we really appreciated. We looked up many places that the Apostles Paul visited. Next time I'm in Athens I definitely want Peter to take us around! Thank you for all your help!
Cannot say enough about how amazing our afternoon with CHRISTOS was. We had very limited time to see the “must-sees” and he made sure we got to all of them and gave us succinct and memorable history along the way. Our ferry was an hour late but he adjusted and told us not to worry, and we didn’t. He made sure we saw everything…even told us the trick to get through the acropolis museum efficiently. He communicated really well throughout the day, his English is fantastic, and he is very humorous in a Big Fat Greek Wedding kind of way! If you only have time for one thing in Athens , hire Yomadic Tours and ask for CHRISTOS!
We had a wonderful time seeing the sights with our driver/guide Michael. Our arrival in Athens was pushed back and we worried we would not be able to make it to the Acropolis for our scheduled ticket time. Michael was reassuring and communicated with us in the days leading up to our arrival; he was flexible with the schedule change and he got us there in time! He is very knowledgeable of the history of the area and we enjoyed learning about life in Athens in the present day. After our tour concluded and we were dropped off, Michael sent us additional information on where to go based on our interests. We so appreciated his advice.
We used Yomadic to collect us from Athens airport, giving us a short tour of Athens before delivering us to Piraeus port three hours later. Our driver Costas was excellent. He was welcoming, informative and as it was 40’c he made sure we were kept cool and comfortable in air con as much as possible. We knew we didn’t have time to visit the Acropolis but he suggested we went to the museum which gave us a perfect view of it …in air con! He drove us all around the city showing us not just the tourist ‘ must sees’ but the various districts, giving us information about them as we drove. It was the perfect start to our holiday and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Yomadic, and ideally, Costas again.
We had the absolute best experience during our tour! We were lucky to have Costas as our guide and he was a class act. He messaged us through WhatsApp and met us earlier than our scheduled tour. He’s a Patriot with extensive knowledge of beautiful Greece Athens. He made sure to take us to the best spots at the right times so our kids could see the change of the guards. The van was very comfortable and he had lots of cold water bottles for our family. Look no further if you would like to see the highlights of Athens in the best possible way.
Our tour guide Kostas was amazing! Highly recommend him. It’s a great tour for a short layover in Athens.
Panos is an excellent driver. Very knowledgeable and friendly, without being overly talkative. Perfect for a jet-lagged couple wanting to see as much of Athens as possible in one afternoon. Highly recommend!
We had limited time and since it was a weekend the Acropolis was extremely busy, so our tour guide did an alternative tour for th limited time we had. It was still good tour, saw other places and got to the airport as planned,
Flight delayed . Did not feel comfortable still committing to the trip because of time constraints. They could not offer us even a partial refund. The driver, however, was still ok taking us.
