Itinerary
Day 1
1
Start your safari adventure from Arusha, the starting point of all safari holidays in Tanzania. You will be picked up from your place of stay or the airport by our driver-guide. From here you will make your way to Tarangire National Park.
Enjoy a full day game drive in Tarangire National Park, which is famous for its scenic baobab trees and high density population of elephants.
Day 2
2
Enjoy a safari transfer through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area while on your way to Ndutu, South Serengeti. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is the home of the Maasai tribe. On your way you will already see some wildlife and impressive landscapes.
Enjoy an afternoon game drive around Lake Ndutu. Ndutu is a famous location during the Great Migration, which takes place from November till April, and the Calving Season, which takes place between December and February. Witnessing either one of these wildlife spectacles is definitely an unforgettable experience.
Day 3
3
After you have enjoyed your breakfast it is time to enjoy a full day game drive around Lake Ndutu. During the Great Migration and Calving Season there is a lot of predator-prey action, which you can witness when lucky! The area is famous for its abundance of wildlife during these wildlife events. Lion sightings are common in this area and the riverbank is home to one of the world’s densest populations of leopards. Make sure to keep your camera handy!
Day 4
4
This day you will enjoy a full day game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater, worlds largest intact volcanic caldera. This is the best park to get the chance to spot the Big 5!
Day 5
5
Today, after breakfast, your driver guide will be ready to bring you back to Arusha, which is more or less a 3 hour drive away.
Once arriving in Arusha, your driver guide will drop you off in the center of Arusha, your place of stay or the airport.

Excellent guide an driver who knows how to archief the right position for the best view (pictures). Always on time and a pleasant personage to travel with those 5 days.
We had an amazing trip and enjoyed the beautiful nature and animals. All the staff at the amazing accommodations were very kind en helpful. Also our driver was great.
Great experience! Awesome places, amazing wildlife and very friendly and knowledgeable guide DJ Khalid!
We had an incredible time on our safari adventure with DJ Khalid! He was an absolute wealth of knowledge, sharing fascinating insights about the wildlife and ecosystem. His enthusiasm and energy were infectious, making the experience even more enjoyable for us. DJs expertise and passion for wildlife made the tour truly unforgettable. We highly recommend him as a safari guide - you won't be disappointed!
Our safari with DJ Khalid was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment he picked us up, his positive energy and humor made the whole experience feel relaxed, exciting, and genuinely fun. DJ clearly knows the parks extremely well. His knowledge of wildlife, animal behavior, and the local environment was impressive. He didn’t just point out animals — he explained what they were doing, why they behave in certain ways, and shared interesting facts that made every sighting more meaningful. His spotting skills were incredible. We saw so many animals that we would have completely missed on our own. He seemed to know exactly where to go and had a great eye for finding rhinos hidden in the distance or camouflaged lizards. DJ was also great at communicating throughout the safari. He made sure we understood what we were seeing, answered all our questions patiently, and kept the atmosphere fun and engaging the entire time. It felt like exploring the park with a knowledgeable friend rather than just a guide. The vehicle was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Overall, we had an amazing time and shared so many laughs along the way. DJ made the safari not only informative but also incredibly fun. If you’re looking for a guide who is knowledgeable, professional, and full of good energy, we absolutely recommend going on safari with him. - Hakuna Matata!!
We had a wonderful 5-day safari, largely thanks to our fantastic driver Godbless. He brought us safely to all the beautiful places, had great knowledge about the wildlife, and was incredibly good at spotting animals. He always took his time and was happy to have a chat. The different accommodations were also very well taken care of. Godbless, thank you so much for this amazing experience! We will never forget it. Much love, The Visschers family
This was absolutely an amazing experience. Thanks to our guide Albert who did everyrhing to let us see all the animals and beautiful nature. A social man who informed and helped us when needed. The lodges we stayed during the trip where in great places and at all 4 lodges the crew was very kind and helpful.
We had an amazing 5 day safari trip in Tanzania. Visiting lake natron’s flamingo’s, lake Manyara, Tarangire national park and Ngorongoro crater. Many thank to our great driver and guide for these days, Richard!
Khalid has been an amazing guide during the entire 5 days: he is highly knowledgeable and extremely nice! The only downside was the accommodations and the food in some of the places we stayed at - so nothing to do with Khalid expertise and kindness
Our guide Khalid was exceptional and we had an amazing time. I can only speak highly of him, his kindness and knowledge of the biodiversity made our trip unforgettable.
