I strongly recommend exercising extreme caution before booking with Nyange Adventures. We paid thousands of dollars for my son’s school Water for Mercy donor trip to Tanzania. After we had already paid, Nyange rerouted the children’s flights through a known war/conflict zone without notifying the parents beforehand or giving us the opportunity to approve or change the routing. As parents, this was completely unacceptable and ultimately resulted in my son not taking the trip. We received none of the travel or services we paid for, and months later, we still have not received our money back. Multiple families from our school group have been affected. As a parent, I would never book with Nyange Adventures again. Please use extreme caution before sending this company your money.

Itinerary
Day 1
1
In the morning, we will pick you up from your hotel in Four Point Arusha Sheraton and drive to Tarangire National Park, which is known for its huge baobab trees and large herds of elephants. Its sparse vegetation makes it a beautiful and special location, where up to 300 elephants can be found, looking for underground streams in the dry riverbeds. Migratory wildebeest, zebra and buffalo can also be seen crowding the shrinking lagoons. Here you will enjoy an afternoon game drive with a picnic lunch.
Day 2
2
Today you drive to one of the most famous game parks in Africa, the Serengeti! Known to host one of the most amazing wildlife spectacles on earth – the great migration of wildebeest and zebra – the Serengeti’s vast plains are also home to a haven of other wildlife, including lions, cheetahs, leopards and many other predators. Overnight stay at Pimbi Campsite.
Day 3
3
This morning, after enjoying a beautiful Serengeti sunrise, you’ll catch a glimpse of lions and other predators on their morning hunt during your first game drive. After brunch, you’ll then leave the park and go for the final game drive of the day while on your way to the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa's seven natural wonders! Before dinner is served, enjoy awesome views of the crater below. Overnight at Simba campsite.

Nyange Adventures changed our children’s flight within 10 days of departure through a war zone. We had confirmation for an original flight through Europe therefore we did not feel the need to cancel the trip before the “deadline.” We then had to cancel the trip and he refused to refund any money. And we learned the airfare was refunded to the travel agency but it was not refunded to us. Very sad to have this impact children trying to go on a mission trip to Africa.
⚠️ TRAVELER WARNING: Exercise extreme caution with Nyange Adventures, Moshi, Tanzania. $97,830 was paid for services not provided, and no cash refund has been received. The matter is now with Tanzanian legal counsel. Please do your due diligence before entrusting this company with your money.
Nyange Adventures managed our trip into Tanzania and developed the itinerary and set us up with an Amazing coordinator in Amina and a great guide in Richard Eberneezer. From start to finish, the accommodations and the attractions along this 8 day journey were magnificent. Strongly recommend Nyange Adventures and working with Amina and Richard.
We had an amazing time with our guide Roger(!) from Nyange Adventures, very experienced and it really felt we were able to take everything out of the trip. The food from our cook Deo(!) was delicious! I would definitely go with Nyange Adventures again a next time, no doubt.
We spend 4 days with Nyange Adventures in Serengeti en Ngorogoro Crater and they where incredible! Our driver, Roger, took such good care of us and told us a lot about wildlife and all the animals we saw. He really did his best to show us a lot of animals! Thanks for the great adventure (driving, parks, campsites, information) and good company! Definitely recommend
I had an awesome 4 days and 3 nights in a camping safari with my driver/guide Roger, and our cook Samuel. Because it was off-season, I got basically a private safari with them, with some surprise guests on one day. The car worked well and Roger was a good driver, excellent to spot animals, and tell about the animals and local culture while we where driving around in Tarangerie, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Though it was "off-season" there were plenty of animals and we were lucky to see pretty much everything and a lot. We had plenty of good food and the atmosphere among us was good. Schedules and times worked as planned, which I really appreciated.
This safari adventure was better than I could have ever imagined. There is no better guide than the lovely Roger!!! He spots animals from afar and makes your dreams come true. The four days were magical and unforgettable! The stomach engineer, Godi, also provided the most delicious local dishes. Come as a customer, leave as a friend, it's completely true. Roger, you have stolen a place in our hearts.
