We had an absolutely incredible 7-day private safari with Sterling, visiting several different national parks. Every day was a unique and unforgettable experience, with breathtaking landscapes and amazing wildlife encounters. Sterling was an outstanding guide: extremely knowledgeable, passionate, friendly, and always attentive to our wishes. His expertise and incredible ability to spot animals made the entire journey truly special. Thanks to him, we were lucky enough to see all of the Big Five! He made sure we had the best possible wildlife experiences and shared so much fascinating knowledge along the way. The private safari allowed us to enjoy every moment at our own pace, making the experience personal and exclusive. Everything was an absolute highlight, and the entire trip was an unforgettable adventure from start to finish. A huge thank you to Sterling for making these seven days so extraordinary! We couldn't have asked for a better guide and would highly recommend him and this safari to anyone looking for an amazing wildlife experience. An absolute 10/10 experience that we will remember for a lifetime!

Itinerary
Day 1
1
Start your safari adventure from Arusha, the starting point of all safari holidays in Tanzania. You will be picked up from your place of stay or the airport by our driver-guide. From here you will make your way to Arusha National Park.
Enjoy a safari game drive in Arusha National Park, the home of Mount Meru, alkaline lakes and a highlight for birders. Arusha National Park is one of the smaller national parks in the northern circuit and located at the foot of Mount Meru in Arusha. This beautiful park is mostly known for the rare black and white Colobus monkey that is often seen here. An amazingly gracious animal to see swirling between the trees with its long arms and long black and white fur. The park consists of mountain areas combined with rain forests and lakes. It is a paradise for bird watchers since you can find many tropical species here that are rarely seen anywhere else. Examples are the Greater flamingo and the Silvery-cheeked horn-bill.
Day 2
2
The following day is a day for relaxing. You can for example sit back and relax by a pool with a cocktail, visit our spa or book an additional excursion from our broad and varied list of activities we offer in the area of Lake Manyara. Some examples are: Visiting a traditional Maasai Boma, going on a mountain bike tour through the farms and village of Mto Wa Mbu, visiting the Maasai market, exploring the village of Mto Wa Mbu on a tuktuk tour and many more!
Day 3
3
Enjoy a full day game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, offering a large ecological variety in a small area. The alkaline soda of the lake appeals to impressive numbers of birds thriving on its water. More than 400 species have been identified and one of the highlights are the thousands of strolling flamingoes. From the entrance of the park, the road winds through a groundwater forest area where baboon troops can be seen hanging about on the roadside and in the trees. On the grassy banks of the lake, the wildebeest, giraffe, zebra and the large buffalo can be seen grazing the day away. The mahogany and acacia trees are inhabited by the famous tree-climbing lions, if you’re lucky you might spot them lazing on a tree branch. Enjoy your lunch in the middle of the National Park, while admiring the amazing view of the lake.
Day 4
4
Enjoy a full day game drive in Tarangire National Park, also known as the home of the elephants. Tarangire has the highest concentration of wildlife outside the Serengeti National Park, and is a fun and easy park to explore. Wildlife is abundant and exposed due to the park’s more compact and open terrain making it easier to see wildlife both up close and from a distance. It is 2850 square kilometers making it the sixth-largest park in Tanzania. Tarangire is known for its large herds of elephants, which can be viewed at close range. Other animals likely to be seen throughout Tarangire are; wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, gazelle, warthog, impala, python, lion, leopard and over 50 species of birds.
Day 5
5
Today you will enjoy a scenic drive up the escarpment (the 150 corners road) on your way to Karatu. When arriving at Africa Safari Karatu in the afternoon you have the possibility to relax or book an additional tour, such as a coffee farm tour or visiting the Hadzabe tribe (one of the oldest tribes in Africa!).
Day 6
6
This day you will enjoy a full day game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater, worlds largest intact volcanic caldera. This is the best park to get the chance to spot the Big 5! Nothing can prepare you for the breathtaking beauty of the Ngorongoro Crater. When you stand at the lookout and gaze into the crater, the clouds hovering around the tip of the rim and the cool mountain breeze in the air, will make you discover the true power and divinity of Mother Nature. This visit to the crater will probably be one of the most rewarding experiences of your life. Due to the natural rims of the crater, there is an abundance of wildlife throughout the conservation area that is home to the Big Five.
Day 7
7
Today, after breakfast, your driver guide will be ready to bring you back to Arusha, which is more or less a 3 hour drive away.
