This tour was excellent! It was an easy walk through the main historic streets of Prescott. Shane made the city come ALIVE with his in-depth historical knowledge and kept it interesting and fun by peppering in local lore. I recommend this excursion without hesitation!

While this tour didn’t cover a lot of physical ground, Shane did an exceptional job bringing the history of Prescott to life. Since the town isn’t that large, we only walked a few blocks around the main town square. Within that fairly compact area there was a lot of compelling history to learn. As a legitimate historian, Shane was great at weaving together verifiable historical accounts with town lore. Thanks for a great tour Shane!

Shane was great. He told wonderful stories, certainly knew his history and had done extensive research. He was fun and funny. He walked at a comfortable pace for everyone in the group.

Our tour guide was awesome, very knowledgeable, and was pretty funnny. The tour was well worth the money.

Shane is a history buff and could be acting in professional plays as well. Every story, every site, every piece of history made us feel like we went back in time. Very entertaining and Shane made it very exciting and educational as to Prescott history. It was a nice walking tour and interesting to see the spots. We probably have like going inside the buildings better but understand the parameters. Overall, it was excellent.

Shane gave us a terrific tour around Prescott’s Whiskey Row. We enjoyed learning both the history and the horror of the area. The timing of our tour was also great, as we experienced the sunset leading into an eerie dusk on the trip.