Dear Khalid, Thank you for guiding us on an incredible adventure through Tanzania. From the vast plains of the Serengeti to the majestic Ngorongoro Crater, and even the remote beauty of Lake Natron – every destination was made more special by your knowledge, kindness, and calm presence. The spontaneous stop at the local market and the encounter with Maasai along the road gave us a real sense of Tanzanian life, far beyond the usual tourist path. Even when we arrived just a bit too late for our flight, you immediately arranged an alternative without stress – we are so grateful for your support and quick action. You are not just a great guide and driver, but someone who truly cares. Asante sana, Khalid. We’ll recommend you to anyone looking for a real, safe, and memorable safari experience in Tanzania! Warm greetings, Mats Marcel
An unforgettable 5-day safari with Beachsafari Tanzania! Our guide Kevin was simply the best — friendly, knowledgeable, and always going the extra mile. He made sure we felt safe and informed, even taking a long detour to help us spot a leopard and complete the Big 5. We saw lions (including one on a fresh kill), cheetahs, hippos, and much more. The lodges were comfortable, with a true safari feel, and we could even charge our devices in the car during game drives. Highly recommended!
DJ Khalid was the best, nice man, very funny. Explained everything we asked and helped us very good. We liked everything.
We had a great tour. DJ was our guide, he was very nice and explained everything very well. We laughed de whole trip, he was funny and found all the animals for us. He had the best knowledge about animals and the best driving skills. DJ was perfect.
We had a really good times during the safari in serengeti and ngorongoro with our guide Joel Thobias. Really good guide and really good to drive!
I do a great safari in Tanzania in dicembre e in jenuary 2023/2024. I think that Thobias is a fantastic guide. I see 5 lions!!!
Our tour guide, David was amazing. He was bringing positive energy with us every day. He helped us see all of the big five and all of our favourite animals. It was amazing how he spotted the leopard on a tree, which is very difficult. He answered all of our questions for the flora and fauna in Serengeti and Ngorongoro. We couldn't have asked for a better guide, we would recommend him to anyone. He also showed us around Karatu, brought us to the market and then to the African Galeria. The accomodiation in all of the resorts was great. We slept in a nice tents with bathroom, maasai style house, all of them with the view of animals and nature. Everywhere we went it was very clean. Also, the staff is amazing, as are the people in Tanzania in general.
Richard, the driver, was the best guide one could possibly imagine.
Amina is perfect, we recommend her. Emmanuel the driver is always full of good advice for finding animals. 2 perfect, experienced people!
My experience on this safari was breathtaking. From the moment we landed in Arusha, we were received incredibly well. All people were friendly and hospitable. We were directly paired with our guide, Leonard Laizer. He guided us wonderfully during the trip. Incredibly hospitable, helpful, and friendly man. Because of his great knowledge and good English, our trip has become absolutely even more beautiful. All accommodations were clean and tidy. The food was extremely above my expectations everywhere. Eaten every day like a frozen fish. The days are long on safari but impressive. We have seen the entire "big five". Our guide did everything to get us to the best spots for photos of all the animals. It felt to all the animals as if we were in first place. In short, our entire experience with this safari was wonderful and I would like to thank our guide Leonard Laizer again for this breathtaking experience.
A very nice trip, good combination relaxing and 5 days safari. A good guide Sasly Sterling who showed us the big five. A lot of explanations about nature and culture in Tanzania. It is highly recommended.
It was a very pleasant and luxurious Safari experience. The accommodations were very neat and the staff were particularly friendly. Our Safari guide was very friendly, had a lot of knowledge about nature and was well aware of safari planning. In addition, the guide was also very flexible for requests from us and for scheduling any activities.
Unburdens in rule things you normally have for holidays so you can fully focus on the safari
It was a wonderful experience for the whole family; Emmanuel was an excellent guide who allowed us to get to know the flora and fauna up close, with passionate and knowledgeable explanations. He was also a pleasant person to spend the days with all together, often finding ways to involve our two children. The trip exceeded our expectations; such beautiful and unique nature will be a lasting memory for everyone.
