4 Days Tarangire, Serengeti And Ngorongoro Mid-range Group Safari

My trip plan was changed and I contact Suricata at the last minute. They provided very quick service. The package was well-arranged with airport pickup, hotel before and after the trip. Benjamin has helped to arrange everything smooth. I travelled solo then I grouped with other 6 clients on the jeep. Godbles, our tour guide really well-explained us during the safari. He made the most as possible for us to experience the most of our trip. We have spent amazing 4 days. Thank for your service.

This was a beautiful safari that fully surpassed my expectations. Our guide Melita was so nice and worked very hard to get us to see all the animals, including baby lions and a leopard. We saw all different areas. The accomodations are wonderful. The only complaint I have is the summit lodge in Arusha they provide is outdated, pretty bad shower, not up the standards of all the other lodging provided. Also, I really really wish the govt could take some extra fee and fix up the road into the Serengeti, it's the worst road I've ever driven on and made the drive very tiring. The animals do make up for it though and there is nothing Suricata can do about it, just maybe the tour groups can all pressure the government.

Melita was an excellent guide. He’s a wealth of knowledge and can drive on dirt roads for hours. We saw at least 40 lions, 3 cheetahs and even 1 leopard! Asante sana!!

It exceeded all my expectations this was a holiday/ safari of my dreams organised by my beautiful sons for my very special birthday 🎂 To be able to see the wildlife animals in person is just unbelievable. From cheetah to baby elephants, leopards, rhinos, giraffes, beautiful flamingos and many more amazing animals. Anton was the absolutely the best guide very professional, knowledgeable, kind and most of all very respectful of the group. He was very patient and able to answer our questions with details in helping us to understand how the animals live in the wild. He was fun to be with and maybe one day we will meet again. It was a fantastic experience, all run smoothly. Easy access into the parks, although as expected it was very busy. All fees paid in advance with the stay in the parks just about right. Gordon, our driver and guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. This made the experience so much better.

Our safari with Suricata Safari was absolutely incredible, and Rasta was an outstanding ranger and guide who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. We were lucky enough to witness some truly extraordinary wildlife moments, including a leopard hunting and feeding on an antelope. Another unforgettable highlight was when Rasta went out of his way to take us on a night drive in the Serengeti, just behind our camp, where we saw a lion family feasting on a buffalo they had hunted. These were once-in-a-lifetime experiences that we will never forget! We chose the mid-range safari package, which was perfect for us. The accommodation was comfortable, and the food served every evening was delicious and satisfying. It offered just the right balance of comfort, adventure, and value, allowing us to fully enjoy the safari without compromising on the experience. Rasta's knowledge, passion, and dedication made the whole trip even more special. He clearly loves what he does and genuinely cares about giving his guests the best possible experience. Fantastic experience! A once in a life time trip, could not have been any better! Jordan our guide was amazing, and made the whole trip. Jordan was so knowledgeable, friendly! We saw so much over our 5 day trip, Jordan took us to some brilliant spots even seeing a rare sighting of a cheetah and her baby cubs! Our group consisted of our family of 4 and another couple, it was a perfect size and so nice to connect with other people excited about the experience. A few members of our group got sick half way through the tour, Jordan was amazing and on hand to make sure they were okay. He got them seen by a doctor all while ensuring the rest of the group still managed to enjoy their visit! Could not have asked for a better tour and tour guide! Would definitely book again! Jordan was an amazing guide! Always on time and took us to some brilliant spots within the park areas. We managed to see so many of the animals, including a very rare sighting of a female cheetah and her 3 newly born cubs. It was truly, a once in a life time experience. On another note, some of the group including myself fell rather ill on the 3rd day but Jordan was on hand, taking us to see a doctor and always checking in on us. Absolutely amazing Safari , we had the best time on this once in a life time adventure. Our Guide was Jordan who made this experience amazing for us. He went above and beyond to find all the animals for us and answered every question and shared a wealth of knowledge with us . I always say customer service is a given and it’s when situations arise that shows true exceptional customer service which Jordan provided to us when we took I’ll and he ensured that we were all ok and at the same time ensuring that the others in the group did not miss out . Overall experience was fantastic, Jordan was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Went out of his way to ensure we got to see all the animals we wanted to see while also having enough time to view and photograph the animals. Hotels were top notch specially enjoyed staying at the Serengeti camp. Jordan also took good care of us when we unfortunately got ill, adjusting plans and taking us to emergency doctor. The four days were pure magic, from dawn game drives in the Serengeti to the stunning views inside Ngorongoro Crater. With Suricata Safaris, our seven-person group had a great time. Jeremy was a fantastic host and driver who always got us to the right location at the right time while ensuring our safety and comfort. Jeremy's cool head and technical know-how made sure we didn't miss a beat, even when our jeep needed a quick roadside inspection. Every nite, Suricata Boma Lodge offered luxurious beds and delectable meals. We couldn't have asked for a better trip.

