⚠️ BED BUG INFESTATION WARNING ⚠️ This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We stayed for one night in Room Telesilla 401, and it was absolutely horrible. We woke up covered in bed bug bites all over our bodies. It was an extremely unpleasant and disgusting experience. To make matters worse, when we contacted the hotel to tell them what had happened, they didn’t even bother to respond. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

Do not stay at this hotel. They keep your money. A tourist's worst nightmare is arriving at the hotel only to find there is no reservation and no refund for the amount paid. Don't risk ruining your vacation. I booked through Europlus and Befly. Due to a flight delay, I arrived at the hotel at 3:00 AM after a 14-hour journey, only to be told there was no reservation—despite having proof. I called a travel agent back home, and miraculously, the concierge located the booking. However, there was no room available; according to them, it had been given to someone else because of my late arrival! I had to pay for an extra night and stayed in a very poor-quality room. The next day, I requested the cancellation of the remaining nights and moved to the Attalos (which *is* an excellent hotel). Now, I am waiting for a refund. Europlus is trying to collect from the hotel but is having trouble getting a response. They are refusing to refund the cost of the three unused nights. The agency is already taking steps to delist the hotel for tourists from my country. I plan to post about this on all social media platforms and tell travel influencers just how unprofessional and unreliable this hotel is. I’m going to launch a full-blown campaign. I may not get my money back, but the hotel will lose far more in the long run.
This hotel is not a luxury hotel nor a boutique hotel. The only benefit is a central location. Price is high and conditions are very disappointing. AC didn’t work, we couldn’t turn it on without calling reception (crazy , I felt like stupid), room is super small, same bathroom. When you are sitting on a bed you can hear someone else in toilet. Interior is old and used, also looks pretty cheap. Breakfast was disappointing as well, when we arrive after 9am, there was no one from staff, food was missing, just few things were on a table. I believe someone should be there to check if there is something to add or to clean tables. I believe it’s not worth to stay there for this money. I understand that it’s central location but come on. Put some effort and start from small things to improve guests perception. Staff was pretty friendly and helpful, can’t complain on that.
I had a wonderful stay. The staff were absolutely delightful and went out of their way to help with anything we needed. For a three night stay in Athens, the location was ideal, we were able to walk everywhere as it was all within easy walking distance. There are plenty of food options nearby, as well as bars and places for drinks. The breakfast was lovely and offered a good range of options. It’s worth noting that while the windows and balconies are double glazed, some street noise does carry through, and it can get loud if the windows or doors are open. That said, the noise didn’t keep me awake. I would absolutely stay here again!