Once arriving in Arusha, your driver guide will drop you off in the center of Arusha, your place of stay or the airport.

Our guide Abdul was exceptional. The trip was a perfect pace and the array of wildlife was incredible. We were sad that our trip came to an end as we could have stayed on!! The team at Safari365 tailored a trip to suit us extremely well and with very little notice as we booked last minute. Very impressed with the service.
We had an unforgettable holiday with our guide Emmanuel Shirima in Tanzania . Together with our guide, Emmanuel Shirima from Paradise & Beach (known as Paradise & Wilderness in the Netherlands), we trekked through the Tanzanian wilderness for 7 days. An incredible experience! We saw an enormous number of animals, including the Big Five! We visited stunning locations, such as Tarangire National Park, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Natron, Pololeti, and Serengeti National Park. The accommodations we stayed in were also great, each featuring a swimming pool to relax in after an intensive day.Absolutely top-notch! Emmanuel Shirima made a huge contribution to this with his knowledge, enthusiasm, and love for nature! Manu, thank you for a fantastic 7 days
We booked at Beach & Safari and our guides name was Julius Masimba. A very nice guy with excellent knowledge. He drove us safely through the Serengeti and we arrived safely at the airport. We have seen a lot of nice spots and when we are coming again I would ask ask for him to explore more of this nice and peaceful country. Thanks a lot Julius and the team of Beach & Safari.
We had a wonderful stay in Tanzania thanks to our guide Richard who made sure everything was perfect. He did his best to introduce us to as many species as possible and to magnify our experience.
Great experience for a first safari in Tanzania ! Our guide, Richard, was very kind and tried his best to show us “the Big five”.
Great experience with Guide Leonard Laizer
All in all, a fantastic experience! The "lodges" were great, they were more like 5 star boutique hotels :). It is a dutch owned company and training wise that is well noticable. This in combination with the great people of tanzania makes a fantastic mix of service. 1 specific person, Ezekiel our guide and driver the whole trip, was absolutely marvelous. Very knowlegeable, calm, friendly and more. He went out of his way more than once to give us the best possible experience. Book your trip with this company and everything is taken care off. Hakuna Matata!
We went on a six-day safari trip with our driver, Godbless Mkunde, and it was absolutely amazing! Even when it wasn't high season, we saw all the Big Five (including a baby leopard and four rhinos!) and a lion sleeping on a tree. Godbless always found the best spots to see all the animals perfectly (and to take great pictures). He's also a great driver, and he's a really kind and friendly guy. I'd definitely recommend doing a safari with Godbless.
Our safari was an unforgettable experience! Everything was well organized, and we were able to see so many animals up close. A huge thank you to our amazing team – guide Deus, driver Moala, and the two other guides Alen and Joel – who all made this trip truly special. Deus speaks very good German, was always highly committed, and shared a lot of interesting knowledge about wildlife, nature, and culture. Moala drove us safely through sometimes challenging roads and was always friendly and helpful. Alen and Joel were also very dedicated and always there to help us with any questions or needs we had. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, though not perfect everywhere, but absolutely fine for a real safari experience. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable trip that we would happily do again
This safari was the trip of a lifetime! It was amazing! A dream come true! Our guide was so knowledgeable- not only about the animals, but the landscape and the animals’ interaction within it. He was also very kind and full of stories. His name is Godson and I would highly recommend him! We thought that 7 days was a good amount of time for us. We saw so much without having to rush, The downside is the accomodation. Although I recognise how difficult it must be to provide comfort in such harsh circumstances, they definitely could have done better. Our vegetarian options were bleak, but mostly the staff were friendly and helpful. The communication with Paradise &Wilderness was always timely.
The journey was an unforgettable experience. Our guide Ally and our driver Japhed proved to be an outstanding team, conveying the fascinating diversity of flora and fauna with great expertise. Ally’s excellent language skills deserve particular mention, and his occasional use of dialect brought a touch of humor to our days. The northern Serengeti was especially impressive and left us deeply moved. In contrast, the Ngorongoro Crater was marked by heavy overtourism, which significantly diminished the natural experience. Nevertheless, we can wholeheartedly recommend this trip.
