It is completely worth it to take this excursion to get to know and learn about every spot you visit. Our guide was George C. Paganos, super generous with his knowledge and very attentive to the group at all times. He really made the trip more pleasant. I hope I can return to Greece and take another tour with you!

2-day tour visiting Delphi and Meteora with the guide George Panagos. In Delphi we visited the museum and the archaeological remains of the ancient city. The guide's explanations were great, you can tell he knows a lot and that he likes his job. Very helpful and every now and then he would crack a funny joke. He made the excursion much better. We spent the night in Kalambaka to visit two Meteora monasteries the next day. Here I have to say there was a lot of tourism, perhaps too much. But it is a unique landscape that is worth it. I hope to do some other activity with George Panagos.

We took a two-day tour with them. The work of our tour guide stands out, especially in Meteora, avoiding crowds to enjoy the monasteries and the views from the overlooks. Lunch stops are made at pre-arranged roadside locations, which are decent and not very expensive.

Two-day visit to Delphi and Meteora organized by Civitatis and with an extraordinary guide George Panagos. A guide 10 who has been super aware of the whole group, has explained in great detail all the monuments visited in both Delphi and Meteora.

The guide, Stela, who accompanied us from Delphi to Meteora and back to Athens was exceptional. It’s wonderful to know a country with someone who is very passionate about what they are telling you. The visit to the monasteries was an incredible experience largely because of how he detailed everything during the visit and how he respected the different sensibilities of the group so that everyone could have their own experience on site. From Athens to Delphi we had another guide, who was also good in her explanations, but she had too much time inside the Delphi museum, when she should dedicate it to the historic site. If you climb to the top to see the stadium, you have barely any time left to enjoy the place. Too bad, because it takes a long time to get there to spend so little time visiting.
