Seeing Sedona and the Grand Canyon was a bucket list item for my wife and me. After spending the day earlier in the week with Bob B. of First-Class Charter touring Sedona, we could not have been happier to rebook Bob for our tour of the Grand Canyon. Bob has an overabundance of knowledge of the area and has a great sense of humor. Bob picked us up at our hotel on time and the vehicle was clean and well maintained. He provided water and snacks, and towards the afternoon he took us to lunch. Bob is very personable, loves his work, and enjoys sharing his knowledge. At the canyon, there were plenty of stops to take in the breathtaking views and Bob explained what we were seeing. He also took photos of us and knew exactly where we should stand to get the best shot! At the end of the tour, he even brought us back to a different hotel that we had booked (yes, he helped us lug our bags into his car for this journey). We would definitely recommend this private tour for seeing the Grand Canyon! First, our guide Bob was excellent. He was so personable and knowledgeable that it made the tour relaxed, fun and enjoyable. He was full of helpful tips for the rest of our trip. By the end we felt like we made a friend. We hit many great locations, avoided the crowds and got some excellent photos! Lunch at the Mexican restaurant was nice, The drive back through Oak Canyon was just as gorgeous. He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so much interesting information about Arizona, from the beautiful red rocks to the breathtaking Grand Canyon. If you want a relaxing, private and fun tour of the Grand Canyon, book this tour now! We were paired with Bob Boyle, a veteran guide with almost 600 trips to the canyon, and a super nice (and fun) guy - ask for him by name. He picked us up on time from our resort and took us on a very comfortable ride from Sedona through Flagstaff amd Cameron, allowing us incredible views of the Little Colorado River Gorge and entry to the park without typically long wait lines. Bob has encyclopedic knowledge of all things GC and surrounding areas, giving you as much (or as little) history and info as you’d like. He’s flexible if you want to make a stop or take a break, and makes clear that it’s YOUR tour. Upon entering the park, we bypassed more crowded stopping points and were taken to several spots with breathtaking views and enough time to just “take it all in” and capture some stunning and fun images. We had a delicious lunch at the very nice El Tavor lodge restaurant, looking across the canyon from the South Rim as we dined. After lunch, at our request, we learned a bit about the GC mule rides and walked a few steps down their trail before driving to our last spot for some final memories of the canyon before exiting the park. Bob diverted a bit through Williams to see some Route 66 nostalgia on our way back to Sedona. In total, this was a great way to spend the day and experience the Grand Canyon comfortably, safely, and with a guide who knows everyone and how best to navigate the day based on your needs. Our experience was exactly as we hoped. The door to door service made the adventure stress free. We LOVED all the information our amazing guide provided. Not only was he an outdoor enthusiast, but he also provided history and back ground info. His knowledge base expands to activists and food in the area as well. We are very excited to try some of the recommendations suggested during our trip. The scheduling and communication were smooth, the day of we simply cannot say enough good about, and I would definitely recommend this to friends in the future. We were very pleased with our Grand Canyon adventure!

Awesome experience with our guide Bob Boyle, He picked us up at 7:20 at our hotel and from then on we were able to relax and enjoy all the beautiful scenery without worrying which overlook or pullout to stop at. We were able to take a great many beautiful photos and Bob made sure we got wonderful photos as a family as well. We enjoyed a wonderful lunch in the park with a beautiful view. Bob had lots of information about the canyon and is a great guide and traveling companion

We had a fabulous time with Bob, our tour guide! He was super friendly and comical and informative and compassionate! It made the tour of the grand canyon so much more enjoyable with his knowledge and expertise of the area. He got us into little known areas for the most fantastic views of the canyon! We had a fabulous lunch at the lodge also! From the car to the ride to the driver and our 5 star lunch everything was 5 stars!

Our Grand Canyon tour was stellar, and our tour guide, Bob, was the absolute best! He picked us up at the house we rented so we didn’t have to drive anywhere to meet up, and he was super friendly and knowledgeable from the start. He drove us all around the south rim and over to lunch at Tovar. He answered all of our questions and spoke about many interesting facts about the Native Americans and the Grand Canyon. We made several stops to see different aspects of the canyon and it was absolutely beautiful. What a wonderful guided tour of the canyon and surrounding area. Bob our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, kind and friendly. He was flexible and catered the trip to our needs. The ride was comfortable and he knew which stops to make and the best timing to avoid crowds. I highly recommend this tour and Bob if you can get him.

The driver/guide, Mark Spector, is fantastic. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. There’s a snowstorm today and the Park had to be closed. Mark drove very safely.

My fiance and I had the pleasure of traveling with Bob Boyle as our tour guide. He knew his way around and knew how to avoid heavy traffic on our route. Our Grand Canyon tour was a great day of fun. We very much enjoyed our host Bob. Bob was a wealth of information no matter how often we attempted to stump him with tough questions. His fun demeanor and wit made the trip twice as interesting and captivating. We combined the regular trip with a Helicopter Tour which made for a full day’s entertainment. From pick up by Brynn, who made this trip the best, to drop off at our airbnb, i can’t recommend this trip more. i’m not one that likes to drive curvy roads and I’m so glad that I chose this trip. I felt totally comfortable, the views were beautiful. She took us to out of the way places to get an extra special view. The meal at the lodge was wonderful. Brynn said this trip was ours and making it customizable. My son wanted to make a stop in Flagstaff. She was great at doing it and patient while he did what he wanted to do. Wouldn’t see the Grand Canyon and the area any other way

My family and I recently visited Sedona, and my husband and son had never seen the Grand Canyon. We had friends who used First Class Charter Tours a couple of years ago, and they raved about it. Their tour guide was Bob, and they spoke very highly of him, so when we made our reservation, we made sure we requested him. Let me tell you, we are SO GLAD we did! Bob was AMAZING! He had an incredible and warm personality, amazing historical and current knowledge of the area, and was just an absolute joy to be around. We enjoyed every minute of our tour and time with Bob, and would recommend this company and Bob to anyone who wants to tour the Grand Canyon or any tour for that matter. Bob was so good, in fact, that other visitors were following us around just to hear him speak! It was such a great experience that our family will always cherish and remember!

My tour guide Bob was very knowledgeable. Right from the start he gave us information about Sedona and surrounding area. He knew all the names of the mountains and how they were formed. He made a few pit scheduled pit stops. Once we were at the canyon he pulled into several viewing location. Amazing 🤩 We had lunch at the lodge over looking the canyon. Then it was time to head home.

Guide Marc was very professional and a safe driver. He was respectful of the schedule to keep us on time to ensure a full experience, without feeling rushed. Car was equipped with light snacks and water. He tells many stories throughout the day, related to the Grand Canyon and the history of the area, but also personal stories about his life in Sedona. Well recommended.
