Forest Hill Hotel

Rooms are gorgeous. Lovely comfortable bed. Food is buffet style and ok . Not fantastic but edible. Water is availble at breakfast and evening dinner but not at lunch which was disappointing. Service I've marked down . Although every individual member was lovely I personally found them too attentive and felt watched 👀 Grounds are well kept and beautiful Over all a good stay

The WORST customer care; I brought my clients to stay in Forest hill the next morning my guide came to pick them and request to the waiter to get a cup of tea and they charged him ten thousand just for the cup of tea with one pan cake. As a director this has really annoyed me.

The food was good, but the experience was negatively affected by a lack of transparency. The drinks were charged separately, without informing us of the prices beforehand. When we paid in euros, they applied an exchange rate of about 2,083 TZS per euro (25,000 TZS became 12 €), without telling us the exchange rate in advance. The official exchange rate is around 3,000 TZS per euro, meaning we paid approximately 40–45% more than the real value. Moreover, communication with the waiters is extremely difficult: although they speak some English, they often fail to understand even simple requests, making the service frustrating. With more transparency about prices and exchange rates, and better attention to communication with customers, this place could offer a much better experience.

We stayed here for 5 nights and had an incredible time! The service is top-notch, and both the food and accommodations were amazing. There’s a buffet, but you can also order local dishes off the menu. Everything is fresh and delicious.The waitstaff were wonderful and truly helped us feel right at home. We developed an especially close bond with Benson. He is gentle, kind, and made sure all our needs were met. He felt like family by the time we left. We highly recommend Forest Hills Resort!.
