Phoenix Area Hot Air Balloon Ride On The Largest Balloon In Usa

It’s a little crowded in the basket, but still a great experience! It was fun to see the desert at sunrise.

This was an amazing crew. I love how much care and effort they put into the entire experience. Josh was a great driver. He drove us 45mins to pickup and back. He was very personable. Captain Scott, our pilot, was extremely knowledgeable about the craft, and made me feel so comfortable being in his care. He knows what he’s doing! And lastly, Matt P, best photographer known to man. He will get all of your good angles and he’s super funny. Overall, amazing experience.

Great experience. We definitely do again with the Mrs.

An excitedly pleasant and peaceful adventure wrapped into one. I had a little difficulty climbing out of the basket. It's nice to have a bit of help with that.

The best balloon trip ever. Scott and crew are so friendly. Knowledgeable regarding the area flown over. Beautiful day. Highly recommend this company☺️☺️☺️

The entire staff was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly well trained. We felt comfortable and in good hands throughout the experience. They were also so friendly and fun! Everything was well organized and we had such a great time. Definitely a memorable experience and something I would highly recommend!

The team was top notch - both ground crew and pilot Scott. We traveled as a family and thoroughly enjoyed the views of the desert and the hot air balloon experience. Be prepared to climb in and out of the basket. Great activity, we can highly recommend it!

Scott is an amazing pilot. Perfect takeoff and an A+ landing. You’re just floating on air. Amazing experience. Don’t let fear stop you. It’s scarier on the ground

Very friendly staff. Easy booking. Worth every penny! Met new people. The pilot was fantastic, thanks Scott. I have wanted todo this for years. I was not disappointed!

Balloon ride was out of this world. Pilot was very knowledgeable and professional. He guided the balloon by riding the wind and air currents. He new the area and had several landing sites for which to land in. He explained what to expect from possible landing scenarios.

Amazing views & a great team would do again make sure to meet at the spot 15 min prior to get there on time

Great experience. Everything went as planned. The pilot Scott was great, kept up a good commentary on the flight, was skilled, reassuring and knowledgeable on the sights we saw. Kept us prepared and we made a soft landing. Ground crew was friendly and helpful. Mike P was great. One off the bucket list and would do it again Recommend the trip to anyone!

An amazing experience. Our pilot Scott was skillful and good at what he does. His team were great too! We lifted off like a whisper, and saw the most beautiful sunrise. Definitely a bucket list experience you do not want to miss. From booking to landing, everything went smoothly. And the champagne toast at the end was wonderful.

Our flight was early enough. We drove about 40 minutes from the pickup spot to where we took off from. The group was very energetic and it seemed scary at first but it’s not at all. It was a very enjoyable flight and took less than two hours.

The experience was worth the money. This was a very serene and enjoyable experience.

The entire experience was well organized and executed by the entire Arizona Balloon Safari team. Pick up at the meeting point was straightforward, the time in the air was phenomenal thanks to Scott the extremely experienced pilot who took us up a whooping 7,500 feet, to the smooth landing and mimosa toast and breakfast snacks to conclude the adventure. It was an overall fantastic outing that my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed!

Awesome even if you think you’re afraid of heights. Unbelievably quiet up at 8000 ft until he turns on the jets. Smooth sailing and landing. Excellent experience from pickup to drop site. First time on a hot air balloon and my wife and I would give it a lifetime bucket experience #10!!!!!!

I give this experience a 1000/10 the tour guide was so knowledgeable and made me feel extremely safe. I don’t even like heights but wanted to experience it and I’m glad I did. The views was amazing

It was amazing till the beginning from the end. I am very scared of heights but this was nothing! It was peaceful. The guides and the ppl there were very operational and fast. The breakfast after is very cute I loved it because of the history. Everything was amazing but I think it’s too expensive for what it is. I paid 200$ per person and I think it could’ve been between 100 and 150. We still loved even the certification at the end! Thank you so much!

I really enjoyed the experience! It was definitely worth every dime. Our pilot was very knowledgeable and nice . Landing was a bit rocky but the experience was a 10/10 and I will be doing it again.

It was nothing short of an experience . Tours guide energy was very postive , the guys that worked to get the air balloons up and take a part was the best ! Highly recommended

The experience was great The crew were exceptional with safety It's worth the trip

It was so amazing! Views were great the staff was so kind and helpful def recommend! Worth the early wake up call.

Scott was absolutely amazing! From the very beginning, he explained everything in detail and made sure everyone felt comfortable, informed, and safe throughout the entire experience. His professionalism and friendly personality made the hot air balloon ride even more enjoyable. The views while cruising through the air were breathtaking and truly unforgettable. After landing, we were treated to a delicious breakfast and mimosas, which was the perfect way to end such an incredible morning. If you’re thinking about booking this experience, do it! Scott made it an experience we’ll never forget. 10/10—highly recommend!

