Excellent location in the heart of Athens. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they kindly allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. There is also an elevator, which made things much more convenient. I would definitely stay here again!
We had an excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it! The location is perfect — right in the center, within walking distance of Ermou shopping street, popular restaurants, bars, and all the main amenities and sightseeing spots. Everything was extremely convenient and easy to access on foot. What truly made our stay even better was the wonderful staff, especially Katerina. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our visit. She assisted us with directions, restaurant reservations, sightseeing suggestions, and even gave us useful local advice regarding schedules, holidays, and the best times to visit different places. Her hospitality really made a difference and added a very personal touch to our experience. The rooms were super clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Although the hotel is located in a lively central area, and the front-facing rooms can be slightly noisy on Friday and Saturday nights due to nearby bars and restaurants, it was honestly nothing major or disruptive. The windows are very well soundproofed and lightproof, so we still slept very comfortably. One small thing to note is that the lift is on the smaller side, so larger groups with a lot of luggage may need to make a couple of trips — but this was not an issue for us at all. We also really appreciated the flexibility and service on our departure day. Since we had a late flight, we requested a late check-out and it was kindly provided without any extra charge. After check-out, we were still able to relax in the reception/lounge area while waiting for our taxi. There were charging stations available, drinks/snacks to purchase, and secure luggage storage so we could continue enjoying the city comfortably before heading to the airport. Overall, we genuinely loved our stay here. It was my first stay and my husband’s fifth — which says a lot already! We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Athens
Very pleased we chose to stay here. Large, comfortable room with a good bathroom, including the best shower we encountered on our 2 week trip across Greece. Reception staff very polite and friendly. Location was perfect, close to lots of restaurants and less than 10 minutes' walk from two metro stations.
Our stay here was absolutely amazing. We had the master suite and it was immaculate. It had an incredible view of the Acropolis from both the balcony and the ceiling-to-floor windows. The bed was comfortable, the tub was relaxing, the rain shower was a dream, and the kitchenette was useful. The staff were kind and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was cleaned daily which we greatly appreciated. It's perfectly located between Syntagma Square and Monastiraki Square which made walking to everything easy and the area was safe. It was such a great place to come back to after long days of exploring. We highly recommended Enattica Suites and will choose them any time we visit Athens.
After 16 hours of airport travel, we arrived at the hotel without much sleep in the evening time. We were beat. The young lady at the front desk was fantastic. She was upbeat and very pleasant and took the dust off our backs.! The view of the fifth floor room, room 504, had a view of the Parthenon. In the evening night, it was a fantastic view. The room was super clean and quite comfortable. The only issue we may have is the small elevator. However, I believe that’s quite common in Greece to have a small elevator. The young lady recommended a place to eat dinner which was very good. In the morning we were recommended a place for breakfast as well, which was excellent
