Private Half Day Botanical Garden & Agh Khan By Felucca

The guide meets the clients at the hotel and after a short transfer they board a traditional felucca for a relaxing sail of about two hours around the Nile islands. During the cruise, guests enjoy views of the Agha Khan Mausoleum and visit the Botanical Island (Kitchener’s Island), a beautifully maintained garden filled with exotic plants and trees collected from around the world. It is an ideal place to relax in the shade while surrounded by nature. The island, located opposite Elephantine Island in Aswan, was once granted to Lord Kitchener, who developed it into an impressive botanical garden during his time in Sudan. After the sailing experience, guests return by felucca and transfer back to the hotel.
