Incredible experience with Gosheni - we had Calvin as the guide and he blew away our expectations. Super friendly, helpful, and very informational throughout our entire trip. We just finished a 4 day safari tour with George as our guide. We had a wonderful experience. Gosheni took care of every detail and provided a luxury experience. They even brought to Serengeti some items I had left in the hotel in Arusha! We could not have asked for a better guide. George is very experienced and knowledgeable. We learned a lot from him. We had an amazing time on our safari tour. We saw every animal you can think of, and everything went very smoothly. We felt safe, comfortable and never had a dull moment. A lot of the credit for this trip goes to our wonderful guide and driver George. George was energetic, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He went above and beyond bringing us hot meals to eat in the middle of national parks, and used his vast network of connections with other safari guides to find us constant animal encounters that we would have not otherwise seen. We got to experience the wild of the Tanzanian wildlife while still being comfortable and well-looked after. I would definitely recommend Gosheni to anyone looking to travel in Tanzania and specifically George!

I had an amazing time on the safari with Gosheni. The views were amazing, but most of all our guide George made our experience incredible. He was so knowledgeable on the history of Tanzania and facts about the animals. His friendly demeanor made the long drives enjoyable and he was very good at getting the best view of the animals when we found them. Edward has 16 years of guiding experience, so he can always spot all kinds of magnificent wildlife earlier than other guides. We saw nearly every animal species in just two days, including a very rare leopard. He has profound knowledge of animal species and their habits, and he can even tell us the animals' names in Chinese. Moreover, he is extremely considerate, always perceptive to our needs and taking great care of us. To our delightful surprise, he has excellent taste in music, which made our whole trip more enjoyable. In short, every arrangement was totally satisfactory. We had an incredible safari experience in Tanzania, and a big part of that was thanks to our guide Mimi Bariki. From the very beginning he was professional, calm, knowledgeable and always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment of the journey. During our trip we visited Serval Wildlife near Kilimanjaro, Ngorongoro Crater, Serengeti and the Ndutu area. Thanks to Mimi we saw an amazing variety of wildlife including zebras, giraffes, buffalo, hyenas, thousands of wildebeests, lions, vultures, and even rare sightings like a rhinoceros and a leopard resting in a tree with its prey. Mimi has a great eye for spotting animals and clearly knows the parks extremely well. He always positioned the jeep perfectly so we could see and take photos, while also respecting the animals and nature. He also shared interesting information about the wildlife and the environment, which made the safari even more special. Visiting the Maasai village and learning about their culture was another highlight. Throughout long drives he stayed positive, patient and professional, and we always felt safe and well taken care of. If you are planning a safari in Tanzania, I would highly recommend asking for Mimi Bariki as your guide. He truly made our adventure unforgettable.

Amazing safari! Our guide Laban was super kind, a really good driver and amazing at spotting animals. The jeep is confortable and we had water bottle provided. We were lucky cause we saw the big five as well as the three big cats multiple time! We did the 4 days safari (Ndutu, Serengeti, Ngorongoro) as it was the time of the migration. Ndutu was amazing, I highly recommend following the suggestion of Gosheni and do this tour in February.

I’m very happy to recommend Inno and Calvin from Gosheni as safari guides. They guided our group (6 adults and 6 kids) through the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater, and they truly made the experience unforgettable. From start to finish, they worked incredibly hard to keep us comfortable and engaged. During the long drives, they shared stories, insights, and fascinating facts that made the time fly by. Their knowledge of the land and wildlife was impressive, and their ability to spot animals from a distance was remarkable. Their expertise made a real difference. Without them, we honestly would not have seen even half of the animals we did. They always seemed to know exactly where to go and how to position the vehicle for the best possible view. One moment in particular stands out. They knew how much we wanted to see elephants. Instead of following the crowded routes, they took a quiet side road away from the other vehicles and found a family of elephants for us. We had what felt like a completely private viewing, just our group and these incredible animals. It was one of the highlights of the trip. I would book with them again without hesitation and highly recommend them to anyone planning a safari.

What can I say. This was the trip of a lifetime. From Norahs help organising our 4 day safari to Zadock’s guidance everything has been amazing. Zadock has been a wealth of knowledge, found all the animals we wanted to see and got some fantastic photos. We stopped in 3 tented camps which we cannot fault. I cannot put into words how wonderful this trip was.