To say it right away: The only thing about our 7-day Northern Tanzania safari that wasn't perfect, was the duration of our stay. We would have loved to go on much longer! Notwithstanding, we managed to spot more than 60 different species of wild animals, including four of the big five - rhino missing. This is one of hundreds of reasons to come back again! The outstanding experience of our safari was not at least due to our guide Lucas whose excellent driving skills made us at all times feel safe and comfortable. His good eye for wildlife spottings, together with an indepth knowledge about the animals was very valuable - so was his sense of humor. We enjoyed very much travelling with him and practicing our Swahili 😊 We stayed at four different camps - all of them were excellent as well, in both regards, accommodation and service. All the staff were extremely helpful and hospitable - asante sana to everybody!
Khalid was the best guide ever! He gave us a unique experience, taking us to places little frequented by the crowds and accommodating our wishes. Thanks again!!
We set off from Arusha and had five wonderful days with our guide, Richard. On day 1, we went to Lake Natron, where we experienced the unique landscape and thousands of flamingos. On day 2, we headed toward Lake Manyara, passing through pristine nature and numerous Maasai villages. The subsequent game drives in Lake Manyara National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater truly left us speechless. The countless animals we saw and our fantastic guide made this unique experience perfect for us.
Richard is a very well prepared guide and an excellent driver. He drives very well, on every type of road, calm and attentive, never on his cell phone, always focused on his work and he respects all the parks rules. The car is always clean and tidy. He is always on time, attentive to us, we always felt safe and never had to worry about anything. He is extremely knowledgeable about the parks, the animals and the environment. We saw 4 of the Big Five and many many other animals. His professionalism and knowledge made all the difference having him as our driver and guide. We were lucky to have such an experienced person. We highly recommend this agency to the safari in Tanzania. After the ascent of Mount Meru, we set off on our Safari which started with Tarangire NP and then continued to Lake Natron, continuing through the Pololeti Reserve, Serengeti North, Central and South and finally concluding with Ngorongoro. It was certainly an adventurous and unforgettable experience!
We spent 6 wonderful days with Richard, that is very nice, very kind, well prepared on all the safari and animals, we have him the name “eagle eyes” because he is always able to see the animals… so We’ve seen all the big five, the carnivores and many many other animals. Everything went well during the trip, the food is good and well organized for the picnic. For sure we will recommend Richard to all the people!
We had an absolutely unforgettable experience - truly a once in a lifetime adventure. We felt completely safe, comfortable and well taken care of from the moment we arrived. What impressed us most was the breathtaking wildlife. Being able to see so many animals in their natural habitat - often just a few meters away - was magical. Every game drive was a new adventure and full of unforgettable sights. A very special thank you goes to our guide Marcus, who made this journey extraordinary. His knowledge of wildlife, nature and local culture enriched every moment. His passion for what he does was inspiring. He always made sure that the car is clean, we felt safe, informed and entertained. He has a great sense of humor and an incredible eye for spotting animals we never would have seen ourselves. This journey exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you all for making it so special.
The Safari was more than impressive. It exceeded all our expectations. Our guide, Bilal, was the best Guide you could imagine. He was very polite and a really nice and smart guy. He knows every animal and plant and he can answer any question you have. The whole Safari experience was perfect and everything worked out really well. The lodges were really nice and calm and all the people working there were great! ...and we saw the big five and much much more! Thanks to Bilal and our driver...a great team!!! I am sure we will come back one day, ASANTE SANA <3
The Safari experience was amazing! We did a 7 day tour and our guide and our driver were great. We managed to see all of the Big Five.
The safari was incredible. We saw a lot of animals and rarely had to search for them. The tour guide (Allen) was incredibly nice and very helpful. The driver was also great and helpful. The guides and drivers worked well together so that everyone could see all of the animals. The tour guide also spoke good German and English. The lodges were all very nice. Highly recommended!
This was an AMAZING experience. We went to tarangeri, ngorongoro, central Serengeti and northern Serengeti. Our tour guide DJ Kalid (picture attached) IS THE BEST . It really matters who your tour guide is and DJ Khalid did a fantastic job with his 15+ years experience, he took us around the hidden spots where we found practically every animal in the safari and even had the skills to navigate and get very close to the animals. Even saw the great migration river crossing at the Mara river with the wildebeest and crocodiles. He also knows A LOT about the history and culture of the area and EVERYTHING about every animal we encountered. There was no question DJ Khalid could not answer regarding the safari. This man is a walking safari encyclopedia and has the Eyes of a HAWK. He can see farther than the average human without glasses or binoculars and helped spot out animals. He was punctual and professional. I highly recommend him without a doubt, he deserves more than 5/5 stars and if I ever go back, he’ll be my go to person. He deserves a promotion
We spent 7 wonderful days in Tanzania with Paradise & Wilderness and our guide Malley. Everything was perfectly prepared and the accommodation in the lodges was perfect. We were met with tremendous hospitality everywhere. We had the opportunity to observe the wonderful natural world of Tanzania. A trip worth recommending.
