I cannot recommend Telly Safaris enough! Our trip was absolutely INCREDIBLE from start to finish! Working with Catherine at Telly Safaris to coordinate our trip (5 day mid-luxury safari to Serengeti, Tarangire, Ngorogoro Crater + Zanzibar) and customize our itinerary was a breeze (we added the Balloon Safari - an absolute MUST). She was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and patient in answering all of our questions leading up to the trip. She even met with us when we first arrived to walk us through our safari itinerary and remained available via WhatsApp throughout our entire adventure. Every detail was handled seamlessly, from arrival to departure, including flights, transfers, accommodations, and everything in between. We never had to worry about a thing! All of our accommodations and the service we received were exceptional. Of course, sleeping in a tent at a migration camp might not be everyone’s idea of “luxury,” but it was an absolutely amazing experience! The camps were well-maintained, and the staff everywhere we went were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Our camps were guarded at night and the food was delicious! One piece of advice: bring more tip money than you think you’ll need! You’ll meet so many incredible people along the way who go above and beyond and whom you’ll want to thank for making your experience so special. Our game drivers, Aaron and God Bless, were truly the best! They were respectful of the land and wildlife while expertly navigating the parks to give us incredible views and unforgettable wildlife encounters. We felt so fortunate to see as much as we did! Of course, nature is unpredictable, and there are never guarantees when it comes to wild animals, but our guides made every outing special with their knowledge, expertise, and wonderful personalities. We also had Sumat, a photographer from Telly Safaris, join us on our trip, and he captured so many beautiful memories for our group. Having those photos to look back on is such a special bonus! If you’re considering a safari, do yourself a favor and book with Telly Safaris! The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and we’re so grateful to Catherine, our guides, Sumat, and everyone who made this trip so unforgettable. We couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Catherine was our coordinator from the company and was always available to answer questions and arrange the trip exactly how our group wanted! She also coordinated all our airport pickups, drop offs, the bush flight, and flight to Zanzibar (optional)! Godbless and Aaron were our Safari drivers during our whole trip, and they were amazing! Both are very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions we had about the land, the animals, the weather, the culture, etc. They worked really hard to listen to the radio, talk to other drivers, and use their skills to find us animals! I saw so many more animals than I thought was possible! The drivers also accommodated us to get out on safari earlier than planned, because our group wanted to see as many animals as possible! My group did the mid-tier luxury package and the accommodations were great! We stayed at migration camps in the Serengeti. The chiefs cooked breakfast and dinner for us and packed lunches for us to have out on safari during the day. The tribes-men guarded our camps at night to ensure no animals wandered too close and escorted us on camp after dark. I also felt safe the entire time, which was something I was anxious about, whether we were in the city, in safari, or at camp! If you’re thinking about doing it, just do it!

She was so helpful answering all questions very quickly prior and during the trip. Then it gets to the safari and Habibu was an incredible driver, guide and everything. He showed us everything and helped make the trip so memorable! We loved our safari trip and everything was high class and very reasonably priced! Worth every penny

Everything was carried out according to schedule and as we had agreed in advance. This has been one of the best times of our life! Aaron was such an amazing guide and put so much effort into making us happy. He truly made all our wishes come true and listened to every favor, including arranging a beautiful lunch in nature. He knew all the best spots and always carried such a happy, positive spirit. We booked a 4-day-budget-camping-safari with telly (Serengeti and Ngorongo Crater) and Steve was our freelance guide. He did a really good job. Since it was our second time on safari, we had a strong wish to focus on the predators. Steve made everything possible: we saw the Big Five and more. He was a calm, pleasant person, and we could ask him anything – he always had an open ear for us. Steve was also an excellent driver, and we felt safe at all times. All the meals prepared by our cook, Mishack, were fantastic! He’s still very young, but with so much talent – he could easily open a restaurant in Germany, no joke. The camping spots were beautiful; you were directly in nature, right next to the animals. But please don’t expect German-style cleanliness – remember, it’s Africa! If you’re fine with that, camping is definitely the best choice to truly feel the African vibe. Unfortunately, the Senator Hotel in Arusha (before and after the tour) wasn't up to our expectations - no hot water, bad internet connection. Hopefully, Telly will change this hotel in the future.

From the point we where picked up from the Airport until we flew out was a brilliant experience. Omar our guide was extremely knowledgeable and went to great effort to ensure that we saw the big 5. He also continued to ask questions about the other animals and to take our interest into account as we toured the different parks. Even pushing into crowded areas to ensure we could get the perfect picture. It was a once in a lifetime experience and I am glad we choose Telly.

