Praise Nyange did everything to ensure that the trip was a success. We enjoyed the safari (we had the best guide!) the different resorts in the parks and in Zanzibar also!

Itinerary
Day 1
1
In the morning, we will pick you up from Mount Meru hotel Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park, which is known for its huge baobab trees and large herds of elephants. Its sparse vegetation makes it a beautiful and special location, where up to 300 elephants can be found, looking for underground streams in the dry riverbeds. Migratory wildebeest, zebra and buffalo can also be seen crowding the shrinking lagoons. Here you will enjoy an afternoon game drive with a picnic lunch.
Day 2
2
Today you’ll rise early in the morning to descend the 600m high walls to the floor of the crater and get up close with one of Africa's seven natural wonders! Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it is considered one of the most beautiful and unique places in Africa. Here you will find a haven of African wildlife and you might also be lucky enough to witness the endangered Rhino!
Day 3
3
In the morning, drive to Lake Manyara National Park, which is located within the Great Rift Valley. Lake Manyara boasts a spectacular setting, famous for its tree-climbing lions and soda-ash lake. The park also provides the perfect introduction to Tanzania’s birdlife. The shores of the lake, encrusted with pink flamingo, attract more than 400 species of birds, many of them waterfowl or migrants. In the afternoon, drive back to Arusha/Moshi or Kilimanjaro Airport.

Spent three days with Rashidi at the Ngorongoro crater and had the time of a life. Rashidi is an excellent guide. Not only can he spot the mammals, sometimes from kilometers away. But he can spot birds too. He can recognize the calls and finds them when they are hidden in thick bush. His English is great and he is knowledgeable about the land and people as well. We saw giraffes, lions, elephants, rhinos, serval cats, water buffalo, wildebeest, zebras, hippos, plus over 30 species of birds! Can’t recommend this company and Rashidi enough.
We had a very last minute opportunity with 3 extra days on a Tanzania mission trip and Nyange did a beautiful job arranging two nights at Ngorongoro Crater with a full day of birding and wildlife in the Crater. They welcomed us at Kilamanjaro International Airport and drove us to Dodoma and the end of the three days. Arrangements were great. Praise was very prompt with queries and helping get myself my wife and three friends all set up. Rashid was our guide and driver, took excellent care of us and demonstrated great guiding skills identifying birds large and small along with really good wildlife finds including 3 rhinos and a Serval Cat. I would highly recommend this group to anyone.
We went for a 5 day safari which exceeded our expectations. We saw so many animals, made new friends and enjoyed incredible hospitality. Our guide Joshua was incredibly knowledgable, super pleasant to be with and generous with his time and information. He taught us so much about the wildlife and the country. He answered all our many questions. He is also an expert driver. Our accommodations were luxurious. I personally love the infinity pools that look over the Serengeti and the private outdoor showers. I can't recommend this tour enough.
This trip was mindblowing and we made unpayable memories with our three kids. Rodger our guide was the best and with all his knowledge about the animals and the environment we also learnt a lot.
Awesome experience and best time with our guide Roger! Their theme „come as a client, leave as a friend“ definitely suits the trip really well! Lunchboxes are included every day and you get to see the beauty of Tanzania‘s animals, culture and nature very well. Would always book the trip again and especially with Roger :) he shares his knowledge about all the animals and nature with you so well and is just an awesome guide and person. Thank you very much for the amazing trip!
We have been really lucky and saw the big 5! Great driver and great accommodations with super tasty food!
I can't say enough about how satisfied my friends and I were relative our safari experience. From the time we were picked up at the airport to the start of the actual adventure and through out, our guide Alan was thoughtful, incredibly competent and knowledgable. Name an African animal and we saw it! The accomodations in the Serengetti were over the top, as was the food and the service. A truly wonderful experience, i highly recommend Nyange Adventures!
My mother and I travelled with Ian as our guide and Godfrey joined the team as amazing cook. Ian went above and beyond to give us the best experience, has shared so much knowledge on wildlife, has respect for nature and was simply the best guide we ever had. He and Godfrey were helpful, very friendly and great company. We laughed a lot and we couldn't wish a better team to have this incredible experience with! Thank you guys! Also the owner, Praise, was very helpful with organising the covid test. All went smooth. Totally recommend this company.
