Fantastic experience! Awe inspiring slot canyons. We were able to spend time and actually experience being there. Brit was our guide and he was absolutely wonderful! He was so engaging and had stories of growing up in this magical place.

Itinerary
This tour includes a visit to the amazing “Secret Antelope” Canyon. Secret Antelope Canyon is part of the Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon system and is still an undiscovered gem with group sizes that are limited to just a fraction of Upper and Lower Antelope Canyons. It begins with boarding a shaded, open-air, 4x4 tour truck, or an enclosed van, and taking a short three-mile drive from Page, AZ on Highway 89. From here, you will exit the highway and enjoy a thrilling six-mile off-road adventure drive through sandy washes, rolling hills to arrive south of Lake Powell in Antelope Canyon. There you will enjoy a 300-meter nature walk to the entrance of one of the longest slot canyons to be toured on the Navajo Nation. You will have up to an hour to photograph and meander through the slot canyon and back out to the vehicle for the return ride back to our office near Antelope slot canyon in Page, AZ.
We will avoid the congested public parking lot for the overlook, and will take a private dirt road which leads to within 100 meters of the edge of the canyon. From here, you will have a much shorter walk to the rim and from there be able to stroll along the side of a 1000 foot drop. The undulating sandstone provides various angles and views of the Colorado River as it meanders around a rock promontory, creating the Horseshoe Bend loop beloved by visitors and photographers from around the world. This portion of the tour lasts approximately an hour and allows for phenomenal picture taking. From here, we will return to our office near Antelope slot canyon in Page, AZ.

Loretta was a wonderful guide! She shared her passion and knowledge of the land and also shows us how to do neat things with our photos! The canyon is beautiful and Horseshoe Bend was impressive. The entire 3 hours was interesting and comfortable with NO crowds. We hope you get Loretta on your tour!
The slot canyons came highly recommended and it did not disappoint! Our guide, Marissa, was amazing. She gave us plenty of time to explore and answered everyone of our many questions. One of the best parts was learning more about her and the Navajo culture. The private tour of Horseshoe Bend was the icing on the cake. We had the whole area to ourselves.
The guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and took amazing photos of us for us. The trip was everything I hoped it would be and more
What a wonderful experience, I highly recommend!! not a lot of walking, they drop you in front of the canyon give you plenty of time to experience them
We just came back from a great tour of the Southwest. Last Sunday we experienced this tour with Gayle. It was amazing to see this bucket list canyon for myself. We had it to ourselves, there was only one other family on our tour. We then ventured to Horseshoe Bend and got some more amazing pictures. The only downside for me was the drive to the canyon (the off-roading part was a little intense for me). The rest seemed to be fine with it
My wife and I, along with our friends from MI, took the Secret Antelope Canyon & Horseshoe Bend Tour with Lii Bikee Tours early this morning. It was fantastic! The number in the tour was small, so it was no problem getting excellent pictures with no people in them. Our tour guide, Randy, helped us set our cell phone cameras to get good photos, which was absolutely invaluable, and even took great photos of us with our phone. Who does that? And no extra charge for taking them! Randy also gave us an interesting and helpful cultural history of the Navajo people at the end of the canyon. He answered all our questions and let us take our time - no rushing the group through the canyon. We then returned through the canyon to the starting point - seeing in both ways! This company is new and doing a great job. I'm sure all the guides are good and Randy, for sure, is one of the best. Look no further - take this tour! Bob & Denise from CA
We had a wonderful experience on the tour. Viator sent us the wrong address to go to in a text the day before. They told us to go with Ken's tours, which was a walking tour. The email said to go to a different address so we rushed over there. They did not have us in their system, but The graciously told us to come on. It was very stressful because of that. I would never book anything on this platform again.. we were with friends who had flown in from Indiana and I so wanted it to be well organized, and it was almost a disaster. It turned out ok because of the company that we got to the agreed to take us.
Our guide Gail was absolutely amazing! Very, very informative about the history of this area and a 100% iPhone photo expert. If you guys go with Deer Spring canyon tours you WILL NOT be disappointed!
When I tell you I had the theeee MOST amazing experience! Loved it!!! The tour guide was amazing, knowledgeable and took the best pictures of me. I had the best time.
The Slot Canyon and Horse Bend Tour was great!! Our tour leader, Gail kept us entertained and informed about both locations as well as local lore. Loved that the sights were not crowded which let us experience the outdoors without any drama. Deer Spring Tours definitely on top of their game!
We loved this, from beginning to end! Gayle was so much fun and we had such a small intimate group in secret Canyon and horseshoe Bend. I am looking forward to taking more friends here and I couldn’t have been happier. The slot canyon was of course, very gorgeous and felt sacred and powerful. I’ve lived in Sedona and for 10 years I’ve wanted to go to the slot canyons. This tour company has been open about a year and I’m glad I waited because it was such a calm, respectful, fun and sacred to me experience. Thank you to everyone involved and I hope to come back soon!
I strongly recommend this tour for anyone within 3 hours of here. Nicole our tour guide was amazing. Had a lot of knowledge about the area and canyon. We ran into one of the other tours that were coming through and it was large crowds and wasn’t as thorough. And spent less time. Explaining things.
This is a private tour, so beautiful and relaxed. canyon is beautiful. Guide Gail was awesome and knowledgible
Gail was great! Very friendly, informative and knowledgeable! Took pictures for me and answered all our questions without hesitation
Malcom McCabe was a great tour guide through the Secret Canyon and then on to Horseshoe Bend. We began with a comfortable, air conditioned ride in a nice Suburban, with only one other couple. Our experience in the canyon was very enjoyable. We only came across a handful of other tourists. Malcom was good at helping us see the most beautiful points of the canyon and helping us get the best photos. He gave us a super science-project demonstration of how slot canyons and their layering are formed. When we were driven to Horseshoe Bend, we were the only ones there, making it very relaxed. We had plenty of time to learn from Malcom, to ask questions, and take beautiful photos. We would highly recommend this tour for the lack of crowds, for the exquisite canyon and Horseshoe Bend, for Malcom, and for the nice Suburban ride! I do think for the price, a bottle of water could be provided.
We booked with Deer Spring Canyon Tours - a small, Navaho-owned operation and we are so glad we did! We were three and had our own guide, TK, a Navaho woman born and raised on the land. She drove we three in a Suburban. No big group — personal, intimate and reasonable. TK was very informative about the area, including canyons, Navajo culture, plants and wildlife. Secret Canyon is not unlike Lower and Upper Antelope — and no big crowds and long lines. Same goes for Horseshoe Bend where you drive up to the view, rather than hike in 3/4 mile. It’s a spectacular view from Navaho land. It was all fabulous — and much cheaper than many of the other tour groups. We highly recommend Deer Spring Canyon Tours!
