Our flight arrived late, and I had made a mistake with my booking. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and fixed everything for me without any problems. Their response was very fast, and they made the whole process stress-free. The hotel is simple, cozy, and very clean. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful hotel. Good food. Friendly staff. Lovely garden serving food and drinks (but only after 8pm). There was a mistake with my bat bill that I did not have time to rectify because my taxi was waiting. I will write to the hotel to discut. Room for improvement: Too many light switches next to the bed and not properly labelled. The two bedside sockets did not work properly. Breakfast: fresh scrambled eggs instead of bag in box would have been preferable. A professional coffee machine with fresh milk for latte/cappuccino would be appreciated.
This hotel excels in many aspects! 10+ for service and cleanliness! The staff is definitely well trained and professional. Reception was accommodating with a friendly attitude. Restaurant service was absolutely amazing. Fast, friendly, and professional. Maria and Eleni were a ray of sunshine at breakfast! The rooms were immaculate. The lobby was bit small for lounging but the outdoor garden bar restaurant was relaxing and rejuvenating after a long day in the city- unfortunately this is only for when weather permits. The location is not ideal for someone who needs to be in the city as the morning drive can take up to 1,5 hours with traffic. If you don’t go during rush hours it’s about 30 minutes. It’s absolutely perfect for someone who will be in the northern suburbs. Overall our experience was met beyond our expectations.
I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank the entire hotel staff—especially the reception team and the housekeeping colleague with blonde hair—for their outstanding professionalism, care, and support during my stay. I was in Athens on a business trip and chose your hotel for its excellent location. Unfortunately, I fell ill with a virus and had to be taken to the hospital. During this difficult time, the kindness and attentiveness shown by your team were truly exceptional. You not only supported me through the situation but also took great care of me during my recovery at the hotel. Being alone in a foreign country in such a vulnerable moment can be very challenging, but your team made all the difference. I am deeply grateful for your compassion and dedication. Thank you all once again for everything you have done. Greetings from Switzerland, and I hope to return soon.
I booked a standard double room via Expedia and requested both an airport transfer and a quiet room. Before catching my flight, I called the hotel to confirm the transfer. The gentleman I spoke to was polite and helpful—turns out they hadn’t received the request, but he arranged it anyway, which I really appreciated. On arrival, the hotel itself looked beautiful. However, the surrounding area was a bit of a letdown. It was my first time in Athens, and unfortunately the location didn’t make the best impression—graffiti everywhere and not much to see nearby. Check-in was smooth, and I was given a quiet room as requested. The bed was comfortable, but the chairs in the room were not. If you like to sit and relax in your room, you’ll probably find them quite uncomfortable. I had dinner at the hotel bistro on the first night and had the chicken gyro. The portion size for the gyro was generous, but the fries were far too oily and the chicken was dry. I ended up not finishing our meals, which says a lot. Given how popular gyros are in Greece, I expected much better. That said, the waitresses were lovely—friendly, warm, and attentive. Breakfast, however, was a highlight. It was beautifully laid out with plenty of options. No baked beans if that’s your thing (it’s not mine), but I really enjoyed it—especially the Greek yoghurt, which was rich, creamy, and still light. I chose to have lunch and dinner elsewhere for the rest of the stay. The hotel feels more suited to business trips or short stays rather than a holiday base. There aren’t any real attractions nearby, but there is a bus stop right outside the main gate. The €8 five-day travel pass makes it easy and affordable to get around and explore the city. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. However, due to the location, it’s not somewhere I would return to.
