Sedona Sunset Vortex Tour

From communications with Irina, to the guided meditations and informative tour with Danil, this was a beautiful experience from start to finish. Danil’s passion and love for the beauty of Sedona shined through him and were reflected in the gifts of nature’s sights, sounds, and even smells (of rain!) all around us. These moments were further highlighted by the spectacular sunset to close the experience. I am very grateful to both Irina and Danil for this amazing opportunity to connect with this special place ❤️

The sunset vortex tour we did with Daniel was the highlight of our experiences in Sedona. Words can’t express how meaningful as well as educational the tour was. Having Daniel there to educate us as well as guide us through the meditation is something you truly can’t do on your own. This tour truly touched our entire group’s soul and left us with lasting memories that we will cherish forever. The delicious homemade treats at the end of the tour was also a beautiful and special touch for all of us.

Irina guided me to two special places I would not have found on my own: a private shady spot for a guided meditation (and more), and a second location for sunset (on the eve of the lunar eclipse!) and specially prepared tea and treats. The entire experience was educational, enlightening and ultra relaxing. Irina possesses a wealth of knowledge about plants and geology, which she shared along the way. I would say this is more than a vortex tour, it was a personalized experience helping me connect to this magical place called Sedona. A solo exursion — worth every penny. The very next day I received profound confirmation that my prayers and intentions were heard. Thank you, Irina!

Dont hesitate on booking this tour! Danil guided me in a beautiful meditation and hike as we explored the airport mesa vortex. Danil is so authentic, passionate and knowledgeable about the vortex and surrounding vegetation . I was traveling solo and felt so comfortable and connected . Danil provided an absolutely beautiful Sedona vortex experience. From the moment we met, he created a calm, grounding presence that set the tone for the entire tour. I toured the Airport vortex with Danil which included an exceptional guided meditation - this was key to the experience for me. On this tour you will be educated about geology, the local plants and the history of how the area has formed over time. If one of your primary interests is to experience the vortexes with a guide who truly understands the energy of the area - then hands down this is the one to choose! Not to mention, we closed out the tour with homemade vegan cookies, dark chocolate treats and hot herbal tea prepared by Irina for the tour. My husband and I went on this tour, and it ended up being our favorite part of our time in Sedona! Danil was our tour guide, and he was so kind and knowledgeable, giving us bits and pieces of nature facts and Sedona history throughout our hike. The tour took about 3-3.5 hours total, which included a 2.5 hour hike that was the perfect balance of a relatively easy hike with some uphill pushes to get to our sunset spot, which was honestly breathtakingly beautiful- we didn’t want to leave!! I’m 24 weeks pregnant and this hike was perfect! The trail he took us on wasn’t crowded at all and we were the only people at the summit. It was so nice to enjoy this spot and soak it all in without the crowds- it felt like a local’s only type of spot. Once we were at the top, Danil gave us some hot tea, homemade cookies and chocolate to enjoy with our sunset. It was truly an incredible experience and we could definitely feel the energy in the vortex locations. This tour is perfect for anyone who doesn’t have much or really any experience with meditation or who wants to learn more about the vortexes. Danil guided us through the meditation at a few various locations, which was perfect. I HIGHLY recommend this tour- having it as a private tour was just so special and really made the value of the ticket cost worth it without a doubt. Danil was awesome and super easy to talk to throughout the trek. You won’t regret booking this!

I read through all the vortex tours on Viator and reviews before choosing One Tribe Tours. I didn’t want a cookie cutter experience. This tour was the perfect ending to our trip to Sedona. Danil was so knowledgeable and friendly. It started to rain at our first location and when we got to our second location we were blessed with a rainbow and a choir of coyotes singing. The sunset views were amazing, especially while enjoying homemade cookies, chocolate and tea that Danil had brought for us. I loved that we went to less touristy spots and found quiet places for guided meditations and feeling the vortex energy. I highly recommend this tour and Danil as a guide.