We just came back from 3 days Serengeti and 1 day Ngorongoro and we had an amazing time! Our knowledgeable and friendly guide Roger is the best spotter and showed us countless animals including the big 5! Our always smiling cook Cody served us delicious meals. If you looking for a safari? Go for Nyange adventures! Come as a client, leave as a friend😁👍
I could not be happier with the service I received. Nyange adventure has a excellent staff, starting with Amina (sales coordinator), she was the first person that contacted me as soon as I asked for a request. After that, the communication has been great. I travelled alone and as a girl, I felt a little bit scared, but Amina made me feel secure all the time. The tour guide, Rogers, was great, he demonstrated how much he loves his job and how good professional he is. Finally, the cook, Moody, was great, he prepared amazing food an very plentiful all the time. I have no words to thank enough all Nyange Anventure staff for making my stay in Tanzania so amazing.
Incredible trip with Nyandge Adventures. I’ve traveled to more than 35+ countries and this Safari will be the best experience ever. Thanks for the professional services from the first email contact to the the drop off to the Airport. If you’re looking for a professional agency please don’t hesitate one second to go for their services. Special thanks to Amina ( Sales Team) and Rodger (our very friendly guide) for their availability, kindness and services. Hakuna Matata 💚
This adventure in Tanzania was aamzing thanks to the Nyange Adventures team. They help me with all the details and support me every day to enjoy each day and each activity. Amina was the woman behind the curtains with all the logistics and was super trustworthy and Roger was my guide during the safaries and also helps me with everything. You always are scared to arrive to a new country where you don't know the language but they were always there; sin ce my arrival to the airport to all the transfers I always have someone that was with me with the next steps and on time so I never wait for everyone scared to maybe no one appears, the team was on time and with all the isntructions aligned with the itinerary that Amina and me agreed at the first moment. Additional Amina was super considered when planned a surprise cake in the hitel at my birthday, I was alone in a foreign country for that day and I was taking my dinner when the hotel celebrate my birthday and was a joy moment super unexpected so the warm of the people on the team is incredible. You don't need to hesitate to book a tour with them; exellent service, amazing hotels and and indescriptible adventure.
The best description for Nyange is the slogan they use 'Come as a client leave as a friend'. Very well organized agency, all the logistics work perfectly, the experience provided is incredible, we can see in the details how everything is designed to make the unforgettable experience. All the staff and guides, are very friendly and make the experience even better. Thank you Praise, Ian and Living for the amazing days in Tanzania. We recommend the agency to everyone looking for tours in Tanzania.
The agency's moto "come as a client, leave as a friend" is 100% accurate! The guys really know how to make your experience as an "once inf a lifetime". They love their job and they are always enthousiastic to show you the most and explain to you everything. They have so much passion in what they are doing! They are friendly and hospitable and always willing to do more than a simple safari experience, which is ofcourse already exceptional! You will realize it the moment you see all other safari jeeps around :p. Thank you @NyangeAdventures for this amazing experience!!
The 4 day camping Safari with our guide Jonny. Jonny from first minute to last was always smiling and happy to help us with everything. He drove tirelessly and his knowledge about the animals and there where abouts was faultless. We seen EVERYTHING and a huge part of that was of course down to luck and Jonny getting us to these places with his eagle eye. I could not speak more highly of him and the company. I had Godfrey as a cook and he was also outstanding in the kitchen. A very good ‘stomach engineer’ as they would say. Thankyou Nyange Adventures for a tour i will never ever forget. We visited Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire. The photos of what we seen will never get boring. We were so very lucky. Don’t hesitate to book with these guys. JONNY IS YOUR MAN!
Our 4 day trip with Nyange was the best we could have wished for. We were surrounded with the most incredible nature and wildlife and camp sites were really well arranged for. Rashid (our guide) created a really welcoming environment, shared lots of knowledge and together with Selemani (cook) formed a great safari team with us. He gets along really well with everyone, ensures a great ambiance and will never hesitate to help others.
Our Serengeti and Ngorongoro tour was nothing short of amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and want to thank our guide Francis for his professionalism and service. We would definitely travel with them again.
the tripadvisor comments were spot on: Amazing safari with Rashid! Made us see the “Big 5” and the “Ugly 5” aswell. Also a big shout-out to our chef Sele! A magician in the kitchen! 5 stars without a doubt.