Just finished our 4 day safari with Suricata safaris, we have had an amazing time! Our guide Steve has been absolutely brilliant, he’s been very professional, always asking if we were ok. He let us know from the start & continuously that nothing was too much to ask for. His knowledge of the animals is excellent and we managed to see the big 5! All the lodges we stayed in have been excellent, very friendly staff, beautiful accommodation & gorgeous food. We highly recommend this company

Lewis our guide was amazing! Very knowledgable, friendly, helpful, and punctual. The safari vehicle isn’t the most comfortable for such long journeys, if you’re tall it might be a problem! The windows in our vehicle were extremely difficult to wind up and down. The two seats in the back are not very comfortable or easy to get into. The Safari itself was great! Tarangire was definitely the best day and we saw so many animals. Serengeti was slightly disappointing, but still a great experience. We had cooked food every day for lunch. It wasn’t hot, but it was warm and adequate. I would definitely recommend Suricata Safaris and wouldn't hesitate booking with them again.

We had an absolutely fantastic safari experience, made even more special by our guide and driver, Felix. Felix was extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife, parks and local area, and his passion and enthusiasm really came through throughout the trip. He kept us fully informed each day, explaining what we were seeing and sharing interesting information that made the experience even more enjoyable. As a driver, Felix was highly skilled and safety-conscious, which gave us complete confidence, particularly when navigating the sometimes challenging safari tracks. He also had a great eye for spotting wildlife and knew exactly where to position the vehicle for the best experience. Most importantly, Felix was friendly, personable and a pleasure to spend time with over the whole trip. Nothing was too much trouble, and he always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. We would highly recommend Felix to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional and friendly safari guide. He played a huge part in making our Tanzania safari an unforgettable experience. As a family of five, we had an amazing 4-day safari with Suricata Safaris. The open plains of the Serengeti, the stunning crater landscape and fauna of Ngorongoro, and the baobab trees and fauna of Tarangire all greatly impressed us. Our group of five found the trip particularly enjoyable because there was something new every day. The entire experience was enhanced by Jeremy, who was an informed, understanding, and kind guide.

In tarangire ( elephant paradise) Robert was amazing. During the 3 days in Serengueti and Ngorongoro the guide Golden make sure we checked the big five and a lot of knowledge about the wildlife. Nothing was possible whitout the Best chief Salim, he make sure we have a nice and confy meals during the stay

It was a spectacular, unique experience—words cannot describe what we experienced. The guides who were with us—Robertson (Tarangire) and Golden (Serengeti and the Crater)—were impeccable. Salim, the cook, was excellent; the food was always fresh.

We took far more pictures than we anticipated! Even though the scenery was stunning, the wildlife provided us with some truly memorable photographs. I particularly enjoyed taking pictures of the lions resting in the branches and the hippos in the water. Jeremy was incredibly professional in everything he did and made a wonderful travel companion. We had an amazing four days with Suricata Safaris.

I feel the customer‑service support from Fliggy for this trip has been extremely slow and deserves a bad review. The agents never communicate with us in advance. Whenever we had questions, they said they would check and then never got back to us. In addition, their agency fee is far too high. Other people on the same tour paid half of our price for the four‑day safari. The agent is overcharging. Our guide Frank is good, though!

