An exceptional stay from start to finish! The staff at the Best Western Hotel in Dodoma City welcomed us with genuine warmth and professionalism right at check-in. The level of service throughout our entire visit was top-notch, attentive, and incredibly efficient. To top it all off, the food was absolutely amazing. The butter chicken and garlic naan were outstanding, packed with flavor, and cooked to perfection. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dodoma!
Bad service, especially at the breakfast. Those people working there, didn't manage to refill and clean. Their boss should get more people to work at a busy breakfast. The top floor restaurant: it takes more than 2 hours to get your food. The swimming pool area hasn't been cleaned the last months
Reception staff helpful. If you want to dine in here think twice . Cleaning in the restaurant leaves lot to be desired . Left without eating . Room service wanted at least 40 minutes to serve
The location is exactly good , which located at town center . And the building is highest in this area . The breakfast is served with abundant food and drinks . And the room is clean and safe , the bed is comfortable. Also you can go to the roof , there is a gym room , and swimming pool , a bar . You can view the city at the roof .
I had a truly pleasant stay at Best Western, Dodoma. The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful, the service was prompt and professional, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive.