The trip was extraordinary- we saw so much more than we expected. Your driver, Stanley, made our safari so special. He knew all plants and animals (and even spotted them all the time while driving) and his kind and caring way made us feel very comfortable. Thank you Stan, without you it would have been half the fun!
The tour was amazing, we saw so much and every place we stayed was lovely. The people are so welcoming and accommodating. All the accommodation was lovely with refreshments on arrival, clean rooms and friendly staff. Joel our guide was knowledgeable and super friendly but gave us space as a family which was perfect!
The trip was fantastic! Despite unseasonal rain and a few hiccups here and there we had a fantastic time. Our guide was fantastic, camps were comfortable and we saw everything you would want to see on a safari
We had awonderful Safari with great impressions and experiences. We can thank our tour guide Hamisi and driver Martin for this. Hamisi is a very competent, helpful and extremely friendly person who made the Safari an experimente that we will never forget for the rest of our lives. We will recommend Hamisi and Martin to our friends and Colleges because with Hamisi you will experience a Safari that you will never regret. Hamisi speaks german and english very well. You and your company can be very proud of such employees. I hope that many more tourist can experimente a Safari with Hamisi and Martin, because then the Safari was worth every Euro. Thank you for the wonderful time and hopefully see you soon with another route. Of course only with Hamisi and Martin. Kind regards Marianne and Robert Lutz from Austria
We took this trip for our honeymoon and had the most amazing week. Our guide, Sillo, was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us to spot the big 5 and many more, Sillo was entertaining and worked hard over the time we were with him to ensure we had the most wonderful experience. The parks and camps were amazing.
We did a 7 day (partially customised) Safari that went through Terengire, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro and Serengeti. The parks are just amazing, with an enormous number of animals everywhere. Only negative point of the trip was a 2 days (1up, 1 down) from center Serengeti to north and back. As it was not the right period, those places were pretty empty. Be sure to check carefully when you plan the trip and challenge your sales representative in order to have the best options for it. We were also glad that the travel office proposed to rearrange our day to Ngorongoro to be on a morning (as first activity) and not at the end of the really long (and really bumpy) road back to Lake Manyara, as it was originally planned. In all lodges people were extremely nice, kind and helpful. Most of them are really close to beautiful views and nature. This would have been a 4 stars review, but the 5th star is all because of our guide Khalid Talib. He was really knowledgeable of all wildlife, willing to answer all questions, sharing all his knowledge about wildlife and Maasai culture. He exceeded our expectations and he went the extra mile to try to show us what we wanted to see (especially the last minute leopard). If we have the chance to come back, we’ll definitely ask for him!
We had simply put the best Safari with our Guide Shabani. We did a seven day tour which included Tarangire, Lake Manyara, the Serengeti and ngorogoro crater. We filled this with a week in Zanzibar. The Safari was excellent and Shabani was full of information and able to give us loads of knowledge on the animals as well as local culture and traditions. It was a very personalised experience. Would highly recommend Shabani and beach and safari to anybody booking a Tanzanian adventure.
We had an amazing holiday. All accommodation lodges were top class and close to the wildlife. The service was exceptional. Beds were comfortable and food was delicious and more than enough. Each lodge was unique. The 4wd was very reliable, comfortable and up to all the very tough driving of this adventure. Our driver, Anthony Sillo, was an absolute gem. He made our trip exceptional with his enormous knowledge of animals, plants, landscapes, culture and geology, not to mention his skill as a driver and genuine kindness. He was determined to find as many different animals as possible. We saw lions (a mating pair), cheetahs (making a kill), a leopard, black rhino, giraffes, elephants, many hippos, gazelles, antelopes, many bird species, and so much more. We did the optional Ngorogoro Crater Rim walk, Lake Natron Walk and the Lake Manyara Game walk. All were amazing experiences with top knotch, kind and knowledgable guides (armed where necessary). At all times, we were informed about where we were going and what was happening. He was also flexible when necessary, and took us into towns to experience some of the culture too. Couldn't fault this trip or our driver.
