What can I say except excellent service. From the airport pick up and greeting nothing was too much trouble. The guide Ombeni was very attentive and wanted to fulfill your dreams, mine was to see the hippos which was a lifelong dream and he didn't disappoint along with the Big 5 and many many more animals. All the accommodation was comfortable and clean and food was tasty and plentiful. Would highly recommend.

I knew I wanted to book with a local tour operator rather than one in the UK. I did my research and liked kiliclimb the best. I chose them for the initial customer experience, the itinerary, and the price point. The communication was excellent throughout and I am so pleased I chose them. Because we were on a private tour as well, we had the flexibility to change the plan along the way. We had such a successful first day in the serengeti we didnt think we needed the second day so swapped up the itinerary for days 3/4 which worked out great for us. Both the ground staff and the guide were wonderful. The accommodation and food was great. We had an absolutely wonderful experience and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We had an absolutely amazing 4-day safari in Tanzania as part of our honeymoon, visiting Tarangire National Park, the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater. It was genuinely the highlight of our trip. We were incredibly lucky to see the Big Five, along with so many other animals and birds, and every day brought something different. The landscapes and wildlife were unbelievable, and having the opportunity to see everything up close is something we will never forget. A huge thank you to our guide, Logan, who was fantastic throughout the entire safari. His knowledge of the wildlife was excellent, and he was able to tell us so much about the animals and birds we encountered. Logan also gave us a great insight into Maasai culture and life in the local communities, which added another dimension to the trip beyond simply seeing the wildlife. He was incredibly friendly, patient and always happy to answer our questions. One of Logan’s biggest strengths was knowing exactly where to position the jeep to give us the best possible views and photo opportunities. He clearly knew the parks extremely well and was very good at anticipating where the animals might move, which resulted in some incredible sightings and photographs. Seeing lions, elephants, cheetahs, leopards, buffalo and rhinos in such close proximity was unforgettable. The jeep itself was also very comfortable and well equipped. There was plenty of cool drinking water and other refreshments available throughout all four days, which was particularly welcome during the longer game drives. The whole experience was well organised and we felt safe and looked after throughout. One small area that could be improved would be having a few more opportunities for couples to have photographs taken together during the safari. We obviously took hundreds of photos of the wildlife, but as it was our honeymoon, it would have been nice to have a few more photos of us together in some of the incredible locations and landscapes. It would also have been useful to have a better idea in advance of the driving distances and journey times between destinations. We hadn’t fully appreciated how much time would be spent driving between the different parks and accommodation, particularly as many of the locations are quite spread out. Having a clearer idea of this beforehand would have helped us know what to expect each day. These were minor points and didn’t take away from what was otherwise an exceptional experience. Thank you to the whole team, and especially Logan, for giving us such an incredible start to our honeymoon. We have come away with some amazing memories and photographs that we’ll be talking about for years to come. We would absolutely recommend this company and Logan to anyone considering a safari in Tanzania.

Kiliclimb is a first-rate local Tanzanian tour operator. I was a solo traveler, and I found them through the Safari bookings website. I chose them both because they are locally owned, and because they gave them most competitive package for a four day tour, which even included beer and wine. They even gave me a T-shirt and Safari hat. I was put into a larger group traveling through Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorngoro. The animal sightings were top-notch, we saw all of the big five and the driver was very careful and respectful of the wildlife. There was a lot of movement between different lodges and campsites for different guests, but it all went so smoothly. We ate a hot lunch every day. The Kiliclimb team was in touch with me every day by WhatsApp to make sure that I was comfortable and happy, and met me in person on my way back to Arusha. I felt like they really cared about how my trip went personally for me, and they did a good job setting everything up. I couldn’t be happier. I recommend this tour group and will definitely travel with them again next time I’m in the area.