Really really a wonderful experience. We watched all the possible animals so close!! The guide and driver, Roger, was so kind and professional person. I suggest this Safari to everyone (Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara). I suggest also to go in Masai Village with them, an unbelievable experience!!! Love Tanzania.
We had a great time with Nyange Adventures. They organised everything well. We did 3 days safari, one day with bushmen (amazing experience), one day hot-springs and one day waterfalls and coffee. Alen was our guide for safari and we really enjoyed his company.
We did a 3-days safari on August 2021 and our trip was absolutely perfect, we enjoyed it so much!! Edwin is a professional and a wonderful person, he knows a lot and he has taught us a lot of things about animals, Africa and any other questions we have asked. We had a great time with him. It has been one of the best experiences we have ever had. Thank you so much Nyange Adventures!!!!
Me and my two friends went on Safari with Nyange adventures and experienced an unforgettable trip! The Safari was individually prepared for us and everything was well organized. The contact persons are reliable and considered all our wishes. John was a really friendly and relaxed guide who answered all our questions! The food was very delicious and the Camp Site we stayed for the night was amazing. Surrounded by elephants, giraffes, antilopes and other animals we had an exciting time we will never forget. Thank you a lot for these days Nyange!
My husband & I did a 4 day lodge safari for our 25th wedding anniversary.the whole experience was absolutely amazing. We were so blessed to have Richard Moshi as our guide, Richard was extremely knowledgable, well educated, patient & very interesting. Nothing was too much trouble & on our actual anniversary he made sure we had a day to remember. Definitely felt we came as a client & left as a friend!!! Can’t recommend enough!!
I joined a 3 day Safari tour and it was splendid. Praise was very nice and helpful, as was our guide Francis. Overall, definitely a great experience!
We have an excellent time on our safari with Nyange. We see so many fantastic animals. Thanks God we also saw the big 5, our dream to see them. And big thanks to our guide Rashid who do everything so good.
Myself and two friends first booked Nyange Adventures for a 3 day Safari and then were so pleased with the excellent service and experience, we also chose them to lead our day hike of Mount Kilimanjaro. The Safari- 3 day of Lake Manyara, Tarangire National Park and Ngorongoro Crater. We were so incredible pleased with whole experience. When we were deciding who to arrange our safari with, we met with multiple companies. Praise, from Nyange, came to guesthouse to meet with us. He was incredibly friendly and informative, providing all required information, without us feeling pressured to choose his company. This was something we found with other companies that we didn't like. First, the price was exceptional and the best we found- you were able to pay cash in USD or credit card (either where you are staying or their office). Second, Tom was our guide and he was INCREDIBLE. He was so knowledgable about each place we visited, knew the right times we should leave so that we could see the best animals, had such a keen eye, and accommodated all our needs. Because of Tom, we were able to see a Rhino cross the road, a rare site within the Ngorongoro crater. Our accommodations exceeded expectations. We slept on raised beds within these heavy duty tents on a platform with shelter covering it. The food was great and very plentiful. We were also provided with free wine each night. My only regret is not doing a longer safari because we were unable to fit the Serengeti into our time period. Day Hike with Robert. This again was the best price that we found. Robert was knowledgable and ensured that the pace suited our needs. He provided positive vibes the whole time and made sure we had all the gear we needed. I would recommend this as well.
I could not have been happier with Nyange Adventures. The tour guides were highly knowledgeable, dedicated, and fun. Praise, the owner, is a great person. The lodging, safari sites, etc were all outstanding.
