A wonderful hotel. Excellent, friendly staff. Rooms are soundproof -- can't hear road noise or planes. First class decor in rooms. 5 star breakfast included. Restaurants offer excellent meals. If you want to stay near airport, this is perfect choice. About 45 minute taxi ride to City or about one hour by Metro (which is clean and modern). Easy walk to/from airport.
The moment we got there it was nothing short of incredible. From the staff to room service to the location of the hotel was amazing. They treated me as if I was their own. My wife and I felt home away from home. We will definitely be back.
We stopped at this wonderful hotel for just one night as we head out to the Greek Islands tomorrow, and we weren’t expecting to find such a fantastic place. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, and we even received a welcome upgrade to a superb suite. We were blown away by how peaceful it was—despite being right across from the airport, we could not hear a thing. Dinner at Jenny's was superb, too. Next time, we’ll have to stay longer than one night.
We chose Sofitel Athens Airport for our final night in Greece before returning to the United States, and it was the perfect way to end an unforgettable trip. The location could not be more convenient. Being directly adjacent to the airport made our departure day completely stress-free while still allowing us to enjoy a luxurious and relaxing final evening. Our room was spacious, immaculate, and beautifully maintained. We especially appreciated the personalized welcome message on the television, which was a thoughtful touch that made us feel truly welcomed. We also dined at the hotel restaurant and were thoroughly impressed. The food was exceptional, the wine selection was excellent, and the overall dining experience exceeded our expectations. After days of travel and exploration, it was wonderful to enjoy such high-quality cuisine without ever leaving the property. The combination of comfort, convenience, outstanding service, and excellent dining makes Sofitel Athens Airport a hotel I would gladly recommend to anyone traveling through Athens. A great stay at a 5-star hotel, the convenience to walk across the street to the airport was wonderful. Dinner upstairs at the rooftop restaurant was very enjoyable. I booked this hotel for ease of travel and it was wonderful. Awesome blackout shade in the bedroom, so sleeping was nice. And, there’s an easy walkway to walk straight into the airport, which made it stress-free.
