Go early and request Diquan Atene ❤️. He was absolutely amazing. He thought us about the history or the Antelope Canyon. Helped us capture some beautiful pictures. I would go back again with him. He was amazing.

Check in facility was a disaster. The bathrooms were unusable due to filth and oder. We tried to move up our time to accommodate our flexible schedule. They would not allow it even though there were open spots in earlier groups. Don’t purchase tickets ahead of time.
Loretta is a great guide! We’d ask for her again! It is a spectacular adventure! Wear comfortable shoes or hiking boots and a cap to keep the sand out of your hair. Be ready to walk up a sandy slope and several stairs to get back to your transportation. If it’s hot bring a water bottle. Bring your camera for some awesome photo opportunities. You’re gonna love it!
This was one of the best tours that I have ever been on!!! Antelope Hogan Canyon Tours was great. They were very helpful when all of us arrived. Our guide was beyond outstanding!!!
Beyond fabulous. The guide was super knowledgeable and friendly, he made the experience unforgettable. The formations as we walked through the canyon were breathtaking.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about our guide, Auron. I needed help completing the tour due to an unexpected medical situation and he gave of himself so much! He got me through a really difficult situation and my husband and I can’t thank him enough. The tour is beautiful, of course. He’s very knowledgeable of the history, the geography, funny at times (I’m still thinking of a certain Britney Spears song!) and will help you set your digital camera/phone to the best settings for the greatest pics. Definitely recommend and ask for Auron!
The canyon is beautiful and guide was nice but not as informative as the guides of the groups in front of us. We did love the small group tour. Others had 15-20 people and we got much more personal attention with photos
Selling 12 o’clock appointment tour. But they don’t have this time schedule. And change later time. We have to rearrange our activities.
We visited Upper Antelope Canyon on July 21 after our original Lower Antelope Canyon tour was canceled due to rain. Because of that, Upper Canyon was extremely crowded. Our guide Nate was amazing. Even with the large crowds and a tight schedule, he stayed patient, friendly, and professional throughout the tour. He explained the unique rock formations, pointed out the best viewing angles, and never made anyone feel rushed. The best part was that he took incredible photos for every group using our own phones. We came home with so many beautiful and unique pictures that we couldn’t have captured ourselves. If you’re planning to visit Upper Antelope Canyon, definitely ask if Nate is available as your guide. He made our experience unforgettable!
Scarlett and Milton were fabulous! Scarlett is an amazing tour guide- she is professional as well as passionate and loves sharing information about her state. The tour bus was comfortable and the driver Milton was a very professional. Once at the Canyon I highly recommend taking the helicopter ride to the base of the canyon as well as the boat ride on the river. I highly recommend booking with this company!!!
Olivia was our tour guide and was great! She was organized, very informative and super friendly. She made sure everyone had a great experience. Our tour guide in the canyon was Carson. He was also amazing! Ita was a driver and was also great! He was very safe! I would highly recommend this tour!
I had a most excellent experience touring the Upper Antelope Canyon with Hogan guides that I arranged through TripAdvisor. We drove in a large, comfortable SUV across the sand and washboard roads in style. Once there, our outstanding Navajo guide took us through the canyon at a very leisurely pace and showed us how to get all the best shots. He was also very knowledgeable about the history, the ecosystem, and the formation of the canyon. All in all, it was the most exceptional experience and I got some killer shots. Highly recommended.
Great views with our fabulous guide Najoni! Definitely recommend! Mostly flat and easy to navigate. Some uphill through soft sand to get to stairs coming down at end.
Scarlett the tour guide and Ita the driver both were knowledgeable and made the trip easy. The only hick up that we picked up three unscheduled visitors on the way back. Not sure if they had missed their bus, but it added 45 minutes to our already very long day. This is not a reflection on our tour guide as it was a company decision.
Great tour, beautiful canyon and sights all around, our guide nathaniel helped us get great photos throughout the tour
Awesome Nate was a great guide
This is a truly amazing tour! We enjoyed our guide Charles, he was very helpful with photography tips. Highly recommend!
Aloe was an excellent tour guide. She gave us tips and trick to enjoy our stay. Sapphire also was very nice also.
Our guide, nickname ‘mama’, was fantastic, helpful and well organized. Our driver, Carlos, has driven the bus safely and has given support to mama in organization. Horseshoe bend is spectacular but Antelope canyon lower in wonderful. Absolutely recommended Hoerse
This is an amazing tour out of Las Vegas. You get access to multiple gorgeous locations in the wild west! Lake Powell and Horseshoe Bend and of course, the Antelope Canyon! want Mama as your guide- you will be well cared for. Mr. Tan is a great driver.
