Hestia - Dimitressa 4

A spacious, comfortable and well-equipped two-bedroom apartment in a lovely neighbourhood, ideal for families or two couples travelling together. We enjoyed our 4 night stay and would recommend it. However, the bathroom design could be improved, especially at approximately AUD $473 per night. Pros: The apartment was spacious, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of room. Both bedrooms had very comfortable beds and pillows. It's in a nice neighbourhood, about a five-minute walk from the train station, with some lovely cafés nearby. The apartment was also well-equipped, with clean crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils, along with thoughtful essentials such as bottled water, dishwashing detergent, a sponge and hand wash. The ensuite shower had excellent water temperature, and having a combined washer-dryer was a huge bonus, particularly when travelling for an extended period. Cons: The sofa bed in the living area was quite uncomfortable and not ideal for sleeping. The bathroom design was also disappointing, as water easily splashed outside the shower area, leaving the floor wet. The second bathroom was designed for accessibility, which is great for those who need it, but the showerhead was mounted at around chest height. This meant having to hold it throughout the shower rather than being able to shower hands-free, which wasn't particularly practical. Despite these shortcomings, it's a great option for groups wanting space, comfort and convenience. A few practical bathroom improvements would make the experience even better.

Very close to restaurants- short walk away. Clean and lovely place. Housekeeping staff were wonderful. However a curtain or blind needs to be put in the room to prevent light from coming in. A glass partition between the bedroom and living room is not good when one wants to sleep. Wifi was not so good either.

We traveled with our family, and our children absolutely loved the accommodation. We highly recommend it for families. The rooms were spacious, the beds were large and extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms were modern and roomy. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and made us feel at home. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
