I booked a 6:00 am airport transfer and the driver did not show up. At 6:20 am, I had to take a local Egyptian taxi to the airport. It was very disappointing as I had been in contact with the agency beforehand.

Best private car and driver I’ve had in Egypt. Mohammed didn’t speak much English, but in terms of the quality of the car, it was better than I expected. Mohammed arrived early at my pickup location in a white BMW. It was older, but clean and without all the usual plastic coverings you see in most Egyptian taxis. He drove me to the Aswan airport safely and quickly. Communication after booking was prompt thru WhatsApp. They asked for a lot of information, but it seemed to help the process go smoothly. I highly recommend Nice Tours. One of the better outfits in Egypt thru Viator.
Driver was on time for a very early flight. He was very professional and friendly. I felt badly that he had to come so early as he was going on another trip that day to Abu Simbel. His car was immaculate, which is always a plus. Thank you so much!

Car was older and no AC but it's only 30 min drive to Aswan. Driver was on time and fast driver. Price was good and was convenient from the airport.

1. The service provider seems to be on 24hr, always online and quick to interact which is most reassuring esp for early morning transfer to the airport 2. Booked for 3.30am pickup but no sign of driver but a whatsapp to service provider had the matter resolved and pickup came at 3.40am.

My first time in Egypt which started in Aswan. I knew I’ll be exhausted to deal with drivers at the arrival hall in Aswan Int. Airport after a long journey, so I chose to pre book a transportation to my hotel. It was a right decision. My flight was 3 times delayed and I was very tired. I kept posting my new flight schedule with Mayer of the company and he was always supportive until I safely got to my hotel. Their driver was patiently waiting for me at the airport. I couldn’t find him at first, but he approached me with my ID copy, so I was secured getting my seat directly going to my hotel, safely. Getting around somewhere I don’t know in the late night (my case after 9:00pm) especially for a solo traveler is a major concern, so I really appreciate their work; constant communication, on time pick up, and safety driving.
This was an early (4:30) transfer from Aswan to Airport. The driver was on time which I applaud that early ! He was very professional and the car in perfect condition, A/C, etc. Booking/communication flawless too for a competitive price, perfect!

The driver showed up 15 minutes late. Yes I arrived on time at the airport and I didn’t miss the flight but just because I booked with much advance the ride.

Easy to book the day before departure; driver was on time and we got to the airport in 30 mins; would recommend using this service over booking a car through a hotel which can be double the price; Elaria was helpful in coordinating the transfer and made sure we found our driver

It was the worst pick-up service. If you want to get from the airport to the hotel, you can use Uber, but I wanted to get around smoothly after the flight arrived, so I spent a little money to request a transfer service, but in fact there was no driver when I arrived at the airport. When I contacted the agent on WhatsApp, they didn't engage me because "the driver has already arrived at the arrival gate"… I sent them a picture by request "send me a picture of where I am", but the driver didn't show up… (*Aswan airport has only one arrival gate) "Just as I was about to give up the pick-up service and call Uber, a young man walked out of the parking lot and showed me the picture I had just sent him. (""Already there"" what was it?")" "And then, after getting into the car, he just kind of messaged me saying, "Wait a minute."" (Maybe I was making an excuse for being late to my agent...) The driver then complained as he was talking to the car park attendant and finally left. In the end, I paid higher than Uber, and it just stressed me out to the point of unnecessary stagnation. Incidentally, the car seemed to belong to the driver. The quality is the same around here as Uber. Naturally, WhatsApp correspondence will be in English, so if you're not used to travelling, we don't recommend it. (Speaking English doesn't solve it though...) I think it is nonsense to ask for perfect service in Egypt, but I will leave word of mouth for future reference.

アスワン空港に向かうため送迎を依頼しましたが、ドライバーが1時間の遅刻。 幸い2時間前には空港に移動するつもりで送迎を依頼していたのでなんとか飛行機には間に合いましたがヒヤヒヤでした。 ドライバーは遅刻しても一言も謝りもせず、もう２度とここには依頼したくありません。
We received detailed support via What'sUp, including advance confirmation of airport pickup, meeting with the driver, and confirmation of arrival at the hotel. It's best to assume that it will be difficult to communicate with the driver and that he will want a tip after you get off.
