If you're hoping to get some rest after a day of sightseeing, steer clear... My 3rd time in Athens and this is the worst hotel I've stayed in. The outside noise from the room is simply unbearable; it feels like you're in the middle of a nightclub... The logical solution would be to shut the window, but that's where you're trapped: the air conditioning doesn't run in October! You are therefore condemned to an impossible choice: suffocate from the heat in a stuffy room, or endure a deafening racket with the window open. Even with closed windows you hear loud music... Faced with this untenable situation, we reached out to the front desk hoping for a modicum of professionalism. The result? We were met by dismissive reception staff who were completely unaccommodating and of no help whatsoever. Their only "solution" was to tell us to wait until 1:00 AM (for the noise to die down, maybe?) or to come back and see them the next morning to talk to a manager... No manager during night shift obviously... 🙄 Being told by reception to "be patient" in the middle of the night when you are paying for a hotel is an absolute disgrace. The location makes up for neither this lack of basic comfort nor the staff's total contempt for their guests. Avoid this establishment if you can.

A fantastic location. Rooms are quiet tho on the sixth floor you can hear the rooftop bar people close up shop and move chairs at midnight but after that its quiet. View of the acropolis is wonderful! Breakfast was good. Rooms were comfortable and beds were great. Smalllish bathroom but a great shower. Good fluffy towels!
The check-in staff was great. Very efficient, and the bell hop taking care of our luggage was so accommodating. My room was clean and serviced exceptionally well by the Cleaning professionals. As far as food and drink, the mini bar was a nice feature, the convenience of water or coffee or cocktails at the front lobby were much appreciated, as well as the breakfast buffet. Best of all was the staff at the rooftop bar. Ioannis (John) is a world class bartender, and made my night magical. Vasia a sweet, smiling, and wonderful server. The view can’t be beat, and I’ll be back!
We would like to congratulate the hotel for the reception, politeness, clarity of information, and promptness of the attendant MARIOS upon our arrival and during our stay. Take good care of him. A highly valued professional. Regards. In time, congratulations for Nicole too. We’re very enchanted with her education and helfulness. Tks Mrs Walmir Faria and Juliana.
The hotel's location is excellent—it's within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The rooftop bar offers a stunning view, especially in the evening, and is definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. Overall, most of the staff were friendly and helpful, although there were one or two who were less welcoming. The main area that needs significant improvement is cleanliness. When I first arrived, I found hair that clearly wasn't mine on the floor, in the bathroom, and beside the bed. During my stay, the daily housekeeping also wasn't thorough enough. The floor often felt sticky, which was quite disgusting and made the room feel unclean. I also noticed that my own hair remained on the bathroom floor, in the shower, and around the room even after housekeeping had cleaned, suggesting that the floors were not being properly cleaned or mopped. I hope the hotel will improve its housekeeping standards, as better cleanliness would make the stay much more enjoyable.
