The Artisan Suites

Had the worst experience of my life. Had bedbugs!!!!! woke up with bites all over, had to change hotels and wash eeeverything I owned. When told to the staff, they seemed unaffected and said you can talk to booking, we’ll look in the room too thanks. That’s it. When I looked up other hotels I saw there are many more like wyndham etc very central very clean and great hotels at the same freakin price range. I picked here because I was going to work remotely and the living space felt perfect combined with the central location. Far from it. The towels were ripped and stained, the sheets were dirty. The couch in the living room would collapse when sat on. There was an iron but not an iron board. The iron stained everything more, once asked for a new one, they gave me a clean iron. Also, the lo ation is very central but the sound isolation is so bad that it feels like you’re sleeping outside. The noise was right in the room.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER — ZERO STARS IF I COULD If I could give this hotel less than one star, I absolutely would. This was an unacceptable and disgusting experience from start to finish. The room was filthy. I found hair on the pillow and on the bed sheets, which is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel. The air conditioning was also not working properly, and the room was unbearably hot. When we complained at the reception, the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. The receptionist refused to refund our money, even though we were forced to leave the hotel because of the terrible conditions. What made the situation even worse was that he showed zero concern or effort to make things right. We left the hotel, and he didn’t even bother trying to apologize, compensate us, or offer any solution. This is not how guests should be treated. Terrible cleanliness, terrible service, terrible attitude, and absolutely no respect for customers. If there were a rating below zero, I would give it. I strongly recommend staying ANYWHERE else.

Amazing experience, near of the main monuments of athens. The staff was excellent. They have a kindness to provide us a take away breakfast because we need to leave the hotel in the middle of the night.

We were entirely satisfied with our stay: the apartment was clean, spacious, and well equipped with essentials; reception was courteous; and the shuttle service greatly simplified our travel. Although we spent little time in the room, its central location made it an excellent base for a full day of sightseeing. Overall, we were satisfied, it was a really good choice in terms of price-performance ratio.
