Beautiful Rooftop and Wonderful Staff, but a Very Disappointing Room I stayed at this hotel while attending a work event in Greece. While there were some aspects of my stay that I genuinely enjoyed, particularly the bar, rooftop, and welcoming staff, the room itself was incredibly disappointing. To put it simply, my room was outdated, poorly arranged, and nothing like what was advertised on the hotel's website. There were three beds seemingly placed randomly in the middle of the floor, with very little thought given to the overall layout or comfort. What made the experience even more frustrating was that Fotis, the gentleman who checked me in, described the room as an "upgrade." As someone who travels extensively for work and stays in hotels regularly, I can confidently say that this was anything but an upgrade. When my colleagues and I return from work trips, we often discuss our hotel experiences to determine which properties we would recommend for future team stays. Unfortunately, despite the hotel's wonderful staff and enjoyable rooftop atmosphere, I would have a difficult time recommending this property based on my room experience. I genuinely appreciate the people who work here, and I want to acknowledge their hospitality. However, the accommodations simply did not meet expectations, especially considering how the rooms are presented online. I seriously considered leaving after my first night, but I kept hoping the experience would improve. Looking back, I wish I had taken photographs to show just how disappointing the room was. The rooftop and staff deserve recognition, but the rooms need serious attention. A beautiful common area cannot make up for accommodations that fall so far short of what guests are led to expect.

Now that our two-month family trip has come to an end, I’m finally catching up on leaving feedback for the places we stayed. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel, clean facilities, good location, and a welcoming environment for the family. But what really made the experience stand out was Marcellos from the bell staff, who was consistently helpful, professional, and attentive to our needs throughout the week. Great team overall, would definitely return.
Very good experience overall. Clean rooms, attentive staff, great breakfast and amazing view from the rooftop. Location isn’t very nice though; there are definitely nicer and quieter neighborhoods in Athens. Note that you will have to pay extra for the city tax (10 EUR p. night) and parking (12 EUR p. night).
Positively, this was the best hotel out of the four hotels in Greece that we used while touring Greece. Good rooms and reception staff helpful. But as other reviews have noted, the lifts are inadequate. Room for only five people and less than that if they have suitcases. If a large group is checking out, then if you are on floor 3 or 4 then when you call for a lift, it will stop on the way down from a higher floor but will be already full. As it stopped for you, although you could not get in, you have to call again. Some people were waiting several minutes while their coach driver sat outside wondering why they were late. The other problem was the speed of service (or lack of it) at the pool bar. Our group waited a good 15 minutes to give their order and another 15 for it to arrive. Imagine waiting half an hour in any bar for a drink! The views are great but the service is the slowest I’ve ever known. Four stars because it’s otherwise a good hotel.
A great hotel for a group of 3 friends to stay for a few nights. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The aircon was a little noisy but didn't stop us sleeping. The rooftop was amazing. We had drinks every night, and had time each day by the pool. It was busy but we never struggled to find a lounger to sit on. All the staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming. The location was fantastic being right next to a metro stop, and the area around was well lit, we never felt unsafe walking around even at night. We didn't opt for breakfast but the corner cafe shop by the hotel was great for drinks and pastries in the morning. Great value and recommended.
