We booked the top-floor upgraded room (Room 6A) for 4 nights, just a day before arriving in June. Sadly, the room looked nothing like the pictures. The place feels poorly maintained, with worn-out floors, old sheets, a bad odor upon arrival, and a toilet that we had to manually fix every time we wanted to flush. The towels were also incredibly rough, though the host did change them after two days. To be fair, the well-equipped kitchen and refrigerator are a nice plus if you need them. Right after checking in, we respectfully asked to cancel part of our stay, but the host completely refused to cooperate. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. If you decide to stay here, just manage your expectations and treat it as a low-cost option.

Great apartment. Very clean & comfortable. Lively outside but peaceful inside. Fantastic rooftop terrace with Acropolis view. Perfect location for us. Easy walk from Monstriaki Square Station. Good communication from owner George to explain the self check in process (easy). Very secure inside. We would come here again in a flash.

First of all, location is right smack in the middle of everything. Second, rooms nice and clean with a kitchenette, fridge, plates and coffee machine. Third the staff is very helpful and nice. Why I didn't give it five stars? Might be a stupid reason but we staid there a week and had no idea how to clear the trash (yes, we should have asked). Bottom line, great place to book for a few days in Athens.

Great apartment in the perfect location, everything is a short walk or small cab away. Room was clean with everything we needed. There is no reception however the host was very quick at responding to any queries and happy to help out where they could.
