Our dear guide David allowed us to fully understand the rites, customs, and traditions of Tanzania. He also allowed us to experience powerful emotions during the safari. We will miss him as much as we will miss Africa.

Itinerary
Materuni Waterfall, Coffee Tour & Kikuletwa Hot Springs Experience Visit Materuni, an authentic village on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro. Begin with a scenic, easy hike to the stunning Materuni Waterfall. Along the way, your guide will share stories of Chagga culture, village life, and local flora and fauna. Take a refreshing swim in the pool at the base of the falls—don’t forget your swimwear! Enjoy a hot local lunch with traditional banana beer, then take part in an interactive coffee tour. Learn how coffee is grown, processed, and roasted—and enjoy a fresh cup. Finish the day at the beautiful Kikuletwa Hot Springs, perfect for a relaxing swim in crystal-clear waters. After the tour, we’ll transfer you to your hotel in Arusha or Moshi, or to the airport, with lasting memories of your adventure.
Kikuletwa Hot Springs, also known as Chemka Hot Springs, is a hidden oasis in the Tanzanian savannah, surrounded by lush greenery and fig trees. Despite the name, the water is not boiling but naturally warm, crystal clear, and perfect for a relaxing swim. The turquoise pool is fed by underground springs and offers a refreshing escape with small fish that gently nibble at your feet for a natural spa-like experience. It's an ideal spot to unwind, float under the sun, swing into the water, or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Whether you're ending a day of adventure or seeking a quiet retreat, Kikuletwa offers tranquility and natural beauty in a truly unique setting.

Fantastic experience, happy 😊 trip, professional stuff. We enjoy so much the hole experience! We felt safe and happy with the guide and driver
The experience was like nothing I have done before. Emmanuel and Eric were both very kind and their English were excellent. I learned a lot about the local calture and nature of the area. The whole day was something I will remember for a while and the waterfalls is a place I would definitely like to visit again one day.
Sylvester was an amazing tour guide. We really enjoyed the coffee tour and the local lunch was fantastic. Highly recommend.
Sylvester was guiding and Sam was driving us. They were very knowledgeable and professional, yet very polite and personable. They stayed patient throughout the day and allowed us to experience the waterfall, gear good, exotic coffee brewing experience and wonderful hot springs…Thank you !
Perfect guide very friendly, knows a lot and is helpful. Gives tips and advice and took a lot of pictures of us both as a service 😁
First class trip. Let's you visit both on the same day if time is tight. Emanuel & Julius were fantastic! 👍
Had an amazing day trip with Mercy and Charlie! Mercy led us on a great trek to the waterfall and then to the coffee bean farm where we got to take part in the local coffee making process! Then onto the fabulous hot springs! Food was great throughout the day! Would recommend this trip, especially Mercy and Charlie!
Great, moderate hike to the stunning Materuni Falls. Along the way, our guide Godwin told us so much about the history of the area, and the local flowers, fruit, and birds. He was so knowledgeable! After seeing the waterfall, which was incredible, we hiked back to a local Chogga village and had a delicious lunch of banana soup, rice, beans and spiced vegetables. Then, we learned all about coffee cultivation and roasting, and had the most delicious cup of coffee. So much fun and so educational. It was a highlight of our trip to Tanzania,
Great company to visit Tanzania and go around Arousha and Moshi. Elisante is very available, friendly and kind! First, we had a wonderful safari, with a very kind and prepared driver, Joseph, always on-time! The last day they even offered us a middle day trip, before going to the airport, with another fantastic, joyful driver, Julius! They are the best!
We did the day tour to Materuni waterfall, coffee tour and hotsprings and it was perfect from begin to end! Our guide Mercy was kind and has a great sense of humour. The coffee experience was so fun and he lunch was delicious. Mercy is sush a nice girl, She explained things to detail, and answered all our questions. It was the highlight of our visit to Moshi!
We did the one day hike up the Kilimanjaro tour and was great! The tour guide picked us up on time and was very informative through the whole tour. Showed us different types of plants and interesting information. The lunch they provided was also hand made and pretty delicious! They picked us all the way up from Arusha to Moshi and was easy to communicate with other WhatsApp. I would definitely recommend booking with Kisambi Tours again!
Excellent! I did Many city tours but this one really very good. Moshi is nice, the waterfall is wonderful and the coffee tour was very interesting and fun. The lunch was delicious. Congratulations for the staff and especially to Noela, the super pleasant guide.
Wszystko perfekcyjnie przygotowane i zorganizowane.Polecam .Jestem bardzo zadowolona .Czysto i miło.Chętnie bym pojechała jeszcze raz.
It was a great and very exciting day with Elisante and Emanuel! Emanuel accompanied us all day and we learned a lot about the country, the people and the culture. Spontaneously we were able to stop at a primary school and get a little insight into the children's everyday lives. Finally, we were able to try "tasty" banana beer... definitely worth an experience ;) Absolutely recommended and worth a visit!!
We visited the Materuni waterfall with Elisante and then did the coffee tour at his home. It was a great and very exciting day! We were even allowed to look into the cowshed and exchanged our experiences. Emanuel accompanied us all day and we learned a lot about the country, the people and the culture. Spontaneously we were able to stop at a primary school and get a little insight into the children's everyday lives, very poignantly. Finally, we were able to try "tasty" banana beer... definitely worth an experience;) Absolutely recommended and great value for money! Thank you Elisante and Emanuel!