Pros: 1. Easy to book. For someone who doesn’t know much about the lay of the land, travel time, road conditions, how to connect points, the relative yield of different parts of Serengeti, they assign lodges, travel time and day time itinerary in most optimal way. Now that I have done my trip, I could probably optimize better to suit my needs but that is always the case. 3. At first, it seemed expensive, esp given that we were only two in our group and not four, I think it is priced right. I think Paradise should be open to the idea of matching others in your Jeep to lower the cost like Trafalgar, Globus, Cosmos etc. do for touring most countries except for Egypt and Turkey. 5. Their Jeeps were well fitted with camera recharging power strip. They should have announced that in their brochure as then I would not have carried my heavy power bank fearing I might run out of juice in the middle of day. 6. The food they served for lunch and dinner was good quality and plenty. I came back heavier! Their lunch was relatively weak mainly because you get coffee, pancakes (very different from the ones you get in the US), toast etc. Slim pickings. But if you ask, you will get Spanish omelet at every single resort. If you don’t know about it, you will live on cold cereal each morning. They make good Spanish omelet and that too a chunky one. Ask for chicken sausages too, as they are not set out on their table. Their boxed lunch is more than one can eat. However their boxed lunch often requires you to use your bare hands, like eating chicken with bone or peeling eggs, and your hands often have red dirt on them. Most picnic areas had running water and soap but some of them did not. So that could become an issue. Carry hand sanitizer at the very least. No paper towels anywhere, even at good hotels in Arusha! 7. Their tents were very good. No bugs or mosquitoes inside. In fact it should be listed as a hotel room. I think the tent is there to give you the feeling that you are more connected with nature. The sounds come in all night long with game calls and even growls of lion frequently. You open the vents and breeze runs through. There were times when we were in the tent during midday and it became hot. At least three times the power went out, but only one time the power was out for 2 hours. It became hot during midday. The power never goes out at night, so I believe it was turned off due to certain reason like maintenance or batteries running low. 8. They don’t have any properties within Serengeti park. This means you really can’t do morning and evening game drives. Animals bed down when sun is high and the day is hot. That is when you too should be back at your lodge, bedding down. Since your trip with Paradise is limited to their properties, you miss out on twice daily game drives when game is most active. I think they should tie up with some property within the park to give you that twice daily experience but then of course the cost will go up. Twice daily game drive, that is morning and evening, from Paradise resorts is not possible due to drive time and also because Serengeti NP will charge you two separate entrance fees. So maybe it behooves you to stay in the park overnight, but I am sure that too comes at extra cost, for overnight stay in the park like Yellowstone NP campers must pay. 9. I never used Tanzania Shilling. Did all my business in USD. They quote prices in USD at resort like when you buy beer etc. I probably lost some money due to poor conversion rates but it made life easier. They always charge at least 2.5% credit card usage fee, regardless of how big or how small is a business operation. So keep that in mind. Cons: 1. Internet was sketchy. I know it is Wilderness area but people have to connect with their families esp when going into remote areas. At Ikoma Lodge, internet never worked anywhere. It connected but no transfer of data. Even the staff tried but no data exchange. I was there for 4 nights. At Masai Boma it worked great but only in the restaurant. At South Serengeti it worked great, even in your tent. At Lake Manyara lodge, it worked good in the restaurant but it was a long walk away and after dark you can’t go there since wildlife roams around freely. You have to be escorted. This means you can’t text your family at 10p because you don’t have an escort. At Lake Manyara office, it connected but data transfer was slow. No internet in your tent. 2. Then each time you had to log in, you had to use their password. One password per device, good only for 24 hours. It would be a 9 digit number. Mercifully not alphanumeric. Often required multiple times to enter that number. Then they would generate another number that would work but not the number I was given. Seems like they were handing out expired numbers. Well hello, only those who stay in Paradise resorts, past their security gates, are using their free wifi. What’s the big deal with wifi passwords!! Just make it open wifi. 3. Their beds are firm. Because it doesn’t have springs in them. I like firm beds. I grew up on these mattresses so I liked it. But American might find it too firm. 4. Serengeti forest has Tsetse flies in May and June. You will get bit by them. I used full sleeve pants and shirts, 100% DEET and a face net when we were plowing through tall grass. The driver guide thought they were Cecil flies so I was not on alert. But later on when I had internet, I figured out that these were Tsetse flies (driver called it Cecil, as it sounds similar to Tsetse, I even made him spell it). It can cause sleeping sickness in those who are bit several times in the forest like rangers, guides etc. Probably not the tourists. Still the bite is painful and itches for days. The company brochure should at least mention Tsetse flies during wet months. 