He's deeply knowledgeable about local culture, tribes, and regional history, and for English speakers, he's exceptionally clear and engaging. The long hours in the car never felt like a chore because Logan has a gift for connecting with people. Wow! I came to Tanzania as a solo female traveler and elected to take a 4-day joining camping safari with Kili Climb African Safaris. I was impressed by the company's communication leading up to the trip and the personal attention of the owner, Moses, who was readily available via WhatsApp. He came to my hotel before and after the trip for briefings. He also arranged transportation for me for a city tour of Arusha and to the airport. It was very important to me to book with a company based in Tanzania to leave my money in the Tanzania economy. I also loved that Moses has started a non-profit supporting the education of some Tanzanian kids and that some part of the company's revenue is donated to that cause. I can say with no doubt that your money is well spent with this company and with Moses. For the safari, everything was seamlessly orchestrated. Though the lodges were very nice, I only had the budget for camping and found the tents to be comfortable and the homecooked meals to be delicious. I would call it "glamping". The camp in the Serengeti was the most primitive and it was a cool experience to sleep in the park with wildlife around you (I promise it was safe). I shared a car and meals at the camps with people from all over the world and enjoyed the conversations. Our guide's name was Humphrey. He was personable and was an expert, I would highly recommend him. He provided a lot of information about animal behaviors and the parks and knew where to go to see all of the wildlife that we were excited about. He even let our car borrow his personal binoculars. The 4-day safari essentially included a half-day game drive in Tarangire, two half-day game drives in the Serengeti, and one-half day game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater. I wish I could have stayed longer, but I was satisfied with the wildlife and the experience I had. Asante Sana to Kili Climb and Humphrey for an amazing, once-in-a-lifetime experience!

My experience from enquiry to safari was exceptional. They clearly understand the importance of honesty and attentive service. Vumilia was very helpful and responsive. My only tip is when you receive a quote be sure to act sooner rather than later as I left it too late to confirm and some accommodation had been booked between this time. No reflection on Kiliclimb. Just a suggestion for those considering. Otherwise they were super helpful in accommodating my requests for certain standards within a budget.

This Tanzanian Safari was one of the best experiences ever, it has been on our bucket list for a while, but we never expected it to be as good as this! The abundance of wildlife was breathtaking, the scale and expanse of the Serengeti a sight to behold, while the serene beauty and tranquility of Ngorongoro Crater was a memory that will last forever. But best of all was the Kiliclimb team behind this once in a lifetime experience. Sadi our guide was an absolute star, we feel blessed to have been assigned such a warm, friendly, helpful and skilled guide. Nothing was too much for him, and he really went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed the best experience we could ever have wished for. His ability to spot some of the more unique and elusive wildlife was verging on supernatural. His punctuality was spot on, and his experience at handling some of the rougher terrain that the Serengeti occasionally throws at you was confidence inspiring. As if this wasn’t enough, the support from the Kiliclimb office via WhatsApp was second to none. The speed of response to any queries we had was literally minutes, sometimes even seconds! Special mention to Janeth for all her support and hard work, checking in with us on a daily basis to make sure we were happy and enjoying the safari. The final mention goes to Ruth who was our contact in Zanzibar, and not only looked after our main luggage, but also organised our transfers. All in all, we cannot fault the wonderful service we received from Kiliclimb, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

