I took a private tour to Abu Simbel on October 22 for the sun alignment, and the entire trip was tailored to my schedule. The vehicle was very comfortable, and thanks to my guide, Amid, and the excellent driving of our driver, we arrived early enough to witness this incredible phenomenon without having to wait long.

The Best Tour Guide We Had in Egypt! During our 10-day trip to Egypt, we joined several tours, but I can genuinely say that Mr. Hamid was the only guide I was extremely happy with! He took us to the High Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk, and Philae Temple in Aswan. He is such a kind, pleasant, and knowledgeable person. He explained everything so well and made the experience both interesting and enjoyable. What really stood out to me was not just his knowledge of Egyptian history, but also his personality and the way he treated us. He made us feel comfortable throughout the tour, and we truly enjoyed our time with him. We did multiple tours with the company. All coordinated by them. Very well planned and executed. Great guides and good vehicles. Guides were very knowledgeable and informative. Drivers were efficient and quick. We had two guides and many drivers over the week we were there. Two main guides Mervat and Taib. Both were excellent.

I had a wonderful experience traveling to Aswan and Abu Simbel, the 3 days we were in Aswan, the tour coordinator (Joseph) was always available for anything we needed and answered friendly to all our requests. Our drivers (Muhammad and Memboeuh) were always on time and super reliable. Our tour guide (Eslam) was very educated about Egyptian history and explained everything with details and visuals, he sometimes drew on the sand to help us visualize what we he was saying and used pictures. I really encourage others travelers to consider Sun Pyramid Tours for their next trip!

We had a wonderful excursion in Aswan to Elephantine Island, including a beautiful felucca sailing trip on the Nile. Everything was perfectly organized and truly memorable. Our guide Youssef was outstanding. He speaks excellent English, was extremely kind, professional, and attentive, and shared a lot of interesting and informative background about Aswan, the Nile, and the history of Elephantine Island. His explanations were clear, engaging, and easy to understand, and he always made sure we felt comfortable and had enough time to enjoy the experience. The felucca ride itself was peaceful and authentic, offering stunning views of the Nile and Aswan. We had a fantastic tour through Luxor, Aswan, and Abu Simbel. Our guide, Mansour, was attentive, insightful, and highly intelligent. He has a remarkable ability to read the needs of the group and tailor both his explanations and the route to match everyone’s interests and preferences. He was always one step ahead, anticipating every detail. We learned so much and wholeheartedly recommend Mansour to anyone wanting to uncover the secrets of Luxor and Aswan. The restaurants selected during the tour were excellent, serving delicious traditional Egyptian and Nubian food — a real highlight of the experience. We did a private day tour from Aswan to Abu Simbel. Our guide Kareem did a great job explaining everything to us and we went to the temples well prepared. The service was flawless and on time, conversation with Ezzat at the company via WhatsApp was quick and efficient. Thank you!

My wife and I used Sun Pyramid Tours to book our tours through Cairo and onward to Luxor, Aswan, Abe Simbel and the White Desert!! The entire process was very smooth and Nada to care of all our arrangements!!! We were met at the airport in Cairo, and our entire tour was reviewed with us!!! I wanted to give a special shout out to the team that took care of us in Luxor, and organized our time and activities there and onto Aswan. Ahmed Talaat was our guide and he made us feel right at home while we spent 5 days with him. He was funny, very talented with explaining the history of the sites, and gave you time alone to take pictures!!! He was always asking if we needed anything, and went above and beyond in getting us to shopping areas, finding things we needed…. (Like luggage to take our souvenirs back….. LOL), and making himself the available. We had two drivers during this time, and both were courteous, drove very safely, and always showed up at the times requested!!! All in all, we would recommend Sun Pyramid, and especially Ahmed Talaat for your tour guide needs!!! As a side note, my wife and I wanted to say we felt perfectly safe in every area of Egypt we visited……. Do not let perception stop you from visiting this wonderful country!!!!

Zakarya was great! We had him for 4 days between Luxor and Aswan. He spoke very good English and knew of the great local restaurants for lunch each day. We enjoyed our time with him the more we were together and he was very knowledgeable on the sites we visited! Would highly recommend.

Abu-Simbel is a great site to visit to understand Remses 2 of Dynasty 19. It has two fantastic temples, one for himself and the other, his beloved wife Nefertari.

The shuttle and the boat to Nubia Village were all private and very comfortable. Thanks to the fluent guide, I was able to thoroughly enjoy the ruins. If you come to Egypt again, I would like to ask this tour company.

We are traveling from 1.5 - 14.5 in Egypt with sun Pyramides tour. It all worked without any problems! We have always been picked up on time and are always in good company! The drivers and tour guide are always very helpful. At this point, a very big praise to Mohamed Elkhedway. He speaks good German and explains everything so that you understand it. He is very helpful and helpful! Also the various hotels and restaurants were well chosen! Mohamed also helped us with the tipping, which is very convenient as we did not know how much is normal in some cases.
