We spent a week exploring the Materuni waterfalls, the Tarangire, Ngorongoro, and Serengeti parks, and then visiting the Hadzabe and Datoga tribes. The whole experience was wonderful and deeply engaging. It wouldn’t have been as amazing without our guides, Elisha and Salehe. My wife and I just finished our honeymoon doing a Safari with Oscar Africa Safaris and we were extremely satisfied with the whole experience. You should absolutely book with confidence! They were very easy to communicate with and accommodated all of our requests. One thing we learned is that having a good guide could easily make or break a trip like this. We highly recommend asking for Elijah! He was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced in all of the national parks we visited but his knowledge of the Serengeti was what impressed us most. He knew exactly where to look for all the animals that we wanted to see. The park roads are very rough and he is a skilled driver who can manage tricky situations well and has the knowledge to keep you safe. He takes very good care of his truck, which is very comfortable, clean, has good off-road tires and works reliably. We communicated with Elijah in Spanish for the whole trip and he speaks very well. He is a pleasant person to be around and to chat with. He also seems to understand English well. You will have an amazing and comfortable experience with Oscar Africa Safaris and Elijah! Book it!

Together with my family, we spent the first seven days of February 2025 on a safari with Oscar Africa. They took care of designing a safari tailored to the requirements we set, making a great effort from the beginning to meet our objectives: experiencing nature and learning about the local customs. Our guides during these days, Cristian and Baraka, demonstrated great professionalism. During the many hours we spent in the car together, Cristian shared (in perfect Spanish) insights about Tanzania’s history and the traditions of its people. Additionally, he is highly knowledgeable about wildlife, not only large mammals but also reptiles, birds, and even flora. Baraka, on the other hand, proved to be a skilled driver, navigating the trails and muddy roads with expertise. He was always attentive to spotting animals and, most importantly, ensuring the comfort of our daughters throughout the journey. They carried out their work with absolute professionalism and are highly recommended. The food we had, both at the hotel and during the picnics, was exquisite. From the office, Madelen was always attentive to our requests. Overall, Oscar Africa not only met but exceeded our expectations.

The trip was incredible! Everything was spot on! We were incredibly lucky with sightings at Tarangire National Park and saw a lot of wildlife. The lunch was very good as well as snacks/drinks during the trip. The lodge we stayed was beautifully located and beautiful. Again, the food there was delicious. Our experience from the beginning was incredible! From the first moment they were always willing to help us, guide us with everything necessary, and resolve each of our doubts. They helped us organize the trip completely to our liking and everything was very well coordinated from beginning to end (despite the time difference). They picked us up at the airport and took us to the hotel, and throughout the entire trip we felt that every detail was very well organized. We loved all the hotels chosen: they were clean, beautiful, with very kind staff and good breakfasts. The company's vehicles were also excellent, both the vans we used in the city and the Jeep for the safari. They were always impeccable, very comfortable, and perfect for the different journeys. We want to make a special mention of our guide, Pedro, who was without a doubt the best guide we could have had. He was always very kind, spoke perfect Spanish, had a smile on his face, and had an excellent attitude. Thanks to him, we learned a lot about the different animals and their behavior. In addition, he had infinite patience waiting for us while we took all the photographs we wanted and always made an effort to find the best spots within the parks so that we could observe and photograph the animals in the best way possible. He really made our safari even more special. We also want to mention Augustino, who transported us in the van and later took us to the airport. He was always very kind, attentive, and had a very good attitude. Although it is an expensive trip, for us it was 100% worth it and completely exceeded our expectations. It is an experience that is difficult to explain in words: incredible, exciting, and truly magical. We went on a 9-day private safari and I have no words to express what we lived through. We were organizing the trip almost for a year and the previous attention has been great, adapting the itinerary to what we asked. We even made video calls with them to resolve all doubts. The first day we did not arrive because of the delay of the connection between flights but it did not affect our itinerary. Since we landed, Maggu and Agustino were waiting for us to start the adventure, it was a beating but it was worth every second. The rest of the days we continue with Yuda, what a guide machine! Able to differentiate the animals at 3 km and an infinite patience with us, made the trip has been unforgettable, besides we have seen the big 5! The hotels have also been a fantasy, with the risk that when leaving the store we could be hunted by an aggressive neighbor but also brought excitement to the experience. Extremely disappointing. Not recommended. Paid a fortune for substandard accommodations and guides who had other priorities, like celebrating New Year's Eve, rather than us visiting the Serengeti, as scheduled.

