We stayed for 2 nighs (late arrival) before safari and 3 nights after safari. Perfect for family with small children. Amazing water park, playground and huge indoor play area (the last one for a fee of 8 $ pr. child).
Staff is very helpful and accommodating.
The food in the restaurant was very good - huge menu which is normally a bad sign. But everything we tried tasted good.
Would definitely stay again.
On the negative side it is a bit worn - but maintaining projects were going on as we stayed there.
Beautiful ambience though we didn't get to use the water park coz of the weather. The ayurvedic spa is top notch!

The electronic card key did not work.
The rooms were not ready when we arrived, and we arrived really late 😐.
The rooms had a drainage problem.
The water closet was not flushing and not firmly affixed to the bathroom floor. This was a room where the faulty WC was known to the hotel staff, and assigned to us despite knowing that.
Not very good experience in the Easter lunch buffet and Easter bonanza celebration.
We went bought tickets confirmed at the reception what all things are included then were guided to the area where the Easter bonanza was to take place... We reached by 12 still no preparation was there we were told everything will be ready by 1. We waited kids got bored so we thought of exploring then in the park we were told we cannot go because we did not pay for that.. ok.. we came back the bouncy castle was set but in extreme sun.. when we requested they shifted it in shade... We asked when the food will be served at 2...Nobody informed us that it is taking place at the restaurant...When we asked they told us to go there... Then we went back to the Easter bonanza after lunch the kids got there face painted which at first we were told is included then later they said it's not... Total chaos ... We were told egg hunt starts at 4 but it didn't .
So by 4:15 we made the kids sit in the london bus then took some pics with Winnie the Pooh and bumble bee then we left.. we were looking forward for a good time but it was more stressful than relaxing.
Something's were good but request if better communication is there and things are cleared firsthand.. there was confusion between staff members understanding.. coz 1 person told us something but other person had no idea about the same. Overall ok experience.
A very good place for kids to go and wnjoy their free day.
