This is a newly renovated hotel. We are in a handicapped room which is spacious with a roll-in shower. The hotel is centrally located tons of restaurants and shops around. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast is excellent.
The hotel has the best location in Athens and some of the highlights were the amazing showers with excellent water pressure and multiple settings, the delicious breakfasts, and Chara at the restaurant, who was the sweetest ever. The staff were truly some of the loveliest we have come across in Greece!
Hotel is in a great location, AC in the room isn't very strong. They offered us a complementary bottle of wine upon check in. The hotel's agent messed up our booking and we had to change rooms on the last day (not sure if it's the hotels fault).
Great location and modern design but definitely not five star quality. "Smart" means you need an instruction manual or an app to turn on the lights in the room. No water in the lobby on a 30°C day. Breakfast unremarkable - no summer fruits, smoked salmon, or prosecco. Friendly staff though and a good shower.
If you’re coming to Athens, don’t even think about staying anywhere other than the Hellenic Vibes Smart Hotel. The location is simply unbeatable – all the main attractions are within walking distance, so we could truly make the most of our time without wasting it on transportation. The rooms are modern, clean, and beautifully minimalistic, as well as very comfortable and spotless. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay, which made a huge difference. Genuine, warm hospitality like this is rare. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety – the perfect start to a full day of exploring. We stayed on a half-board basis, and every dinner was à la carte, with absolutely incredible flavors and generous portions – truly unforgettable. The entire hotel has a unique, modern atmosphere that makes your stay feel like more than just accommodation – it’s an experience. Honestly, we couldn’t find a single flaw.