We arrived early, checked in with all of our permits and reservation details, and then we were never taken on the tour. We waited in the parking lot for nearly 3 hours. I submitted a request for a refund, and I haven’t heard anything for days. I’m out $700 for nothing.
Great experience. Your guides were excellent. Transportation was easy. Brennan was a great tour guide!
Tour guide: Mama Driver: Carlos Absolutely amazing experience on the tour. The tour guide was incredibly helpful making sure everyone got everything they needed and helped take photos. Very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor and kept the group engaged by providing historical stories of the past. Took good care of all guest and dealt with issues smoothly.
Book early. We waited till the day before and could not get our preferred time slot. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Do not bring any type of bag, but if you must, a 12" x 12" clear plastic bag is allowed. If you hike when it is hot, it will be cool in the canyon but has direct sunlight once you exit the canyon so be prepared. If you are lucky, you may be assigned a guide named Dana. She is truly a wonderful ambassador for the Navajo Nation. Dana is friendly, informative and motivated to share her vast knowledge of everything anyone what ever need to know about Antelope Canyon. She also is very educated about Photography techniques which will make all of your photographic skills mages, truly memorable. Dana was the difference-maker between a good outing and a great outing.
Brilliant full day tour the South Rim, Mather Point & visit to The Bright Angel lodge & Kolb Studio Area..Our guide Olivia & driver Chang were so informative of the Canyon.. Absolutely super day for me & my daughter Tina… Thoroughly recommend this trip.
They should know to not us viator to book. Booking directly with provider would have cost us almost half of what Viator cost us. Local cost $82 per person, our cost via via tour was about $145 per person.
That they should take this tour because its awesome., for the next travelerees get more days for thier are lot of places to see thats so awesome
Mama was efficient kind and helpful. Great tour. Managed the time weighed and made th e trip fun and interesting. She knows geology as I do.
This tour operator was great! The check-in process was quick and professional. The drive to and back from the canyon was smooth in a heated and enclosed passenger van. Our guide, Sonny was AMAZING! Our group was only 6 people. We had lots of time to take pictures at every stop on our tour. NEVER RUSHED! The Upper Antelope Canyon is a can't miss experience, especially with Sonny as a guide. He pointed out countless amazing sights and how to get the very best photos! Great stories about the canyon's history!
Sonny was an amazing guide! He did a great job showing us where to take the best pictures and answered all of our ?s! He told us about the canyon and Navajo Nation's history! A GREAT guide!
By the end of the trip, we all really loved “momma,” as we affectionately called our tour guide. She was very detailed and went above and beyond with photos and getting to know each group. She would be fun on an even longer trip. We went to Horseshoe Bend and Upper Antelope Canyon. Horseshoe Bend took our breath away and was a beautiful sight we will always remember. Antelope Canyon was beautiful and we again had a great guide, LeMoyne. He made sure we had the perfect picture throughout the tour. I recommend this tour. It may be smart to plan a light night before as it is an early departure.
Tickets on the site are very cheaper than on this site. It’s too expensive when we buy online. Thank you
Antelope Canyon is an amazing, must see place and this tour was informative and absolutely breathtaking. I give this 4 stars instead of 5 because of the check in process and transportation to the canyon. Seems a bit much that they ask you to check in an hour ahead of your tour when there’s nothing to do while you wait and the bathrooms are port-a-potties. The drive to the tour sight is about 10 minutes on an unpaved road in the back of a pick up truck roughly converted to carry 10-15 people. No seatbelts, thought I was going to bounce out. Ladies, a sports bra wouldn’t be a bad idea. Overall, the tour is worth the time, money and minor annoyances.
Our tour with Nathaniel was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about the canyon, pointing out unique shapes, sculptures, and hidden details within the rock formations that we would have easily missed on our own. He took great care of our group of 10, making sure everyone, whether single or a couple, got beautiful photos. Nathaniel went above and beyond, taking pictures with every phone handed to him and capturing the magic of the canyon perfectly. We were lucky to be the first group of the morning, and he truly set the bar high. Later that day, we toured the lower canyon with a different guide, and the experience just didn’t compare. Nathaniel’s attention to detail, patience, and enthusiasm made all the difference. I honestly wish he could have been our guide for both tours. Don’t forget to bring cash so you can tip him — he absolutely earns it! If you get the chance to tour with Nathaniel, you’re in for an unforgettable experience.