It’s got canceled!! It was the only activity I was looking forward to for my birthday. I cried real tears.

I recently completed my first hot air balloon ride, and while the flight itself was amazing, the overall customer experience was lacking. The biggest concern was the lack of restroom access during what was approximately a four-hour experience. I would recommend choosing a meeting location with adequate restroom facilities or partnering with a nearby business so guests have that option before heading into the desert. The breakfast also felt like an afterthought. Serving food in a dusty environment without visible hand sanitizer, water, or an obvious sanitation process raised concerns. The mimosas were a great! Lastly, the printed certificate and absence of photos made the experience feel less memorable than it could have been. Small touches like a quality certificate and a few photos would make a lasting impression. The balloon ride itself was wonderful, but the overall guest experience lacked the attention to detail that turns a great activity into a truly memorable experience.

Terrific experience. Really enjoyed the breakfast and the discussions with the other patrons.

Amazing experience, I was scared but he made sure that the landing was perfect.

The experience was wonderful. We met in a parking lot drove to location … take nap. When we got to location we really didn’t have a lot of time to take many pictures but did. You don’t even notice you’re off the ground beautiful view. Landing was a little adventurous due to a few bushes run in 😂😂 but we landed safely. Everything was setup breakfast and mimosas 🥰 and back into the van and to your vehicle you went. 10/10

Very great experience, would highly recommend! Instructor was very educated about everything, the views were very beautiful!

This was a great experience and the group highly recommends it. Our pilot and ground crew made this a wonderful morning for our birthday girl!

Great experience! The crew was great! Scott was very knowledgeable! Can’t wait to come back and try the sunset flight !

Scott was amazing, made my birthday experience worth the trip to Arizona!! Will definitely be back!

Knocked this off the bucket list while in Arizona for business. What an experience! Our Air Balloon Pilot, Scott was very knowledgeable and could provide us with background on the location we were flying over. This is a Sunrise flight so you have to be at the meet spot no later than 4:30am! You then shuttle to the location where you board your balloon for your ride. The views were amazing. The whole experience was so surreal. We wanted to take Earl back with us, he was such a vibe! He made everything full of fun. The booking includes: transportation from Chandler to the Launch Site, your balloon Ride & breakfast once you land. It was worth EVERY penny! I would definitely do this again if in the area. Don't debate. Just do it! Earl & Scott and their crew are amazing!

Our experience was amazing and SO worth the early wake up call! We were excited for our ride and it still managed to exceed our expectations! The crew was so friendly and our pilot was knowledgeable and made the experience feel safe and fun! Bonus points for the champagne celebration at the end!

I booked this little excursion to mark a bucket list item off my list. The wonderful guy that drove us to and from the site was amazing! The air balloon was filled within no time. We all boarded the balloon and they were super nice and helpful with everyone getting in. They also offered to take pics of us in the basket with our phones! Next thing we were lifted off of the ground. It was smooth ride up into the air and for the landing as well. Loved every bit of it and would definitely recommend this to anyone interested.

everyone was so welcoming and so kind made the experience beyond my expectations. perfect birthday celebration for myself

Just book it! The captain, Mike P and Earl were phenomenal!!!! I would totally recommend this experience to anyone, and how many times can you say I flew in the largest hot air balloon in the USA! Like omg, the breakfast and champagne was great as well as the drive there. They were kind and SO attentive! Worth every penny!

Great crew and flight! Knowledgeable and experienced pilot.

I had such a great experience, the whole crew explained everything perfectly and the ride itself was super calm and beautiful. Afterwards the breakfast and cheers was such a fun way to end the event. Would recommend this to anyone visiting.

Such an amazing experience the crew did an awesome job hosting afterwards. Highly recommend!

Such an amazing experience ! 100/10 will recommend to everyone from the flight to the crew, and the breakfast !

Everything was great , the experience to the people very friendly , all around a 10/10 experience the ballon prayer was beautiful

Great trip. Views were amazing. Crew was awesome.

At age 80 I went on first hot air balloon ride on 05/22/26. The pilot was experienced, professional, knowledgeable, ant friendly. The crew members provided excellent support, including taking pictures. It was a great experience.

It was extremely fun and very comfortable. The ride was very smooth and the whole crew was very helpful and made you feel safe and well taken care of. Special shoutout to Earl, he was the absolute best!

Beautiful experience! Great company! Even better landing, which I didn’t expect! They made traveling solo and experiencing this solo memorable and completely comfortable!

Definitely rate this experience a 10/10 the team was amazing! Our driver was hilarious to and from the balloon landing spot. As well as the team who helped with the landing … the breakfast, the toast… everything was a 10/10

Everyone was amazing. I went into the experience so nervous because of my fear of heights. It was so smooth and our pilot knew exactly what he was doing.
