The hotel is quite an unexpected gem and the decor is absolutely beautiful. The location is also superb and quite central. The porter was friendly and very thorough which was great. The only downside is that the receptionist was cold and a bit rude. This will still be my new go to in Arusha. Love it!!
Perfect spot with Good view, food is clean & delicious, light and AC is amaizing! Not to mention hospitality of its staffs I recommend it if you want to chill and enjoy your evening
Not recommended at all. Dirty room, mold on the walls, staff very strange and unfriendly. The breakfast buffet looked disgusting and unappetizing, as if it were leftovers from the day before, and there were flies all over it. The bed was so hard that we woke up completely exhausted; even the floor is more comfortable. Not recommended at all.
Great hotel in European style. If you compare with other hotels in Tanzania you can feel here like in real great place. Good food. Clean, nice, with working AC (not everywhere is this working). Nice view on monte Meru.
Ok for one night. The room was comfortable including the bed. It was a corner room so quite spacious. Didn’t really encounter many staff to make judgement. The guy who showed me to the room was very friendly. Breakfast room was not very pleasant. Many tables half used and not cleaned and reset even at 6.30am. As a solo person I had to sit at a table for 6/8. Buffet was below average and certainly not 4* standard. Staff chatting to each other. No service to speak of, other than to confirm I could sit anywhere when I finally found someone to ask. Probably would not choose again if I returned. The plus is that it is centrally located, so easy to access restaurants.
