Marianna Tsatma, the hotel manager, is truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with such a warm and genuine welcome that I instantly knew I had chosen the right place for my stay in Athens. Her professionalism, kindness, and intuitive understanding of what guests need made our experience feel special from the very beginning. Marianna went out of her way to ensure our stay was comfortable and pleasant, and her thoughtful attention made a real difference. The restaurant staff were just as friendly, and the housekeeping team kept everything spotless. I’m especially grateful for the extra help we received—it meant so much to us that we decided to extend our stay by another day. The hotel is incredibly clean, and the location couldn’t be better—close to iconic landmarks and wonderful restaurants. I honestly can’t wait to come back. Marianna,, you are the best hotel manager I’ve ever encountered. Thank you for going above and beyond and making our visit unforgettable.

Honestly, I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The staff were nice and helpful, but overall, I don’t think I would stay here again. We were quite surprised when we arrived because the lobby was much more basic than we expected. Our floor also had noticeable cooking smells, which wasn’t a great first impression. We had booked a double room with two separate beds, but were given a king bed instead. When we asked if the beds could be separated, we were told that there was no staff available to do it on the first night and that we would have to wait until the next day. It was inconvenient, especially since this was something we had specifically booked. Another thing that really surprised us was the water. When we asked for bottled water, we were told that complimentary water was only provided on the first night. For a hotel of this level, we honestly expected this to be handled differently. The biggest issue, however, was the noise. Our room was extremely noisy, with construction/renovation happening in a nearby building, along with car horns, traffic, and constant banging and drilling sounds. It made it difficult to properly relax or sleep. So overall, I’m honestly a bit conflicted about the hotel. The staff were kind, but there were too many little inconveniences, and the noise was a major issue for us. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t repeat the experience.
Nice enough hotel, but not a 5 star one as advertised. It’s clean enough and in good condition, rooms are very small (of course not uncommon in city centres) and there is a lack of practical things such as mirrors (just one in the bathroom) and hooks. Housekeeping was only OK, nothing appeared to be cleaned apart from the bathroom and the beds were ‘sort of’ made. Coffees in the room were not replenished (we had to ask for some that were eventually delivered) and all small milk tubs had gone off and split in the coffee. The restaurant was unable to offer dinner on the first evening as there was no food delivery (of course not their fault) but a great recommendation to a local taverna was made which was excellent. The restaurant was heavily air conditioned and far too cold but views over the city were great. Breakfast was a fair choice of things and plenty of it but unfortunately everything from eggs to sausages and bacon were lukewarm at best. The coffee was great though and plentiful. Location is OK, 30-35 minute walk to pretty much anything of interest. So all in all improvements could be made, nevertheless a pleasant stay with very kind and helpful staff.
The staff is the most thing would made me go back to the hotel ! From the hotel manger to the receptionist people spacially the big boy he is very helpful ! The room is great but they don’t serve water daily and thats not a 5 star hotel service .. i hope start to serve water daily even if its Tab water
The staff was super helpful and polite. The roof top cafe view includes the Acropolis and Lykavitos; an amazing breakfast area. Everything around you is within walking distance. Very nice and convenient!
