I initially booked a different apartment via booking.com. Upon arrival that apartment did not exist. I walked around desperately trying to find an alternative accommodation and found Urban Stripes. Aris was lovely and helped me book the apartment. Then for the duration of our 4-day stay, we were looked after by Marina. She went above and beyond to help and answer questions. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, had everything you would need and the location was fantastic! We are so grateful that our original booking didn't work out and we found this place instead! Every cloud has a silver lining!

The location was perfect to walk all over with great coffee shops restaurants and tourist attractions.
The receptionist who helped us was very kind and helpful
The day we left they kept the bags and also provided a bathroom and space to change and get organized for the flight.
Overall it was a great experience very highly recommended!
We had the loveliest time staying at urban stripes Athens. It was our first trip to Greece, and Marina was such a fantastic and helpful host that it made our travels so smooth and memorable.
The rooms are big and spacious, and the location of the apartment is in between local good food and the acropolis. It’s just a 5min walk to acropolis and just 7mins to Plaka itself. We walked everywhere, even to Syntagma which took no longer than 15mins. The apartment was so accessible that we could head back anytime to escape the hot summer sun before heading back out in the evening again.
Marina was super responsive and helpful with our questions which made it such a wonderful experience in Athens. She recommended such great food and finds, and was always ready to go the extra mile to make our stay even better than it already was. Thank you very much, Marina!

Urban Stripes was everything we hoped for and more. The design, lighting, attention to detail, and overall atmosphere were exceptional. Watching the Acropolis light up at night was unforgettable.
The staff was attentive, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay special and comfortable. Their hospitality made the entire experience even better.

Urban Stripes Athens was a 10 out of 10 experience. The private balcony with a direct view of the Acropolis was absolutely breathtaking and made the whole stay feel elegant, surreal, and unforgettable. The hotel itself is incredibly stylish and swanky, with every detail feeling thoughtful and elevated.
What truly took it over the top was the service. The staff here genuinely go above and beyond and pour themselves into giving you a full experience. Their warmth, attentiveness, and effort made this feel like much more than just a hotel stay. Everything was over the top in the best way, from the atmosphere to the hospitality to that incredible view. This place is truly something special.