We just completed a truly unforgettable 4-day safari with Gosheni, and I can’t recommend the experience highly enough. Our driver and guide, Emmanuel, was exceptional—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly sharp-eyed. He had an uncanny ability to spot animals from amazing distances and always positioned the vehicle perfectly for viewing and photos. Thanks to him, we saw the Big Five and so much more, including breathtaking scenes we never expected. Emmanuel’s deep knowledge of the wildlife, landscapes, and ecosystems added so much depth to the journey. He was patient with all our questions and clearly passionate about what he does. We felt safe, well taken care of, and inspired throughout. One area where I would’ve appreciated a bit more support was during our visit to a Maasai village and a local shop—navigating the commercial aspect of these visits felt a bit awkward, and I would have welcomed a bit more guidance on what to expect or how to handle the sales pressure. That said, this was a small part of an otherwise outstanding experience. Gosheni runs a well-organized and high-quality operation, and Emmanuel made it even more special. If you’re considering a safari in Tanzania, I highly recommend booking with Gosheni—and if you can, ask for Emmanuel. You’ll be in excellent hands.

Our Safari experience was amazing with Gosheni. Our guide, Calvin Kileo was just so patient and made sure that we get the most beautiful sightings all throughout the safari. He's extremely vigilant and skilled with the routes. Your guide can make or break your complete experience. The safari booked with Gosheni was great from airport pick-up to drop-off. The entire tour was comfortable, the car was in good condition, with all the things we would need plus space. The accomodation exceeded expectations with great views and all the amenities. Thought the tour the food was delicious and catered to our dietary requirements without fuss. We were lucky to have Juma as our guide - he is super knowledgeable, passionate, and diligent. He was great at spotting the smallest animals as well as the big ones and being able to answer every question that we had about them and the environment they are in. The trip was brilliant and made better by our fantastic guide. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

The 3 day safari was incredible and our guide Juma made it even better! Over the 3 days we managed to see incredible wildlife, birdlife and beautiful scenery. Our guide Juma is clearly incredibly passionate and the really came through during the 3 days. We’ve learned and laughed so much over the time being here. We just finished the 3rd day of the tour, and boy this tour has not disappointed!!! On the 2nd day of the tour we spotted a leopard in a tree who had just caught a gazelle and was resting and today when we returned to that tree, we could see the leopard had consumed the gazelle and was cleaning his paws. Today we also so two mating lions and elephants at the hippo watering hole protecting their herd from a crocodile. On this tour we have seen it all from lions, lionesses, hippos, giraffes, zebra, wilder beasts, elephants, gazelles, buffalo, warthogs, ostriches . . . Seeing these animals in the natural environment has been magnificent. Our experience would not have been the same without our brilliant tour guide, Mwinyi!!! He knows the animals, he knows the environment, and he knows how to drive. It has been wonderful having him as our guide!!! Excited to see what tomorrow brings.

Our tour guide was Mwinyi. He was excellent! Not only did show us the Big 5 and the Ugly 5, he was a wealth of knowledge! Mwinyi provided information about the animals and bird’s habits, mating and he shared information about different flowers and trees we saw! This was an amazing safari! My colleague and I had an amazing time on our safari with Inno in Ndutu area! Inno found a whole family of lions (with tons of cubs), an up close Cheetahs and the envy of everyone, a leopard just hanging out in a tree. Appreciate the efforts from our professional safari guide Zadock who has trackked the animals perfectly. Excellent service, vast wildlifes, we even have seen the cheetahs twice. Everything beyonds our expectation in Serengeti.

Thanks a lot to my experienced Safari Guide - Zadock, he has 18 years experience and can figure out where the animals are WITHOUT MAPS! We already saw lions, leopards, elephants, hippos, zebras and so on. Lions and leopards are hard to see, thanks a lot to Zadock’s non-stop searching for us. We are lucky to have him!

We spent four days with Gosheni, starting from pickup from north Serengeti to central, then to Ngorongoro, and lastly drop off at JRO airport. Our experience was generally smooth from initial planning to actual trip. We booked our trip quite last minute but ended up securing 3 out of four of the accommodations we initially wanted. Cindy was very helpful in providing direct and honest suggestions to our trip itinerary. Our guide Dominique was great too. He brings a positive energy every day and is very knowledgeable about the animals and Serengeti environment. His eyesight is also incredible. We look forward to coming back soon.

Michael was an outstanding guide. I have nothing but good things to say about this wonderful person. He has eagle eyes. Michael had this uncanny ability to spot out animals from very far distances. Oftentimes, we were the first people to see major animal activities. He literally guided us to “front row seating” on a number of occasions as scores of other Jeeps followed us afterwards. Even when we were following others to an animal sighting, he found a way to get us close to all of the action. Michael has a very calming and genuine presence. He is extremely likeable and intelligent. He possesses a strong command of the English language as well as a great sense of humour. I say this as a former English professor. We always felt very safe within his presence. He never made dangerous decisions on the roads. Some of our taxi drivers took far too many risks getting us to airports. He also managed our expectations in terms of what our estimated time of arrival would be to various destinations. He was a perfect guide. God bless you and your family Michael! We already miss you! (Next time though, take us to Sea World as part of the excursion😉).