We made a super nice trip with them 6th. Everyone has a private car with their own guide who goes everywhere. You leave in the morning by jeep and then drive all kinds of beautiful parks throughout the day. Lunch is provided in between which are put in the jeep in the morning. Late afternoon/early evening you arrive back at your lodge. Nicely maintained tents or bungalows, unfortunately rarely hot water. The food was delicious, you had a running buffet with all tasty dishes. Not the highest quality but tasty. They communicate with each other during the game drives so you can spot lots of beautiful animals. We ticked off all the animals we wanted to see in 5 days. They are not in a hurry and you can stay and watch the animals for a long time. We enjoyed it very much and recommend it to everyone. With extra credits to Agael!!! 🦁🐗🐘🦏🦛 additional tips: - bring enough cash. A tip goes without saying here. You also have to pay for your drinks and tourist tax. - The maasai tour was very commercial, we didn't do it but we heard from the group. - people with a weak stomach and difficult intestines bring enough diarrhea inhibitors and ORS. - nice if you bring a good camera you can take very nice pictures - take enough clothes with you these will be very dusty - bring a lot of layers so also a sweater. In the morning and evening it can be very cool.
Great experience, good guidance, super lovely people in all accommodations and who were super good
We were looking forward to it but without such high expectations, and we were delighted. The guide was magnificent: he explained everything and, although we resisted the leopard, we got to see all the animals we wanted: lions, elephants, giraffes, rhinos... You could see the passion he has for his work. Close and safe treatment at all times. In addition to driving great, he told us curiosities that are not in the books. He made sure we were comfortable and had the best view for the photos. Nayman, what his name is, is highly recommended!!
Had an unforgettable fantastic 5-day safari via TUI with Leonard Laizer! Leonard was sociable, funny and gave us lots of information about everything. Every day brought new experiences that we will never forget. What a great days they were! Thanks to Leonard we have seen the Big Five and many more animals, even a birth of a Thomsons gazelle! 😍 Leonard went out of his way more than once to give us the best possible experience. The car was very new and comfortable and he was the Max of Tanzania!!! All campsites had their own atmosphere. We felt very welcome. The accommodations were beautiful in nature and in the evening you heard the animals in the forest.
We have experienced a five-day safari that we will not soon forget. The national parks were simply breathtaking – incredible landscapes, impressive wildlife and new wow moments every day. That's exactly how Africa is imagined. Special praise goes to our guide and driver Ezra. He was simply outstanding: extremely competent, attentive and safe at the wheel. Always friendly, patient and well-informed – you can tell immediately that he loves his job. Without Ezra, this safari would have been half as good. Absolutely top class! The accommodations were overall good, clean and nicely located. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, there are smaller optimization points: Breakfast could be a bit more varied and overall a little more variation would be desirable at meals. In addition, we would have liked stronger air conditioning in the hotels as well as a refrigerator in the room – especially after long, hot safari days that would have been perfect. Despite these small points, the positive impressions clearly prevail. The organization, the parks and especially our guide have made this trip a unique experience.
Amazing family 6 people beautiful accommodations good owlleg about environment and animals and a top tourguide driver
We did the valley trip with our family of 6 and it was hugely beautiful! We were able to see everything, our guide DJ Khalid was very nice and knew a lot about all the animals and the way of traveling he was also very knowledgeable! Definitely recommended.
The Safari trip was a trip not to be forgotten! We were with our guide Dj (khalid), it was really fantastic! He knows a lot so tells a lot and is really the guide you want on a safari. In addition, DJ has a lot of humor so we laughed a lot with him. Has 20+ years of experience so knows how to spot all animals. DJ was really one of us! We were a family of 6 and have seen and experienced everything for our 5 day safari (I think the animal trip and not the valley trip)!
We spent five days in Tanzania on safari – and what made this trip so special for us was our guide STANLEY. From the first moment he was not just a guide. He was someone who carried us through the journey – with patience, overview and heart. Stanley took touching care of us: He held the doors open for us, noticed every little thing we could possibly need and fulfilled even the smallest wishes with a smile. Whether it’s extra stops for photography, spontaneous breaks or new routes, Stanley never hesitated to make our safari experience very special. We were travelling with him for 12 to 14 hours a day – and not a minute was too much. On the contrary: We felt completely safe, in good hands and just felt comfortable. When our car broke down, Stanley stayed completely calm, organized everything professionally – and we never felt like we were in an awkward situation at all. What impressed us most was his passion for nature and his country. Stanley recognized every animal from afar, knew every bird, every lead, every story behind it – and shared everything with enthusiasm. The talks with him were also a real highlight: About his life, about Tanzania, about culture and everyday life – Stanley answered all our questions patiently, honestly and with a smile. And all in impressively good German. For us, Stanley is much more than just a guide: He is a person with heart, mind, humor and genuine passion for what he does. Dear Stanley – thank you from the heart for this unforgettable journey. If we're going on another safari, it's just with you. Asante sana – and all the best for your future journey! ⸻ We spent five days on safari in Tanzania – and what made this trip truly special was our guide, STANLEY.