100% DEET works decent but not perfect. Face net worked great for me but nobody else had it. It should be listed on their packing list. Because sometimes they sit on your face or neck and you can’t feel them, until they bite. You can’t keep fanning them away all the time, off your face, since you are using cameras or holding on to jeep going through ditches. Long sleeve shirts and pants are a must when you go through those fly zones. Wear shorts or short sleeves at your own peril. They are not there in July onward, that is dry months, for the most part, I am told. 5. Day 7 and 9 were sold to us as Looking for Great Migration. So I had thought that I might see some game migration. It turns out the the Great Migration happens ONLY when Serengeti is dry, that is July and August. The month of August is ideal if you want to see the Migration. But it is hot and dusty. I was there in first half of June, still somewhat wet but green with wildflowers, more tolerable drives for us, pleasant 74 to 78 degrees, more tolerable for game as well, but then tsetse flies come with wet weather. I might do another short trip some day to see just the migration. Overall a wonderful experience like none other I have had in my life.
7 days and 6 nights in Tanzania, from Arusha to Tarangire, Ngorongoro volcano, northern Serengeti, the Kenyan border, crossing between the two, feeling the vastness of the land. Thank you to the driver and guide Fred for always taking care, ensuring safety on the road, comfortable driving, and wildlife spotting. After finishing each day, I carefully clean the trunk. The camp arrangement is very good. It was a very unforgettable journey, worth recommending.
We spent seven fantastic nights in seven very different and wonderfully selected lodges – and every accommodation was special in its own unique way. The differences were great, but that is exactly what made the safari so varied and exciting. Friendliness, professionalism, and cleanliness were outstanding everywhere. The entire organization of the package was perfect from beginning to end. From the friendly and reliable pickup service at the airport, to all transfers and the complete support during the safari, right up to the drop-off service at the airport, everything worked smoothly. We didn't have to worry about anything and could simply focus on the trip and the many special experiences. Everything in between was also perfectly organized and professionally implemented. The safari itself was an absolute dream for us! Sometimes the two of us were out in the jeep with our guide for up to 10 hours a day – and yet it never got boring. On the contrary: We felt at all times that we were in exactly the right place and not missing any special moment. A very big thank you goes to our safari guide Samuel. He was simply unbeatable! His professionalism, his incredible knowledge of the wildlife, his instinct for the animals, and his patience and experience made our safari a very special experience. 10 out of 10 points – actually 120%! 🐘🦁❤️ Samuel didn't just look for animals, but always made sure to let us experience special situations and moments. Especially for us as photography enthusiasts, it was fantastic. The combination of a great route, seven exceptional lodges, and a guide like Samuel made this trip an experience that we won't soon forget. Highly recommended! If we go on safari again, we would immediately want Samuel as our guide again. Thank you very much for these unforgettable seven days – it was truly a dream! 🌍🦁🐘📸
Had a super guide (Alen)! He explained everything to us about the animals and the national parks.
Our guide, Richard, took great care of us. He did everything possible to help us see the big five and he succeeded! He helped us discover all the wildlife, including the birds, and gave us explanations about their behavior. The welcome at the lodges was very pleasant. There was often a pool, which allowed us to recover after the days of safari. The food was excellent and abundant.
Our guide Allen and our driver Leonad provided us with an indescribably beautiful and unique safari experience.
We traveled with Leonad and Allen. Leonad had perfect control of the vehicle, and Allen was a great guide. They found many animals for us. It was a truly great safari!
We had a fantastic driver, Leonard, who safely drove us to the lodges and was able to show us all the Big Five during the game drives. We always felt safe and well taken care of. With great expertise and knowledge, he introduced us to the land, people, flora, and fauna. His kindness and warmth deeply touched us.