Safaris are probably always great, but the experience with this company is really the best. Maliaki was our guide and he made our four days unforgettable. He has an amazing view to spot animals! He was even the first guide to find the Rhino, when we were in Ngorongoro. He also has great knowledge about the wild life and he thought us so many things! We couldn’t be more grateful with him. Simba was our Chef and we also owe him a great deal. He cooked for us the best meals, very typical and tasty. Everything was fresh and full of flavours. Great 4-days safari with Telly Africa, I recommend with no hesitation ! Mohamed customized the program with us, we chose to spend more time in Serengeti (and not go to Tarangire) and we really enjoyed these 4 days ! Our guide and driver, Chadi, was experienced, he knows a lot about places and animals and we had a lot of chatting and laughing. Alute, our cook, was very nice, caring and curious and cooked very good food : it was a pleasure ! Une équipe de confiance avec qui vous passerez certainement un super voyage, que je recommande ! (Nous avions hésité à prendre un tour privé pour le budget, mais nous ne l'avons pas regretté !)

My family (me, my wife and my 3 years old son) booked the safari and we enjoyed it so much. It was a big adventure for us. The safari was very familyfriendly and well organized. Mohammed our first contact person organized everthing for us. And he was responsible for us from the beginning till the end. He was very communicative from the start, always available and gave us competent advice. Our guide Lucas did a very good Job and he was so patient so that we had the chance to see the big 5. He promised us he will not let us travel back before seeing any lions and he was so right. At our last day we saw so many lions and they were very very close to us. This was our highlight. Our cook Dennis cooked very delicious meals for us . Best soups ever. The food was very healthy, tasty and diversified. We would defenitly recommand this Company and the price is also very fair for the service you get.

It was such an amazing experience ! All the staff was perfect, Mohammed, our driver Assad and the best guide David Simba who become our friend! We went to Tarengire, Serengeti and Gnogonrogo, we saw a lot of animals! Thanks to David Simba we managed to see lions attacking and eating, it was so amazing! I really recommend Telly Africa Safari, very professional staff! For sure I will come back!

Don't be in a hurry have time to take in the whole experience ,the animals don't work on your Time in their natural habitat and you must work on their time for the best outcome.

Booking with Telly Safaris was a breeze! Mohamed was a delight to talk to, replies fast to every question I asked. He made sure that every penny I paid for was worth it. He even printed all the documents that I needed to travel back to my base. Dennis was an amazing cook! We had delectable meals all throughout. Assad was very helpful. He drove me around the city and got everything that I needed before the safari. He also assisted me with my PCR test. He even helped me when checking out from the hostel since I didn’t have enough local money. He called someone to pay on behalf of me then I paid him back later when I got local money in the airport. Simba, our driver and guide, was knowledgeable about the wild. Our group was able to see the big five and more! He was also a cautious driver so I felt safe during the trip. These guys went an extra mile, I must say! I totally enjoyed this solo adventure! I met a lot of people from all over the world. I will definitely recommend this agency to my friends and family. We were recieved by the manager Mohamed who took the time to welcome us and explain us really precisely how the trip will took place. We really responded to every questions we had. He also helped a lot and gave us so much advices : he offered us accommodation before starting the trip and even the taxi to the airport at the end of the trip. We started our 4 days trip by the Tarangire park with the kind guide Joseph and got to see a lot of impressive animals really upclose. Joseph knew everything about the park and we learnt so much !! The 3 days after we visited Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater with the wonderful and passionate guide Simba !!! We enjoyed every single time with him, it really seems like he owns the place ! He’s definitely an expert with eagle eyes he permits us to see a leopard hanging on a tree. The food was so so good (and I’m usually really difficult with dishes) thanks to the one we call the « Stomach engineer » Dennis !!! Everything was really tasty he never felt to make our stomach happy from the breakfast to the dinner !! I recommend this trip 100% ! I will for ever remember it !

I took this safari and it was an absolutely amazing experience. All of the people that I came into contact with from the agency was very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our experience was exactly as we wanted. Our driver was very knowledgeable about the animals and did a great job driving over the rough terrain. The food was great and more than I could eat for every meal. I was never hungry during the safari. Overall I could not have asked for a better experience.

Exceptional experience with my 3 children , we were able to admire hundreds of wild animals in their natural environment in a preserved nature , thanks to our guides David simba and Joseph who were great with the children, they explained to us a lot of things about Tanzania, culture, history, animals ... a big thank you also to hassad who took care of us from our arrival with a lot of kindness and delicacy and thanks to Mohamed for this flawless organization, we were able to enjoy serenely this adventure.

My first safari was an incredible experience, full-eyed memories with the big five, and an unforgettable moment when we attended the breakfast of a group of lionesses at dawn, after hunting a guru! Mohammed is very responsive and reassuring, Assad was a very friendly driver during airport / hotel transfers and David alias Simba, an incredible guide: friendly, fun, who speaks very well French, English, and knows wildlife by heart. He spots a cheetah 1km around, and answers all our questions, whether they are about the history of Tanzania, the Maasai, animals, Tanzanians... I recommend this team 100%
