Lovely hotel in a great location.
The service from staff has been exceptional.
From reception, to domestic and waiting on staff.
Very attentive around the pool area, bringing fresh cold water and taking additional drinks and food orders.
Dinner at the rooftop bar was nice and reasonably priced. Drink selection good and personally recommend the Strawberry Daquiri.
Hotel exceeded my expectations and would recommend to those travelling to the area. Great place to explore with strong links to local tourist attractions.
Plenty of local places to get food and markets for extras. Felt safe walking and exploring the area just myself and 2 children.

Good hotel to stay in around the area. Standard breakfast and rooms. Book earlier as occasionally there might be no rooms.
The good:
- Generous check-in and check-out times;
- Staff pays attention to small details;
- Kid-friendly pool with enough space;
- Clean rooms and pool;
- Silent room (at least it was in our case).
The bad:
- Rooftop bar opening hours is too late;
- Pool is not exclusively for hotel guests only;
- Rules at the pool (especially of jumping) frequently reminded by the staff, but not enforced. When looking at the reviews, seems this is an ongoing case for 2 years now;
- Air conditioner needs some practice to set properly. Get ready to wake up in the middle of the night, either feeling too hot or too cold;
- Coffee at breakfast is more like a tea;
- Some essential info like opening hours of the pool, rooftop bar, wi-fi connection details, etc. are not available in the room.
Stayed for 2 nights at the end of May 2026, very clean hotel, very kind staff, very clean pool, great location for eating out, lots of restaurants and shops surrounding the hotel, I could not rate this less than 5 stars..thank you all staff for such a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Stayed at the Elsefina during business trip to the area. Excellent hotel and staff were very helpful. Would certainly use again if in the area.