The safari was really an experience and we would book again . I would like to emphasize here especially positively that we were only two in the off-road vehicle and were therefore very flexible in terms of the trips . the tours in the national parks are not crowded and we often had the feeling of being alone in the wild . the animals were also easily visible without binoculars (did the guide have) and were mostly only a few meters from the car. we exchanged with other tourists as far as the visibility of the animals also had very exciting and exciting experiences. our guide Neyman was a dream . he was very friendly, funny, told a lot about flora and fauna on his own and was able to answer us our questions in detail. we really had a great and exciting time with him. the lodges are in my opinion at European level. we stayed two nights directly in the serengeti national park in “luxury” tents where there was one night no hot water because it rained all day and so the solar panels could not deliver . should not be understood now as criticism but as info. the food was excellent at all times and the staff very friendly . only downer drop and for that there is also a star deductible is the handling of the europayers . in the lodges of the provider everything is designed for dollars, which is currently weaker than the euro. the employees seem to have the instruction to treat the euro like the dollar . when you address them they reply that it is so less complicated (weak excuse) . but if you first give the euro price and then pay with dollars it is suddenly no longer complicated to use a calculator . this circumstance is a nogo for me personally. if I knew with these again a trip I would change 300 euros to small dollars seem
It was a great experience with the best guide (Bilali) and driver (Shaban). They were very friendly and it went from getting to know each other to becoming a friendship.
It was a great experience with the greatest guide (Bilali) and the best driver (Shaban).
Leonhard Laizer perfectly organized & had a lot of fun +magical moments with the big 5 and the beautiful landscape
We did a 6-day safari trip with our driver Godbless and it was just fantastic! Although it was not a high season, we all saw BIG FIVE (including a baby leopard and 4 rhinos!) and even a sleeping lion on a tree. Godbless has always found the best places to watch all the animals perfectly (and also to take great photos). He is also an excellent driver and very nice and friendly. I can only recommend a safari with Godbless!
We are very happy to have booked our trip at paradise and wilderness. They help to put together your dream trip. We were given the freedom to add our own ideas, so that the trip perfectly matched what we had in mind. Our guide Vincent, who accompanied us for seven days, ensured an unforgettable holiday. He did everything he could to make the most of the trip and made it really special. The accommodations of lodges and tents were in beautiful places. The staff at the property are friendly. Making it feel very personal and like a hot bath. An unforgettable experience! We recommend a safari via paradise and wilderness.
Great lodges, perfectly organized, friendly and fun guides + drivers (Ally + Shabani), the Big Five seen, successful trip.
It was a mega fantastic experience! Nature, animals, people, our guide, weather, lodges... highly recommended! Thanks to Anouk who has mapped out our tour. Everything was very well arranged including transfers and food. Our guide was a really nice, fine man who showed us the real Tanzania with all his knowledge and experience. We have been to Tarangire NP, Serengeti NP, Lake Manyara NP and Ngorongoro crater and conservation area. Really great, if you like big wildlife, vast nature and warmth.
We went on a seven-day safari in northern Tanzania in January 2025 and were thrilled. Our driver Jeff was extremely attentive, tried to fulfill all our wishes at all times and was an excellent game guide. Thanks to him we could all see “Big Five”. Jeff was also incredibly good at tracking down the various animals, discovering them and presenting them to us in the best possible way. His knowledge of the various animals was impressive. We couldn't think of a better guide for the safari - absolutely ask for him when booking. We visited the following national parks as part of our tour: Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorngoro, Serengeti and spent the night in Beach & Safari Lodges. The accommodations were all clean and well maintained. The staff in all the accommodations were insanely accommodating and extraordinarily friendly.
High level organization, beautiful lodges, unique experience. The fact of relying on a company that manages both the safari and all the different facilities (in our case 3) in which to stay overnight while moving between the various parks makes the difference. Special thanks to our guide Salum, nice, kind and very prepared. He followed us all week making the experience even more unique. Asante sana Salum! Lucky team!
The tour was overall very good ! Well organized, wonderful, different landscapes and the great wildlife impressed us once again. Particularly positive to mention is the great driver GAZA, who also has a great knowledge of plants and of course wildlife, as well as his incredibly great helpfulness! Our German-speaking and delightful travel companion Neema has greatly enriched our safari with her calm, competent and pleasant nature and helpfulness! A big THANK YOU to them both!! Unfortunately, a small minus at the South Serengeti Lodge in Ndutu: on the first evening there was almost no food left, the team was overwhelmed and the lodge manager was unfriendly and seemed incompetent and arrogant! Unfortunately, the quality of the food was poor even on the 2nd day. The absolutely most beautiful and overall best lodge was the Rift Valley Lodge!