I travelled solo to Tanzania in November 2018 and did a 4 day safari, and climbed kilimanjaro with Nyange Adventures. Hands down the best experience of my life! My luggage was lost at the airport, and the company helped me get my bag back, and took care of me every step of the way. They made me feel like family, and truly provided exceptional service and flexibility in planning the trip. This company has amazing prices compared to competitors, with high quality of guides and services. For the safari my guide was Samuel, who was an amazing guide and very funny! With a background in wildlife management he was able to give me all kinds of great information on the animals we saw, as well as educate me on local culture. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and find all the animals on my bucket list, including a black rhino! He was a great driver, guide, and person over all. Highly recommend him as a guide. For the Climb my guide was Kevin. He was an exceptionally caring guide, always making sure I was comfortable and safe. He checked in regularly to make sure I wasn't experiencing altitude sickness and was an amazing person over all. Highly recommend Kevin as your guide. The cook Juma was amazing, funny, and always impressing me with what great food he could cook at high altitude, with minimal ingredients, and he was even sensitive to my unique dietary needs. The porters were all very kind, helpful, and courteous and made me feel comfortable. Over all an epic experience with a great team. Their motto of "come as a client, leave as a friend" is so true. I still keep in touch with my guides, and deeply miss Tanzania and all the wonderful people I met through Nyange Adventures. I wouldn't search any longer. If you are looking for an authentic experience, at an affordable price point, and like supporting local business Nyange is the company for you!
There seem to be hundreds of safari companies in the Moshi/Arusha area. They all use stretched Toyota Landcruisers and seem to accommodate their clients at camps run by 3rd parties. So how can they 'add value'? By providing superior customer service. This is where Nyange Adventures fell short:- 1) they asked me for a 30% advance upon booking but their computer system failed to receive the payment 2) it was decided that I should pay 100% upon arrival in Moshi. When I turned up at their office I'm unsure if they knew who I was and they seemed to think I had already paid the 30% advance 3) the following day it was unclear what time I was to be picked up. I pressed them for a firm time and was told 8:30am. They turned up at 9am. 4) the food at the camp was very basic but you were more-or-less forced to give a 'tip' to 'the cook' (who in reality was probably a waiter rather than the cook). The food and service were not worthy of any tip so being 'forced' to give a tip left a bad taste in the mouth 5) the driver/guide changed on the 3rd day of my safari and the new driver/guide's English wasn't good enough 6) on the return journey to Moshi the ariel of the vehicle was stolen so the driver decided to get it repaired on the way home. This non-urgent repair had his paying guests hanging-around for an hour and the repair could easily have been performed after he had dropped his guests off at their hotels. Smacks of a lack of customer focus. 7) Nyange Adventures drivers had a habit of stopping to chat with their friends whom we passed on the way. This got a bit irritating and once again smacks of a lack of customer focus.
We did a very nice safari together with our guide Roger. Everything was very well organized and we enjoyed camping and the tasty meals. Roger was very friendly and took our wishes into account. We would definitely recommend it!
A great experience, our guide Allen has accompanied us from start to finish, very friendly, efficient and detailed. We did two days of safari, one day in Taranguire and another in Ngorongoro and we loved it. The crater of Ngorongoro is amazing. We are looking forward to more, so we recommend at least 4 days to also be in Serengeti. Highly recommended.
Tips to take with you: A camera with 60x optical zoom, certainly not a luxury! In addition, also bring DEET against mosquitoes / flies. We booked our safari through Charlies travels with Nyange Adventures. The reservation went smoothly. Completely as agreed. The first day we were picked up by our guide and driver (Dennis) to go to the Tarangire National park. Here we encountered elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, ostriches, various species of monkeys and a number of birds of prey. A very special experience to see them in the wild. After the day was over, the guide took us to our campsite and we discussed what to expect the next day. That was very nice. The second day the Ngorongoro crater was planned. You would go here just for the nature reserve, very nice. After you have passed the gate of the reserve you can enjoy the view before you are in the crater. We were lucky enough to stop at a Masai village, very nice experience! Once in the crater you can see plenty of wildlife. There are animals galore here. Here we have seen almost all animals of the big 5. Especially the rhino was a special experience. Without our guide, we wouldn't have seen it. Very clever how he managed to spot the rhino in the distance. The Third party we went to Lake Manyara national park. Most of the animals we had already seen in the crater, but our guide managed to pinpoint some special bird species and a few other monkey species. In addition, you will not get bored of seeing some elephants up close. After another full day, the guide took us to Moshi, our next stay. We wanted to before we went to the stay also stop by the bus station for a ticket that was no problem. In addition, our guide also told us a bit about Moshi as an extra. I certainly would have liked to add some more days to our safari. Maybe next time, but then I definitely book with Nyange Adventures. Asante sana Dennis! Daoudi na Bramu