It was a great few days touring Taranguire, passing through the impressive Ngorongoro and crossing serengeti to the Mara River to see the great migration. Super complete Safari. But certainly the best thing about the trip was meeting Elisha, thanks to her passion for animals we could see the big 5, as she never gave up and every day tried to make us see as much as possible, she is a great person and made us feel super comfortable throughout the trip. It gave us a lot of security to travel with Elisha because you could see that she knew every road, was always attentive to all the details and even repaired a puncture in record time, thanks to it the experience was exceptional and unforgettable.

Oh, great. Spectacular. It all starts with Marcos’ attention and dedication when planning the trip and helping us with any questions we had (currency to carry, visa processing...) Once in Tanzania, the people who accompanied us were wonderful. Since Augustinian was the driver the first two days, to continue with Amiri and Chals, who accompanied us throughout the safari and increased the level of experience. They knew a lot and conveyed passion for animals and nature as well as knowledge. Without them it wouldn't have been the same. I would certainly recommend it a thousand and one times!!

An amazing experience!! We did a total of 3 safaris (Tarangire, Ngongoro and Serengueti) and could not be happier. The nights at the Serengueti were unique, especially the first night a spectacular male elephant appeared around the camp. It is a plus that the meals we were given for the parks were hot (we appreciate not eating sandwiches) and I would especially highlight the guides who accompanied us, Maggu and Erik. They were both heavily involved in the animal search (we could see them all, including the leopard and the cheetah, except the rhino) and were very friendly and respectful. Highly recommended!!

Well, I really felt very well treated by the team at Oscar Africa, driver Alex and guide Magu tried very hard to teach me the maximum animals possible. Marcos the guy I always talked to him, to organize the trip, also a super friendly and attentive boy. The trip was a dream come true... The only thing I can say a little less good is the car that was pretty old and broke down from the beginning making some awkward dicks all the way and left us lying around Arusha. Otherwise a 10.

Great experience with Oscar Africa safaris, we did a 7-day safari in northern Tanzania, Oscar Africa safaris, made a right choice, traveling with Oscar Africa, we have been planning this for a year and a dream come true. I had booked a trip with some friends for Tanzania which I could not take because of a medical issue. From Oscar Africa they told me that there was no problem, they would save me the reservation of the trip for later... finally concrete with them a departure in May, they give me their word that the reservation does not entail any kind of extra expense until the same day that I will make the trip, where they tell me that there was a problem with the park and hotel fees, which I must pay 807 euros, when I had already paid them 1600 euros. When I tell them that with those conditions, which I had never been told before, I would not fly, since I was not willing to pay for the trip twice. All this after 5 hours at the airport when it is impossible to communicate with them because they do not answer me except Dana, who was the only one who showed her face and I thank her enormously. I told them that with these conditions I would not travel and that I would ask for the refund of the trip, to this day they still do not give me an answer. The trip I had organized initially, with some hotels and specific areas of the serengueti changed them without warning, two weeks later I had to discuss it with them and ask for explanations. They will never give you the wifi service in the vehicle, which sells as an extraordinary service. Other tourists who contracted with them included passengers in the jeep without warning, hire a private safari for four people and suddenly include one more person, when depending on the people the price varies. I wouldn't hire a ride with them again. I upload two photos of the conversation with them, in one they tell me that there is no extra charge, only the last hotel night on March 13 and the next photo, on May 13 just the same day I travel to Tanzania.

I did a lot of research before making the decision, it was my first and my last chance to make this trip and we selected this company. The experience was much more than expected.
