Prescott Ghost Tour: Whiskey Row Haunted History Walk

This was a great way to spend Halloween in Downtown Prescott! Our tour guide, Shane, combined his knowlege of paranormal investigation and Prescott history to tell informative and gripping tales of former residents who have never truly moved on! I will never look at Courthouse Square and many of the buildings surrounding it the same way again! I recommend it to anyone interested in local history and lore!

Awesome experience! Shane was a great guide and told stories from a historical perspective so there was lots of cool context. We got to see some interesting historical buildings and hang out at the Palace. Highly recommend!

Very informative tour about Prescott history. I’m actually a Prescot local so I really enjoyed finding out historical facts and information about a lot of our landmark buildings and hotels in the downtown area. This was about 90 minutes and it’s just a walking tour concentrated in the whiskey Road area. You don’t actually go inside of any buildings just stand outside. Our tour guide was fantastic. She was animated and had her own headset and speaker so we didn’t have any issues hearing her. I would recommend it for anybody that’s interested in learning a little bit more about Prescott and Arizona history in general.

She was incredibly knowledgeable, touched on all the major historical stories, and had such a great sense of humor. She made the entire tour fun, interesting, and entertaining from start to finish. You can tell she really enjoys what she does! Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Prescott!

A very fun and educational experience!

This was a great way for my boyfriend and I to spend our evening in Prescott. It was a great price and it wasn't corny like some ghost tours can be. It was more of a history tour with some spooky facts. Our tour guide, Heather, was delightful and enthusiastic.

Our guide was such a great guide and story teller. I have been on lots of ghost tours and many times they are cheesy, this tour was my favorite by far. Would definitely recommend if you love ghosts and history.

meg was an extremely knowledgeable and entertaining guide. she kept things at just the right pace with quirky jokes, amazing facts, and interesting stories i’ve never heard, as someone who has lived in prescott their whole life. would absolutely recommend!

The meeting spot was a bit vague, but once I contacted the organizer, I was able to find the group. Heather was very knowledgeable and VERY fun as a tour guide. There was a great mix of history and ghost lore. We had a very good time as a group.

Had the tour to myself, the guide was very knowledgeable and engaging. It’s more of a historical walking tour than a haunted ghost experience, sure there are plenty of ghost stories but do not expect it to be like Halloween. As far as the history of the town and all the landmarks the tour is truly fascinating. The guide really does make the whole experience entertaining and I would recommend this tour to anyone interested in the history of Prescott.

It was a great experience I had a lot of fun going around learning about the different history about ghosts in Prescott.

Heather was a lot of fun. She was very knowledgeable in the city's old West history. Her outside research gave us a valuable insight into the stories, legends, and ghostly tales of Prescott. The path of the tour was easy to follow and easy on the bones. Everything was accessible and inclusive. The ticket prices were fair for the length of tour and the subject matter. Heather knew a lot about Prescott, it's people (past and present, and undead), and she was very respectful about the subject matter, whether it was people that were taken advantage of in their professions or the rumors around various communities. 10/10!

Booked this trip last minute when we came to Prescott. We had walked around the historic downtown earlier in the day and it was a fun and cute place to see. But when we went on the ghost tour, we discovered so many fun, interesting and unique stories about the buildings and the history and the spirits. We never would have known or noticed any of that stuff just touring downtown on our own. Shane was an amazing guide. He was funny and extremely informative and he kept us engaged the entire time. You do not have to be into spooky stuff or ghosts to enjoy this tour -as a matter of fact, weather you are a fan of the paranormal or not -I would highly recommend this tour because there are a lot of things in downtown Prescott that you would not even notice without going on this tour