From start to finish, the Kiliclimb staff exceeded our expectations. After completing our Kilimanjaro trek, we were staying at a hotel in Arusha and were greeted by the team and picked up directly from the hotel, which made the transition seamless and stress-free. Our safari through the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater was a dream come true. It was 4 amazing days. A huge part of that was thanks to our guide, Neiman. He is an expert tracker with a sharp eye - he helped us spot the Big Five and shared so much knowledge about the animals and the landscape. We had a wonderful 4-day safari with Kiliclimb safaris in Seregneti and Ngorogoro national parks. The last day we visited the local tribes by the lake Enyasi wihich was truly an interesting experience and closure to the safari. All in all, the experience was so much more than we expected! Everything went so smoothly and the communication with the team was great ever since booking the trip. Our driver/guide Terry was a true pro who knew the nature and found the best spots to see the animals. Kiliclimb’s owners Naite and Moses organized a fantastic 4 days Tanzania Serengeti and Crater safari for me and my husband in November 2025. They had perfect attention to every detail and were very responsive to all the questions. They were ahead of every little planning detail. Very sweet and kind couple. Due to some political unrest in Tanzania, some safari customers cancelled, but Kiliclimb got us with another great group seamlessly without disturbing any of our plans to our original itinerary. Our driver and guide Mike was very knowledgeable with great sense of humor. He knew how to find the best spots to watch big 5 and many other animals and birds. We must have seen at least 30 lions, 40 elephants, a cheetah, a leopard, few Rhinos, wild buffaloes,, tens of zebras, gazelles, impalas, flamingos and many more within 4 days. We had picnic lunches every day and they were delicious too. I was concerned if I would have a tough time being a vegetarian, but Mike and Kiliclimb made sure I had good meals every time. Suricata Boma Lodge, Land of Nature Camp were very pretty, comfortable, full of amenities, served best delicious variety food and more than we had imagined. We enjoyed the food, clean and spacious rooms, ambience, nature, hospitality everywhere. At the Land of Nature camp, we woke up to the zebras walking outside our tent in the morning peacefully. Last day’s Ngorongoro Simba Campsite was not as satisfying. Shared bathrooms were difficult to use and scary to get to during the night. Kiliclimb gave us a wonderful exciting safari experiences to remember for ever. Great value for money. We recommend Kiliclimb safari to everyone. Thank you very much Naite, Moses and Janeth. 🙏

I absolutely have to praise Kiliclimb – our safari experience was fantastic from start to finish, thanks to the outstanding organization and amazing people: Naite, Zulfa, Manuel, and the rest of the team. We chose the 4-Days Tanzania Budget Camping Safari (Joining Group) package, which included visits to three national parks: Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro. From the first contact, the communication was quick, clear, and very friendly. Everyone was super helpful and responsive, guiding us through the options and helping us book the trip smoothly. Once in Tanzania, we had a scheduled pre-safari meeting with Zulfa to go over the trip details. Due to travel delays, we arrived over two hours late — but she waited for us patiently with a smile on her face. That kind of service really stood out! The safari itself was incredibly well-organized and the team took great care of us throughout. We traveled with three other people from Germany, the USA, and China, which made for a diverse and fun group. Our guide Manu was extremely knowledgeable about African wildlife and nature in general. He knew the parks like the back of his hand and often took us on less crowded routes, which gave us unique and intimate wildlife encounters — from a group of resting lions, a close-up view of an adult crocodile, to spotting a leopard without any other jeeps around. We were even lucky enough to see the Big Five – an unforgettable highlight! Our chef was also very friendly, and the food was delicious. While we were a bit nervous at first about camping in the wild, it turned out to be an amazing experience. The local team knew exactly what they were doing, and we felt completely safe the entire time. The 4 days and 3 nights flew by, and I would happily do it all over again. I can wholeheartedly recommend Kiliclimb and would definitely book with them again. Thank you once again – it was worth every penny! 😊

A small point of criticism: The very detailed advance information and packing lists caused us some concern beforehand that there was a lot to keep in mind. After arriving in Tanzania, we were briefed on the eve of the tour on the safari and other details. The rest of the process (pick up, transfer, meals, equipment) was all perfect! With Logan we had a very caring, hardworking guide at our side who guided us safely and professionally in a brand new Jeep! An impressive experience with good organization, everything worked perfectly. For us, staying in a tent in the great outdoors was the most impressive, hearing the wild animals directly and seeing zebras and wildebeest running around the tent. Our gight was always eager to fulfill our wishes and took time to stop frequently to observe all the animals.