It was the best safari ever. I can’t imagine a better one. We have been in Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire. Our guide Alan was awesome: he’s an expert in that field and gave us the best experience ever, offering us long game drives and the best spots. He was also very nice, kind and on time. Furthermore, he picked us up directly in our house in Moshi (2h from Arusha). Also the food was really good and in big portions. We were in a group of six and I think it’s the best number for experiences like that: we had a lot of fun but we weren’t too many. At the end we have been very lucky because we saw the big five (in particular rhino very close) and a lot of other animals, also during sunset and sunrise. The company office in Moshi was also great: they welcomed us very nicely giving us the feeling to be at home. I really recommend you this experience with Nyange Adventures, they can really offer the dream safari you are looking for! As their motto says, ”come as a client, leave as a friend”. Asante sana!
My husband and I had an excellent time on our safari. We chose the lodge option, and the ones that Nyange organized for us were great. Our guide/driver, Musa, was excellent, and very knowledgeable of all the animals. I would also like to mention the owner, Praise, who was helpful and friendly every step of the way. Thank you guys for such a memorable trip!
We went with Nyange Adventures on a Safari through the Serengeti and Ngorongoro, we saw many animals. On our Trip our driver damaged our (new) bagpacks with a sharp metal thing in the car. After our tour we went to their office and they told us, that they will assure us the best possible. They did a really bad job in "fixing" them and said it was the best they can do, so they don't have to give us any money back, which of course was literally a lie. It took them always more than a week to reply on one of our emails. When they were answering, they told us, that it is our insurance should give us money back - which of course is nonsense, due to their doing. I'm really happy, that we had two big companies at our back, because Nyange tried to cheated on us really big. I would never plan anything with that company again!
During our 4 days safari the driver has damaged our backpacks by careless behavior on a sharp edge. Nyange Adventures and it's CEO first ensured to do it's 'best possible' and afterwards tried to deceive us. We never saw money for the damage they did to us!
I went on this 4 day, 3 night safari with my son and daughter. Raschid was our guide who was excellent all the time. The safari exceeded my expectations as we saw so many animals and got so close to them. Raschid was great and did his very best to always get to where the animals were and got us really close. We were very lucky as we had the jeep to ourselves when I believe another couple were meant to be joining us. The first night we had a bed in the tent which was great. The second night was a mat on the floor of the tent with lots of animal poo outside meaning that animals were in the camp at night. I must admit I did not sleep that much. The 6 am start the next day and the Ngorogoro crater were cold so do take a lightweight warm jacket. Also, take your own binoculars as the ones provided were not that good. Food was plentiful and nice. We stopped at a petrol station on the first day to get wine, beer and snacks and the alcohol could be put in the fridge in the jeep. Excellent, excellent, excellent trip of a lifetime but don't expect hot water in the showers! Would not hesitate to recommend this trip.
We received great service through Nyange on our 4 day safari. Our guide, Ronald, was absolutely amazing. Ronald was very knowledgeable about all the wildlife (particularly the birds!), his English was very good and he genuinely cared about what it was we wanted to see and do whilst on our safari. He was able to spot animals that we would have had no hope of seeing on our own and this meant that we always had great encounters and saw everything we hoped to see and more. What I liked most about our guide is his respect for the animals and his ethical approach to the tour. Lots of cars seemed to chase the animals and block them in but Ronald never did and I am therefore very grateful that we had such a good guide/driver that was able to deliver amazing animal encounters without us feeling like we were disturbing it.
Nyange is a great company comprised of amazing people! I truly enjoyed every second of my time with them! There desire to give you exactly what YOU want is humbling! I actually injected a pretty major last minute change and they took it in stride. They seriously went out of their way to make my trip perfect!(More than I could imagine!!) A very special thank you to my guide Mr. Tony! His passion and level of knowledge were truly inspiring! I highly recommend using Nyange for your adventure...you will NOT be disappointed! Thank you to the entire team for making me feel like part of their family! God Bless!