I had an amazing time during my four day safari tour with Morris. During our journey, we visited Northern Serengeti, Central Serengeti, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and Tarangire National Park. Morris’ deep knowledge of the parks and his incredible experience for spotting animals were crucial for maximizing our chances of sightings. Despite the relative short duration of my safari, I was able to witness the Wildebeest Mara River crossing and see all of the Big Five and more. Morris’ explanations about the animals and their behaviors were insightful and added to the experience. Thank you Morris and Gosheni for an unforgettable experience!

We did Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater with Gosheni Safari and we were guided by George who is friendly and helpful. He is also very knowledgeable and took time to explain all the different animals and plants that we came across.

We all travel to Kenya and Tanzania for safari holiday . At border crosing from Kenya to Tanzania, our tour guider George Toke as safe to Serengeti Acacia Lodge. During last 4 days George educated us all about animals and plaints and their habitats which is amazing we love it. George is very helpful and very friendly and easy out going, we recommended him to any traveller that come to Tanzania.

This was a fantastic, once in a lifetime experience. Our Safari driver, Albert, was the absolute best. He is thoroughly knowledgable on the animals, plants, places, history, and he kept us informed throughout the tour and answered all our questions and concerns with tact and patience. He drove in rough conditions like a champ and had our comfort utmost in mind.

From begining to end the experience was amazing, the acomodations were so comfortable and luxurious with all the amenities, food was excellent in every meal all the staff were so nice and our guide George definetly was the best of all, always making sure we were comfortable and able to take the Best shots and see every single animal we were hoping to see. Knowledgable, extremely reliable, professional and resourceful would be some of the words to describe Gosheni. Chose them because of the great reviews and because we wanted to be assured of our safety and the quality of our once in a lifetime bucket list adventure. Best decision ever. All queries about the trip before we arrived in Tanzania were answered by the extremely competent Norah and her team, and always within a day. During our safari adventure, Laban our guide went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable. As a result of his skills, the “lucky team” as he called us, managed to see so many different species of animals and birds including the Big 5. We also witnessed 3 lion brothers devour a zebra. In all of this, Laban always managed to manoeuvre us into the best positions to view the animals. Gosheni also took it upon themselves to make my travelling buddy’s birthday a memorable one and it is this and other gestures like hot lunches on the safari and a clean vehicle every morning that makes Gosheni outshine its competitors. Another noteworthy experience was that despite us being the only two foreign females in a campsite in central Serengeti with 10 guys on Day 1 with our guide, we felt perfectly safe. That is testament to how much confidence the tour company instilled in us. I still sing the Jambo Bwana song which Laban taught us on the trip. It was truly an amazing safari adventure and we have Gosheni and team to thank for that. I would not hesitate to recommend Gosheni to others. Btw, the trip was completely customised for us based on our interests so it had a day Kilimajaro hike to Mandara Hut via the Marangu gate and a visit to the Mto wa Mbu Village . That is the beauty of Gosheni. They give you the flexibility to craft your own itinerary as well!

My wife and I had the pleasure of doing 4 days of Safari with Gosheni Safaris during our Honeymoon. I cannot recommend them more highly. From the moment we arrived at the Tanzanian border, our guide Dennis was helpful, accommodating, and incredibly enlightening. We aren’t always the easiest when it comes to travel, but Dennis made the trip comfortable and was always providing great insights both during travel between parks, as well as during the game drives. We didn’t have to think about anything on our trip as everything was coordinated, easy, and smooth. When we weren’t feeling great one day, we were easily able to adjust plans as needed. Dennis made everything possible with his experience as it allowed us to maximize our time in each park and we were able to see everything we wanted to during our stay and have incredible photos to prove it. This safari experience was really great! Many thanks to our tour guide George, who made our trip wonderful. George worked very hard chasing wild animals and preparing prey sounds so that we could take many wonderful photos. He is also a walking encyclopedia, he knows all the animals, and can give lively and interesting explanations about the habits of each animal. A former chef, he even cooked our lunch on the first day. If you are planning to travel to Tanzania, I highly recommend this travel agency and George.

The Safari was perfectly organized. Habibo, our guide was always on time and well prepared. The car was very well maintained and new so we had no problems inside the bumpy National Parks. Habibo gave us a very good tour through the Serengeti and Ngorongoro National Park. He knows the ways, the best spots and is also very well appreciated by the other guides since he is so helpful. We could arrange all our wishes with him and he made sure there was nothing missing. We appreciate it very much and can highly recommend Gosheni as tour operator and Habibo as personal guide. This was a great safari with our amazing guide Habibo. He always made the extra effort so we would be able to see all animals. We would start our safaris always perfectly on time. We went to the Ngorongoro crater and Serengeti national park. He would be super professional. We enjoyed the time a lot and our biggest dreams to see the big five came true. The car was every morning newly cleaned and perfectly prepared for our rides. We had enough water and delicious lunch packed by Habibo. And he knew the roads all by heart, therefore we were able to take short cuts and be efficient on the ways. Most definitely commented. Thank you.
