Please don’t stay at this hotel. My daughter is currently here. Her room is infested with ants and the hotels solution is to spray vinegar. There was no day bed as per the website. They say the website is old. The receptionist and manager have been hugely unhelpful. They offered her another room which was of poor quality. Unacceptable as they have spent a lot of money on this holiday

Too many reasons why this disaster is a hard pass: poor service, poor maintenance, hair in the room upon checkin, broken balcony lock, no curtains for the balcony windows, making the so called private penthouse a fishbow, including the bathroom. Zero hospitality culture. Location is not good: you can find better hotels at similar classes and price points in the centre of Athens.

I will give two stars because that is the real value that the hotel has - no 5 stars. First, you can hear everything in the room - when somebody next to you flushes the toilet when a baby cries etc but this is even worse when you have room 001 next to the reception, you hear all the people coming to the hotel. So all in all I did not have calm sleep. Secondly, the bed, a pure catastrophy. The bedding and sheets are old, so once you come into bed all your body scratches. I hope I did not catch bed bugs but let’s see in few days. Thirdly, this hotel has nothing to do with psychiko and 5 stars, it’s 10 mins uphill in an area where are no normal pavements. So if you have a big luggage I would avoid this hotel. Fourth, the breakfast, the personnel barely tells you hi and the coffee is pure catastrophe. The price you pay for this is a scam. I will never come back I paid more than 100€ for a night next to the reception with no sleep.

Extremely disappointing stay.We chose this hotel and paid significantly more for a room advertised with a Jacuzzi. Unfortunately, what we got was a completely non-functional tub no jets, no bubbles, simply impossible to use. Every day we approached the staff for help, and every time we were told that the technician is on holiday and there is nobody who can fix the issue. We requested repeatedly to speak with the manager, but he never responded or came to talk to us. Zero support, zero accountability. We ended up paying extra for a service that does not exist, and the hotel made no effort to offer a solution or compensation. Very disappointing and definitely not what we expected from a hotel that promotes itself as high quality.