Our tour guide, Danil, selected the vortexes for our sunset tour based on our preferences. He took us to Airport Mesa and along a lesser travel trail to an area where we meditated within vortex energy and showed us how moving just a few feet could change our energy experience. The view was breathtaking! And he educated us in the flora and fauna of the area. Danil then took us to a vortex spot overlooking Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, Castle Rock, etc. Spectacular vantage point to meditate and see the sun changing the colors of the landscape as the sun set. All the while explaining vortex energy,bpointing out interesting, plants, sharing the history of the area, and sharing engaging stories. To top it all off, we had wonderful herbal tea, organic cookies and homemade chocolate. I highly recommend One Tribe! Excellent experience!

Had an incredible start to my Sedona trip with Danil on the Sunset Vortex Tour! He was so knowledgeable about all of the geological and natural aspects of Sedona. Our guide, Danil, was so friendly, warm and knowledgeable. The location of the sunset was perfect and so very beautiful. The pre sunset meditation was a great way to clear our minds to be in the present. Not only that but the homemade chocolate and cookies was a nice sweet treat at the end. Danil also gave us some good tips on where to visit and eat.

If you’re coming to Sedona to visit the vortex‘s this is 100% the way to do it. The opportunity to stay away from the crowds and find a quiet spot was such a peaceful experience and we even had the opportunity to see a family of deer pass us. Irina is so knowledgeable and made this a truly a one of a kind experience!

What a spiritual experience! Our guide Danil was friendly and so informative about the region, and he led us on an amazing hike to a spot where we were able to get grounded and connected to our Mother Earth. The exercise and meditation was wonderful and then Danil took us to the perfect spot to experience the setting sun reflecting on the red rock mountainside. (A wedding ceremony was being performed on the ridge below us, which just added to the magic of the afternoon!) Thank you to our guide and to his wonderful wife who made delicious tea and cookies to finish out our afternoon!

Danil was our tour guide and greatly exceeded our expectations. The tour was a private tour for my 23 year old daughter and myself. We don’t have a lot of meditation experience and this as the first time to Sedona. Danil took us to several vortex sites and explained everything in great detail. The best was the meditation for a good hour. It forced both my daughter and I to relax, appreciate the feelings and thoughts we were having and concentrate on being calm with gratitude. Next we went to Amitabha Stupa and Peace park at sunset and felt the energy with the calm while we ate homemade chocolate, cookies and tea that our guide brought made by his wife. What a great experience with Danil; exactly what I was looking for! He is very knowledgeable about the area is was a great guide. I practice guided meditation inconsistently; however, I have never had the experience of peace and tranquility like I got with Danil's guidance. I go into a vortex visit with no expectations; the energy is there, you really have to be open to it. Danil did a fantastic job getting me to where I wanted to be during this visit! Thank you!

This tour was amazing & one of my favorite parts of my visit. Danil was the best guide - so knowledgeable of the history, plants, ecosystem and route through the entire experience. Most importantly, he was really easy to talk to and connect with. It felt like more than a tour, it was an experiences. We meditated our way into the vortexes and felt the beautiful energy all around. I am SO glad I did this. Loved it so much, highly recommend.

My friend Zoe and I took a vortex sunset/mediation tour with Danil. It was an absolutely amazing experience! Danil took us to the airport vortex, a bit off the beaten path, and led us in some yoga and guided meditation exercises. Danil is a great spirital guide, and meditation leader. It was a wonderful experience. As another special treat, he knows a lot about the local landscape and flora/fauna, and we learned a lot from him about Sedona's landscape as well. To end the evening, we went to a spot overlooking Cathedral Rock, and did some more meditation exercises, before having some Russian tea and cookies. Our tour with Danil was the highlight of the trip!! I can't recommend One Tribe Tours highly enough :)

We could not imagine having a better guide on this tour than Danil. His deep knowledge with regard to the spirit and nature was incredibly helpful in our healing process after the loss of our loved one. Danil’s deep care for the earth and his respect for the natural environment was evident as he picked up trash along the way to dispose of later. We would highly recommend any tours with Danil and Irina, they are spiritual leaders of Sedona and we are so thankful for our experience.

My tip…make this your first tour when visiting Sedona. I started this tour a skeptic and while I won’t claim that I felt any energy from the vortex, I was deeply moved by our guide Danil’s obvious love for, knowledge about and respect for the natural beauty of the Sedona environment. It’s impossible to not quickly start to share that love, awe and respect. By making this your first outing in visiting Sedona, I truly believe you will have a greater appreciation for the natural beauty of the area and be able to experience it on so many different levels. As with other reviewers, I HIGHLY recommend this tour.

