Decent location. Very poor hotel. Small little rooms. No place to unpack belongings. Hotel staff throw your luggage in a closet with other people’s luggage if your rooms not ready. Then transfer your luggage around unprotected without permission. Rude staff, no amenities. The booked room was supposed to be superior with a view. Not worth the money. Book somewhere else! Arrived early and they still charged us for breakfast, when it should have been included in a five day stay. Just don’t bother!

Great location as it is very close to Plaka and the Acropolis (less than 10 min walk). Lady in the reception was very helpful in sharing recommendations for dinner and she even helped me book an appointment to get my hair done for a wedding event
I paid for a premium room through a third party travel agency and they said I only booked a superior double room I had the receipt to prove I booked premium which is $380 total and they still wouldn’t upgrade me. The receptionist was very rude about it too and was yelling at an old couple right before talking to me.
Calling this a four-star hotel feels generous. I booked this property last year with the expectation of having a view of the Acropolis, but upon check-in we were placed on the first floor. When I inquired about moving to a higher floor, the front desk informed me the hotel was fully booked and there was nothing they could do. The room itself was exceptionally small — barely larger than a closet. To make matters worse, the window was broken and wouldn’t stay open, which left the space feeling even more confined. Our “view” overlooked the side of another building, and the shower had little to no water pressure, making even basic comforts disappointing. For the price point and star rating, I expected a much higher standard of quality, upkeep, and overall experience. That said, credit where it’s due: the room was clean, and the air conditioning worked well, which was very appreciated in the Athens heat. If you’re only staying in Athens for a night or two, this may not be a terrible option given how convenient the location is to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. However, overall, I believe there are far better values available in the area.
This hotel has a good location . View on the acropolis .. , near Plaka .. and Athens national garden .. The reception were welcoming and my stay was comfy .. my room was nice too .. I had breakfast there and it was tasty too. I recommend for a stay near the old town.