Booking through the national park express was a very bad experience for us and people on the phone are very rude to the point that they hang up on us 2 times just because we were asking simple questions. Moreover they don’t treat your sensitive data (credit card information) with confidentiality. If you wanna do the upper canyon tour book directly through tse bighanilini and not through them. Fortunately the tour itself was very nice.
I left from Moab that morning. I awoke to drizzle and it rained all the way, off and on, to Page. Because of the time change, I arrived one hour earlier than planned, but that was okay, since I was already running late. I paid a bit more for the premium tour time, because I was hoping to get the sun overhead. And as luck should have it, when it came time for my tour, the clouds all ran away and the sun shined down on all of us. Our tour guide was Keanu. I actually spent a few minutes talking with him before the tour, since I was there so early. He was an AWESOME tour guide (and a really nice person in general!), and was very knowledgeable about the Canyon. He was super-helpful in getting everyone's cell phone cameras set up to take the best pictures possible. When good photo opportunities arose, he had us pose, while he took pictures of us on our cell phones! Pictures- isn't that what we all came for?! This guy was stupendous! There's a short ride to and fro from the tour center area to the Canyon- about 10 minutes each direction. The walk through the slot canyon was about an hour long at a meandering pace. Nothing too strenuous. After we exited the canyon, there's a little bit of elevation involved, but it's not bad. This tour was worth every single penny! Go do this tour!! I seriously doubt that there are many unhappy guests. Some of the best money I've ever spent!
Our tour guide seemed to be in the bad mood the entire time, which made the experience less enjoyable. I hope no one else has to go through that.
Aloe our tour guide was amazing. Good explanation and overall smooth experience considering it’s a very long tour. Awesome views and definitely a must do
Great tour but make sure Viator provides the name of the company your tour is with. There are many companies providing tour and we almost missed ours.
I recommend visiting the upper antelope. The organizers are prompt and very attentive to their guest. The bus is clean and there is a charging port which is very important and theres a bathroom as well.
This should be on everyone's bucket list, the whole experience was beyond perfect. The guide was so helpful with taking pictures and knowledgeable, the whole experience was fantastic
We loved this tour & our guide JR. He was very informative and had lots of knowledge around the history of the canyon. He also took amazing photos and explained what made them special.
Our guide Tyrone was great. Pointed out tons of great photo ops and took photos for the group. Lots of info on history of canyon too.
We love the Upper Antelope Canyon tour! Dee was a fabulous guide and this is a MUST SEE for everyone! The pictures are amazing.
Tried to get tickets, the more we tried, zero answers, bad link. No explanation to us. Maybe they deal daily and get it, but someone who hasn't "doesn't ". How about explaining you get your ticket after checking in at the tour desk, after they confirm your waiver. Somewhere in the directions?
Awesome, your guide Miranda?(am horrible with names) was out of this world fantastic!!!! So worth it
Wyatt was an awesome guide! He was very knowledgeable & very personable. He made sure we got all the best photo shots...even taking the photos & showing how to use our camera. This was definitely worth the trip & to experience the uniqueness of the canyon formations.
Our guide Mario was AMAZING! He took awesome pics of everyone in the group …like having a professional photographer as a guide!!
After a long search for a good tour, we decided to go with the Upper Antelope Canyon tour. Since we were booking everything last minute, we didn’t have many options left. We ended up with the 7:05 AM slot, which made me a bit nervous because most people seemed to prefer visiting the canyon between 11 AM and 2 PM. To my surprise, the early morning tour turned out to be incredible! Our guide, Wyatt, was extremely knowledgeable and took amazing photos for us. His stories were engaging and entertaining — both adults and kids enjoyed every step of the tour and learned something new along the way. I highly recommend Wyatt to anyone considering this company. He’s truly an amazing guide. Antelope Canyon was definitely a highlight of our trip!
What an Awesome Day. We started with our guide Mana, taking some amazing pictures at our pick up spot in Page. Next we went to Upper Antelope Canyon. We had a great guide at the Canyon. JR took a bunch of cool pictures so you don’t have to. Then Mama took us to Horseshoe Bend. She really knows how th take good pictures. April is a great time to go, weather’s perfect and the sun hits Antelope Canyon just right around noon.