Our guide, Golden, went above and beyond to make sure we got the best photos and the best sightings. His knowledge, patience, and passion made every day on safari special. We had an amazing experience with Suricata Safaris, from the organisation of our stay and safari to all the transfers. From the very beginning, Ayman was incredibly helpful. He always replied quickly to our emails and patiently answered all of our questions, which made us feel very confident about the whole experience. A big thank you also to Venance, our transfer driver, for his patience and for waiting for us upon arrival. We also really appreciated Cevin, who gave us the briefing at the hotel. His tips were genuinely useful: thanks to his advice, we rented binoculars and had time to buy some snacks at the nearest supermarket, which was a great idea considering the long drives during the safari. And, without a doubt, a very special thank you to our guide, Pascal — or “Pasco”, as his friends call him! He was absolutely incredible throughout the four days. His knowledge and explanations were excellent, and he always kept us in a great mood. We could see how much effort he put into showing us as much as possible, while always taking our safety seriously and, importantly, showing great respect and care for the animals and their well-being. Regarding the safari meals, the lunch menu was not particularly varied — it was mostly chicken, rice and vegetables — but everything was always well prepared and tasty. Fresh drinking water was also always available, which we really appreciated. The accommodation throughout the safari also met our expectations and was comfortable after the long days of game drives. Pasco truly made our safari special, and we are very grateful for everything he did for us. Our group of four spent 4 unforgettable days exploring Tanzania with Suricata Safaris, visiting Tarangire, Central Serengeti, and the Ngorongoro Crater. From the beginning, everything felt well organized and comfortable. Our guide and driver, Jeremy, made the experience truly special. He was patient, professional, and an excellent driver, always keeping safety in mind while navigating both busy roads and challenging safari tracks. He also knew exactly where to position the vehicle for tose incredible wildlife views and better photo opportunities. We were especially interested in birds and butterflies as well as the larger animals, and Jeremy was fantastic at identifying and pointing them out. His knowledge and dedication added so much to our experience. We are very grateful to Jeremy and highly recommend Suricata Safaris.

I had the most amazing time ever in a 4 days safari tour to the Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Craters. My guide was Jeremy and honestly I couldn’t have asked for a better guide!! He made sure the whole group was comfortable, looked after all our needs and was always there to make sure we had the most pleasant experience. He insisted on driving everyplace so we could see as many animals as possible. His knowledge was outstanding and we certainly learned everything we could about the animals and even many words in Swahili. I definitely want to go back and do it again and if Jeremy can be my guide again that would be even better! 100% recommend!!

We came expecting the crater to be the main attraction, but the wider Ngorongoro Conservation Area surprised us even more. The changing landscapes and abundance of wildlife made each day different. Jeremy was an excellent guide throughout our four-day experience, and Suricata Safaris provided a well-organized and enjoyable trip. The stay at Suricata Boma Lodge was another pleasant part of the experience.

I had an amazing time! Our driver (Frank) was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and talkative, giving lots of information about the animals we saw. Because of Frank we saw: lions, elephants, giraffes, water buffalo, different antelope, leopards, cheetah, zebra, Warthog, hippos and lots of different birds. There was a disruptive customer on the tour who complained repeatedly about time waited at animals but spent most of the time sitting down on their phone. They also complained about travel times, but this is unavoidable to see wild animals. All accommodation was amazing. This included a lodge stay in the serengetti and 2 other lodges outside if the parks. All staff were amazing, food was great, good drunks selection (we had champagne and cocktails under the stars). All transfers were on time, water supplied, breakfast, lunch and dinner provided. I will 100% recommend to friends and family. Big thank you to Frank, you made our trip for us!!!

Richard was amazing helping us via WhatsApp to set up our trip. Our guide Alawi was 10/10 he made us feel safe and comfortable. I loved that he respected the animals and also made sure we got to enjoy our time! We love tour guides that respect wild life! Thank you Suricata. Tito was the best chef we have ever had. The view from the Ngorongoro crater rim as the morning fog cleared was breathtaking. Descending the steep tracks down to Lake Magadi, where flamingos and hippos gathered, felt like entering another world. Jeremy was an amazing host—punctual, knowledgeable, and always making sure everyone in our group got great photo opportunities.

Organization with the company and guides were great. Our guides were Bonface and Frank. They ensured we saw some amazing hard to spot anaimals such as cheetah, lions, leopards. An open jeep on one of the drives was a nice touch. Wonderful hospitality and accommodations at every single lodge/hotel. I would highly recommend Suricata

Great experience - managed to see loads of animals!