We very much enjoyed our safari to Serengeti and Ngorongoro with Nyange. We were with two other people from our age and also backpackers. Our driver/guide Alan was fun, knowledgable, helpful and shared a lot of information (even if we didnt ask about it) about the animals, the area and Tanzania as a whole. We apprciated that a lot as it shows his enthusiasm for this work! His driving skills are excellent. His english was also very well. He also managed often to arrive first at animal sightings so we had some magic moments before other cars arrived (although be aware that serengeti is very busy compared to the many other parks we visited). The cook, Peter, prepared delicious food for us (including great vegetarion options) and managed to prepare different food every time. He took great care of us! All in all, everything was organised well. The car was in good condition and spacious and allowed for great game viewing! I really recommend camping instead of lodges because you are out on game drives most of the time and not spending much time in the camp/lodge. So for us spending so much more money on a lodge is a waste. Also camping is a great, fun and safe experience!!
We took the four day and three night camping safari with Nyange Adventures. Our guide, Ronald, was great. He was able to spot and identify animals as he was driving. We were amazed at his ability and he was able to help us see the big five. It was a great trip. The cook did an amazing job of creating delicious meals throughout the trip. We carried some fruit to supplement which was good since the earliest breakfast was just cookies. A few things to be aware of: Bathroom breaks are spread out so make sure to take advantage when there is one available. On the last night, be prepared to be cold and wet. We were in the cloud and it was very chilly. You do warm up a little on the way down into the crater, but not much.
My son and I went on the four day, three night "Classic Safari Adventure" with Nyange Adventures between November 29 and December 2, 2018. We toured Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro parks. We were joined by three other travelers that were excellent companions. It was a great experience from start to finish! Praise Nyange was very good at communicating with us as we planned our trip and we were picked up at the airport and brought to our Arusha hotel as promised. On the morning our journey started we were picked up at our hotel by our driver Allen Massawe. Allen was a perfect guide. He was very positive and friendly and informative . He really seemed to care greatly that we had as good an experience as possible. We saw elephants, numerous lions and cheetahs, leopard and rhino. Amazing! Our camping accommodations were quite comfortable. Our first night was at an organized camp between Tarangire and Ngorongoro, called Naturehaven. We slept on beds, in tents, with a thatched roof over the tent. The nights in Serengeti and on the Ngorongoro rim were in two person tents with comfortable sleeping pads. It is a unique experience to sleep in these amazing places. In the Serengeti when we were gathering for breakfast a herd of elephants passed through the forest just outside of camp. At the Ngorongoro camp I could see the gleam of the eyes of Zebras in my headlamp light in the grass just beyond our tents. Apparently they gather most nights in the camping area. The food was also very good. Our cook, Mchina, provided us with ample, delicious meals throughout our trip and was also very good company. Along with a new upgraded camera, which we really appreciated, we also brought along a high quality pair of binoculars. They were a good supplement to those provided by Nyange. Our safari with Nyange Adventures met or exceeded our expectations in every way. Their prices are reasonable and they are locally owned and operated. We would absolutely recommend them and look forward to another adventure with them sometime soon!
For 4 days we had a safari that we will never forget. Together with guide Roger from Nyange Adventures we visited Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Serengeti. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and wildlife. Roger knew how to tell us all kinds of new things, has a lot of knowledge and is very enthusiastic. The communication throughout our trip was perfect and we get a clear briefing every day of what awaits us. All in all greatly enjoyed, highly recommended.
Very nice safari, super organized, our very dear guide Jimi was very professional and the food was also very plentiful and good. All in all, very good!
We were very impressed with Ramesh's Service and his team! The tour we really liked and gladly recommend the Service!
The safari was really as desired. We had really good jeeps where you could really look out, with pop-up roof. That had made the experience even better. Our guide was great, and the cook made very good food. Everything really great and super organized!
Thank you so much to Nyange Adv for everything. Especially the owner, Praise, treated us like VIP. The safari was amazing and our guide Musa, was very knowledgeable. Actually, go with Nyange if you can.
Our safari was spectacular. We saw jaded animals and amazing views. We even had a Spanish-speaking guide. Praise was very attentive and helped us a lot. Thanks and we hope to come back one day!
We stayed with Richard for 4 days in Tarangire National Park, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater at the beginning of August and it was great. Richard is a very knowledgeable tour guide and we had a great time. Highly recommended 👌
