We initially reached out to First Class Charter regarding details for a full-day private tour of scenic Sedona, AZ. My wife and I were making plans to visit from the East Coast to spend a week sightseeing different locations, and we wanted to spend three days in Sedona and dedicating one full day for a customized tour of our top sights. Within 48 hours, a representative (Peggy) reached out and assured us they would take care of us, and we began a conversation on a quote. Peggy was thorough and very helpful. We booked immediately. Two days before our vacation, Peggy re-confirmed that everything was set and was excited for us. The evening before our tour, we were contacted by our guide, Bob, and his excitement carried through the phone and prompted us to be all the more eager about the following day. He asked to text us any key landmarks we were most interested to see. When we met in the morning, we went over our itinerary for the day. Bob was wonderful. He’s punctual, organized, with a silly sense of humor that really kept the day lighthearted, and he has a deep historical knowledge of the complete area we toured. He also had a good sense of safety awareness, at times reminding others we encountered when they weren’t paying attention to their surroundings as they viewed the grandeur before us. The SUV provided was comfortable, roomy, and clean; and Bob had provided water, snacks and we made a quick stop for lunch. Bob provided a customized tour that included visiting or seeing the Chapel of the Holy Cross, Cathedral Rock, Oak Creek, Castle Rock, Bell Rock, Pathway Trailhead, Sedona Airport Scenic Overlook, Cottonwood, Jerome Gold King Abandoned Mine, Jerome Grand Hotel, Red Rock State Park and Scenic Loop. He shared both the geological history of how the formations we viewed came to be and the history of the people who inhabited the area. We definitely recommend Bob and First Class Charter!

My husband and I booked the private Sedona tour and had a great time with our guide Bob. He was very knowledgeable and showed us all of the best sights in Sedona. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip. Thank you Bob and First Class Charter & Tours.
Great hosts (Marc) . Prompt , comfortable vehicle, all at your pace . Custom built program based on customer interests.
Well organized, courteous and informative, a great experience all around despite 100F heat and some road closures due to fire
Highly recommended for first time visitors We drove to Jerome and page and many places that we didn’t know about and we couldn’t make it drive with my driving skills 😅
Great experience with our guide Bob. Went to a lot of incredible places. Learned a great deal about the local history and the geography of the area.
Marc was our tour guide for a private full day tour ! It was incredible! He was so kind, knowledgable, personable and experienced ! We learned so much on the drive that we never would have known! I highly recommend First Class Tours and if you can get Marc you will be super lucky to have him!
Marc was fantastic. A Sedona native and longtime resident. He took care to address our family needs and answered all my kids numerous questions. He even gave us suggestions for our additional days on our trip. I strongly recommend First Class Charters and Tours!
Marc was a fantastic tour guide He was patient, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor!! We saw and learned about so many sites - from the rock formations, the Chapel, Jerome, and a winery in Page, and more! I highly recommend this tour - and make sure you ask for Marc as your guide!!
We had never taken a private tour before until we decided to take a tour of Sedona. We arranged to take this tour the first full day we were there to get a feel for what there was to do, ask for recommendations for restaurants from someone who really knows our tastes, get hiking recommendations from someone who could identify what we were looking for and where to park!! Bob was a good driver and arranged a full day of amazing sites and stories in and about Sedona and the area. We also went to Jerome and saw the abandoned copper mines, and the Paleo-Indian high ridge dwellings, now abandoned, called Tuzigoot Nat'l Monument. This was an excellent way to kick off our vacation. We highly recommend Bob!
I was really excited about my private tour with First Class Charter Tour, expecting a smooth and enjoyable experience, especially for the amount of money they charge. That didn’t happen. 📍 What went wrong? ❌ They arrived an hour late with zero communication. ❌ When I addressed the issue after the tour, they were dismissive and unprofessional. ❌ Instead of apologizing or offering a small goodwill gesture, they blamed me. ❌ They even suggested that because I tipped the guide, I must have been happy—completely ignoring the frustration and wasted time. 📍 What would have made it right? ✅ Owning up to their mistake. ✅ A sincere apology and better communication. ✅ A small refund or credit as a sign of goodwill. I’ve traveled a lot, and I know things don’t always go perfectly. But how a company handles mistakes says everything—and this one failed. I cannot recommend them. Book with a company that values its customers. #TravelSmartNotSorry #FirstClassFail #CustomerServiceMatters
We loved this tour. Our guide Marc was awesome and extremely knowledgeable of the area. We got to see so many awesome places and he was very patient and accomodating to two hobbled (semi) old ladies. We had a blast and definitely recommend this tour.
What a great way to enjoy the beautiful sights in Sedona in one day. Marc was a wonderful guide, sharing interesting history and fun facts about the area. We were very happy we had the chance to explore Sedona with someone who truly appreciates the beauty and tranquillity of the area.

Marc was amazing, and funny….we had a fantastic day. Nice car, provided water and snacks. Really enjoyed hiking the airport vortex and the delicious lunch at the Grand Jerome Hotel. Excellent time, highly recommend!
My wife and I were only in Sedona for a couple of days so a half day private tour was the perfect way to experience the area. Our driver, Scott, was great. He took us to all of the locations we had in mind and suggested a few others that we hadn’t thought of. In addition, he knows everything about the area and was extremely personable; we couldn’t have asked for a better guide. The SUV used during the trip was perfect for getting to the locations with water and snacks being provided. What a wonderful tour!
The guide Marc was informative and personable. Wonderful stories. A pleasant drive down the valley to the north of town started the tour. Beautiful red rock formations everywhere, cultural remains including Montezuma’s Castle and Well and the church built into the rock. A tour of the ghost town of Jerome including a nice lunch. Just a great day to see the Sedona area in one day.
Our guide, Bob, was a wealth of knowledge of the Sedona area. He knew where and most importantly when to take us to the areas that we wanted to see. He was not only professional and polite, but he also KNOWS his business. We were very happy with Bob and the Full-Day Private Luxury Car Tour! I highly recommend this tour to anyone in the Sedona, AZ area who would like to really get to know the history of the area and see the sites.
We were in Sedona for the our son’s wedding. Decided to see as much as we could in one day. Our tour guide, Bob, was great. Friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating.
We absolutely LOVED this tour. Our guide was fantastic and very accommodating. This tour was well worth the money and we highly recommend it to others!
My daughter and I booked the Scenic Full-Day Private Luxury Car Tour. It was tailor made for our interests, and included everything in the Sedona Scenic Tour package, plus Montezuma Castle, the Well, Tuzigoot, and a delicious lunch in the ghost town of Jerome. Our stay in Sedona was for 6 days. All day rain was forcasted for the day of our tour, and we had to cancel. Their Office Manager, Peggy (who put my itinerary together), said they were booked solid for the rest of our stay. Luckily she called me back, and said she was able to reschedule our tour for 2 days later. Our tour guide, Karen, was on time and ready to go. She was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable of all the areas of interest that we visited. I love using my camera plus camcorder, and she made sure I got plenty of photos and videos. Karen would point out the best places to stand, and just take in our surroundings while explaining some of the history behind what we were seeing. She was very patient, attentive, and answered all our questions. The SUV was clean, and the ride was very comfortable. Even though we ran out of time, Karen made sure we got to see everything that was included in our itinerary, and even more. Having a private tour is the best way to go! I plan to use First Class Charter Tours on my next visit to Sedona. The price was worth it!
Full-Day private tour was well worth the cost. Our guide, Ken, was very professional, knowledgeable, and responded with ease and confidence to multiple questions concerning the Sedona area. Snacks and bottled water were provided as well as lunch (which in particular was outstanding). Highly recommend this tour.