This was an amazing experience! We wish we had done it at the beginning of our trip, we would have gotten so much more out of our hikes. We left this tour feeling so connected to the earth, to God, and to ourselves. Danil is an amazing person, so knowledgeable, so kind. His beautiful wife is the BEST baker! The love and respect that they embody for this beautiful landscape is inspiring. Four hours didn't seem like enough, I could have listened to him talk all day and soak up his knowledge. Danil was an amazing tour guide. He is passionate about Sedona, the landscape, and meditation and creates a comfortable environment for guests to fully relax and embrace the experience. He customized the tour to be suitable to our needs (I was 20 weeks pregnant). The tour ended with a beautiful sunset against the red rocks and Russian tea. Could not have asked for a better babymoon experience for me and my husband!

Our Sunset Vortex Tour was great. Our guide, Daniel, made sure our adventure was very personalized and thoroughly educated us on the ways of the land and energies. He guided us through opening meditation practices so that we were grounded and free of expectations and attachments before touring the sacred sites, which really made all the difference in our experience. We completely lost track of time and lived in the moment, fully awakened. It was a very healing experience.

A truly memorable, informative and special Sedona Sunset Tour. Our guide Danil was a true inspiration and host. He was very sensitive to our novice understanding of meditation, the area and even hiking. Honestly we weren’t sure if we would enjoy the experience. Both of us really came away with not only a greater understanding and apprenticing of nature, geology and botany, but also the mindfulness we both didn’t even know we needed. For my birthday I decided to treat myself to a private Vortex Tour. Danil was my guide. I had no idea what to expect and was wondering if the tour would be some kind of touristy hype. Luckily, it wasn’t. Danil is the real deal. He has intimate knowledge of the plant life and geology of Sedona and a deep and authentic spiritual practice. We meditated and did some gentle yogic breathing and movement at each place we stopped , and each stop felt private and calming. Danil is a gentle teacher who welcomes you where you’re at. I felt completely comfortable with him. On our last leg we stopped for hot tea and delicious homemade chocolates and gf vegan cookies. Such a treat. My favorite moment was the rose petal ceremony by a peaceful creek- one of Danil’s favorite spots. It was a moment to let go of what was no longer needed to be held in my life. Very cleansing and self affirming. My advice is to let go of any vortex expectations you might have. Go with the glow, be present and welcome whatever comes your way.

What an absolutely PHENOMENAL experience! I'd done quite a bit of research on tours prior to booking, and One Tribe Tours consistently came up as the top choice. Now I know why :) I booked the Sunset Vortex Tour as a surprise for my wife on Valentine's Day, and it was a hit. Danil was the absolute sweetest guide. He was so incredibly passionate about every single stop - from the flowers and trees to the history and culture of the land...we learned so much. He even brought some delicious herbal tea and homemeade cookies to enjoy at the top of one of the peaks. This tour really set the tone for our time in Sedona and I simply could not recommend One Tribe Tours more! It was an unforgettable experience.

This was our first activity in Sedona and it started our trip out perfectly! We visited 3 vortices for healing and clarity. At the first one we did kundalini yoga and realigned our chakras. We then went to Buddha Beach and drank in the soothing vibrations that brought us feelings of peace. At the the last vortex we watched the sunset while looking for heart shaped rocks that vibrated with the vortex‘a happy vibrations. The tea and homemade chocolates were the perfect way to end the evening. It was an experience we will never forget as it opened us up to the magic of Sedona and allowed us to stay tuned into it our entire trip. Plan on doing this every time I make it to Sedona!!

I've taken many tours in my life but nothing quite like Danil's Sunset tour. I'm hardly a spiritual person and was initially skeptical about the whole 'vortex' vibe, but this tour really opened me up. It was meditative, enlightening, and peaceful in a way that I've never experienced before. While in Sedona we did most of the 'must do' things including jeep rides, helicopter trips, hikes, and restaurants but nothing was quite as special as the sunset tour, I HIGHLY recommend it
