Suuuuch a blast. We did the quads tour & went unguided, Alex set us up for success with the training course & verbable instructions. Beautiful views, just after record rainfall the plants were gorgeous & puddles were very fun. Wear long pants! Wore shorts and survived but pants would be better for dust/rocks & exhaust in the quad.
Awesome experience. Great workers, Maytan especially was really helpful. Would 100% go again. The practice course hill at first was slightly intimidating, but it turned out the real course was much more manageable than anticipated.
We really enjoyed the Self Guided ATV ride. They give u what u need and allow you to run a trail until your comfortable. Me and my husband enjoyed it soo much. Definitely will do it again whenever we vacation here again.
I booked the unguided atv tour … ended up switching to unguided utv. It was an extremely fun activity to do and beautiful sights to see … but you shouldn’t list in the description that you get 3 hours total in the desert 1 hour for check in / training and 2 hour ride time … when I only got 1 hour 10 min ride. My scheduled time was for 11am - got there at 10:45am , finally got to training around 11:20am … did the training which ended around 12:10 … then was told I had to return by 1:15pm. So in total I got about an hour to actually ride. Which is highly upsetting and disappointing when I was expecting at least a full 2 hours to experience the desert and have fun. I paid full price. You guys should really change your description to “2 hours in the desert and training / check in time does cut into that 2 hours” because it’s very falsely advertising. Shouldn’t have paid $120 for only 1 hour 10 mins of ride time.

Originally planned the self guided ATV’s but ended up having a guide go with us. Our guide was Landen and he was great. He made the experience a blast for our entire group of 12. Took us to all the cool spots and taught us a lot about the desert. Highly recommend having a guide, and ask for Landen.

Did the self guided tour and had a blast. Guided tour looked like they were going a little slow so the freedom you get with just your group was more fun for my friends and I. Practice course before you go out on your own was difficult but definitely helpful if you’ve never rode on an atv. Instructors are very helpful and explain instructions and controls very well.
Both my girlfriend and I were new to riding but after some great instruction, we felt like we’ve been doing it for some time. The staff was friendly and super helpful and the trail was fun to navigate.
Make sure you hydrate, bring plenty of water and make sure you don't come on an empty stomach.Because it's very hotttt , lol it don't forget to bring some clothes.You can throw away because you will walk away dusty
Wanted to do something different and this was it. All the employees were friendly and very accommodating. The trails were awesome some very technical which was fun for an experienced rider.
Amazingggg our tour guide was Chris and he was so welcoming, cool, hilarious as well!!! Loved him and the tour!!!! it was beautiful, fun, i felt like i was in a dream seriously!!! I never felt so at home being somewhere I've never been before. He was on it and even ended up upgrading when we arrived! Didn't even know they accepted tips i would’ve definitely gave him a $100 thats how awesome he was! I will add pictures and all ! Cant wait to come back !! even helped us take pictures!!
It was a fun adventurous ride. Long trail and exciting. I would suggest the UTVs and a guided tour. Very hot! Come prepared and stay hydrated. I did experience some heat exhaustion afterwards. Also, if you’re riding Uber or Lyft, book or do the coordinating before you start. There’s a sign that tells you but we saw it at the last minute and had to wait a while after we were done.

The ATV experience was so fun! The trails were awesome and our guide was the best. We actually signed up for the unguided tour but at check in, they highly recommended the guided which goes a little longer and more opportunities to stop and take photos. Plus, he brought a cooler of water! Will absolutely do this again when I am in Arizona next!
Our guide was Sami and she was amazing! She made sure we felt safe and comfortable…she also gave us lots of fun facts about the wildlife in the desert. 10/10 would recommend!

We had an incredible time! The instructions were so kind (shoutout to Chris!) we had a training session and then were able to go on the trails ourselves. It was so fun and beautiful. Best part of my trip, definitely come.

Mike was a fantastic guide and lived that he was so festive in his Grinch Costume. We had such a great time and the staff at ARIZONA Outdoor Fun were super professional. Would highly recommend.

This is a must do adventure for all levels. You get to practice first before hitting the trail. You can go guided or unguided. Staff is awesome.

So much more fun than we were expecting!! I had a friend recommend ATV tours while we were visiting AZ and it was so worth it! We initially opted for an unguided trip because we didn’t want to get stuck with a big group or repeatedly have to stop to look at desert artifacts/cactus/etc BUT when we got there and talked to the guides they ended up encouraging us to do the guided tour as you get double the amount of mileage to explore and get to go up to the top of the mountain and see beautiful views. I’m so glad we made the switch and it never felt like we were slowed down or any of our initial worries being in a group. We opted for the UTV too due to it being easier to maneuver since the trail is quite intense. Our tour guide Matt was fantastic, funny, and very personable. Highly recommend booking with AZ Outdoor Fun!

We had a great time. It was funny to hear almost everyone on the tour compare this tour to a previous tour that they’ve done. Austin and Jake were our guides and those guys were awesome. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, patient and even provide us with a little history on the area.

We had such a fantastic time exploring the Arizona desert on ATVs, and Jesse was an incredible tour guide! He made sure everyone felt comfortable and included, checking in with each of us throughout the ride. We had a great mix of a little mud, a lot of laughs, and even came away with some great photos he took for us. Can’t wait to book another adventure!

It was so fun to ride through the desert. I’ve ridden ATVs quite a few times before, but this course was unlike anything I’ve experienced. It was much more challenging, but still conquerable. I highly recommend wearing long pants and hiking shoes, as it can get extremely dusty. I opted to do the guided tour with Brennen as my guide. He was very friendly and an excellent instructor. I definitely plan on coming back!
What a GREAT ATV excursion! Andrew was a terrific Guide and made sure all riders were safe and informed - If you ride an ATV, you will be asked to do a small obstacle course and they want to make sure you can maneuver the steep hills and downgrades on the trail – Once complete, Andrew was the leader and kept the speed up without throwing a lot a dust around. I went on the 10:00am (last tour) as the heat was tremendous and they do offer ‘mister fans’ in the waiting area. The scenery was great and Andrew pointed out all the different cactus and horticulture on the trail – We had a couple of strops for pictures and the scenery was just beautiful. If you need a ride to and from the location from Phoenix; you can take an Uber there ($45+) and use HUM which you can download the app at the Adventure tour site and can set a time for pickup. I used HUM and they were there exactly at 12:45pm which I requested – I also recommend stopping at the Rock’s Spring Café as they are known for their fabulous pies. They are right next to The Outdoor Fun and Adventure site. I highly recommend this company as I’ve done a lot of ATV excursions throughout my travels and this one was fun and challenging. You will need to be able to climb and go down steep hills, but totally worth it! Last but not least; please make sure you leave a tip as the entire crew makes sure everyone is comfortable and safe throughout the excursion and it is well deserved!