This is a really great Safari experience and and great value for your money. From the booking of the trip to the pickup at the airport, each day the operations were organized and smooth. We saw lots of animals during all the games including leopards, cheetahs, lions, and elephants. The tour guides were knowledgeable and patient. Frank and Boniface worked really hard to ensure that the group was satisfied. They often check in and welcomed feedback. I also appreciated having both the open Safari truck and the closed Safari truck. Both offered different experiences and offered both pros and cons to both vehicle styles. I think 4 days Safari was enough game experience and see a variety of animals. I was really impressed by the accommodations. The staff were very hospitable and the accommodations were a nice reprieve after long days on the road. They really felt like a great place to unwind and relaxed at the end of the day.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Suricata Safari on our Tanzania trip, visiting Tarangire, Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater. For anyone looking for a budget safari, I genuinely feel Suricata offers an incredible experience for the price. A special mention has to go to our guide, Gordon. His knowledge of wildlife was impressive, and he clearly understood animal behaviour and the parks extremely well. He knew where to look and took us to some amazing spots where we were able to see wildlife up close. Thanks to him, we were fortunate enough to see the Big Five, along with countless other animals and some unforgettable moments in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Our chef, James, also deserves a huge shout-out. The food throughout the safari was consistently delicious and far better than what I expected from a budget safari. What really stood out to me was how personally he looked after guests with dietary restrictions. There were a few people in our group with specific dietary requirements, and James made sure they were properly taken care of and had food that suited their needs. It was a small detail that showed how much he cared about everyone having a good experience. The camping arrangements were good, the logistics ran smoothly, and the entire trip was well organised. From the communication before the safari to the actual experience on the ground, everything went really well. If you’re considering a safari in Tanzania and are looking for something that offers great value without compromising on the experience, I would highly recommend Suricata Safari. Gordon, James and the whole team made this an unforgettable adventure, and I would happily travel with them again.

Amazing experience, was really a dream come true!!! Our guide Isaac knowledge about the animals and the nature is incredible, he made sure everything was safe and nothing was missing !! He’s sweet and make you feel part of the family ! He’s knowledge is unreal, about the surroundings places to go and find animals, thanks to him we saw a great range of species in 4 days. I just finished a 4 day safari with them. What a nice trip. Everything was perfect. Our guide Melita was excellent, always trying to find the best place and where the animals are. Never in a hurry to move to another place, giving us much time to enjoy and take pictures. The hotels were vey nice, Boma Lodge was fantastic. So sorry that we spend so much time in the safari( the reason of the trip) and couldn’t enjoy enough the hotels.

Safari was fantastic and our guide, Charles, was excellent. He worked hard to ensure we saw all the top 10 of the animals and much more besides. Mostly up close, including a family of Lions resting under a tree by the roadside. I would definitely recommend Suricata Safaris to anyone considering a safari to Tanzania.

From start to finish this tour with Safari bookings has been exceptional. Lewis was fabulous with his driving and also knowledge of all we visited, area and also the numerous animals we saw. Lewis was excellent in anticipating our needs and ensuring we saw as much as possible we could not fault his ability to answer all our questions. He was clear on pick up times and arrived on time and set of. To add to our experience we asked if Lewis could stop at a small village as we had some pencils etc for the young children. He arranged a stop as a massmara village . Made our day even more special. The areas we visited whilst it was tiring it was well worth the long days. We saw so much on each day we could not have been happier. Overall I would highly recommend this tour company and Lewis

Excellent Safari , Charles our driver and giude was very knowledgable as well as helpful and consideret. The accomadation was great as well as the food. We saw all the animals in the 10 and more from lions to pumba. We would highly recommend Suricata Safari's.

We had a truely unforgettable experience with Pascal our guide who safely and skillfully navigated us around the roads which were not for the faint hearted. We managed to see the most incredible animals in their natural habitat and were very lucky to encounter the big 5! The communication from airport pick up to being dropped back at the hotel was brilliant on WhatsApp. The food at the lodges and for the lunches was a very high standard. The Massi experiance was also super interresting and everyone was so friendly. It was a once in lifetime experience and we will treasure the memories with us forever. Fantastic, we had 2 guides, first to tarangiere, finding elephants, lions, giraffes, many gazelle and baboons. Lewis was excellent and very easy to communicate with and so knowledgeable with regard to the animals and the area. Then we went to the suricata boma Lodge which was incredible, amazing staff and wonderfully decadent, lovely food and amazing to stay at. The lodges were gorgeous. Then we got picked up by Izack and taken to the serengeti and ngorongoro crater where he was able to find every creature we wished to see. All with telling us all we needed was a smile. From leopards to cheetahs to buffalo and even honey badgers. A pleasure to spend time with and made the adventure so much better. It was sad to end this adventure, but so very satisfying having seen so much. Well wworth every penny! Having glamped with buffalo scant feet from our tent to the luxury of the boma to the opulence of the lodges this was a trip for making memories.
