This tour was the worst tour we have ever taken with Viator in many years. The driver was not helpful at all. In fact I met him after trying to find the office and ignored my question about its location…he ended up being our”guide”. He driove at highspeeds and we could not even hear him due to the wind and high speed. We saw nothing of the Oak creek area and did see it on our own. I would never endorse or give a positive rating to the driver or the company. Stay with the Pink Jeeps. It is a rare event but we were happy and even eager to get away from that event.

Very scenic. Our guide, Brad, was extremely knowledgeable about what we were seeing and gave us a lot of the historical background which we did not know. We were the only 2 in the tour so it ended up being a private tour. He was excellent and we highly recommend him as a guide.
Weather wasn't the best but got to ride in the clouds
We absolutely loved our 3 hour tour! Our guide Brian was informative, knowledgeable, and witty, and made the experience one to remember.
Fully enjoyed our tour with very knowledgeable Wyland. We were looking for a smoother not too long adventure and this was perfect. Besides the scenery we loved the history and stories that Wyland shared.
Very nice and informative trip. JC our driver and guide was full of knowledge about the area and a terrific sense of humor. The adventure was the highlight of our weeks adventure exploring Northern Arizona.
Great guide Weylan, loved the stories and history, as well as pointing out plants and information! Thanks for adapting as we had to change tours as road was closed.
What a wonderful time! Ben showed us things we had never seen. The echoes were so much fun! Not to mention the sites! I recommend Ben and Safari! YOLO
Adam was the best. He was very interactive and full of knowledge. He took us to two vertices and we got to destroy our vocal cords listening to our echoes. We had a blast. Ask for Adam, he was amazing.
The tour was good and easy. It's good for those who aren't overly adventurous or active. Our guide was Whelan and he was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately due to the local forest fire we were unable to get out of the jeep and get the full experience (at the discretion of local authorities), but the scenery was still nice and I found it didn't impact the trip all that much. Would recommend supporting this local tour company.
Great tour! Beautiful views and guide was kind and informative !! Highly recommend!! Great price ! Very much enjoyed !!!
This was a fantastic tour. Doc was an outstanding guide and very informative. Would highly recommend this to any one coming to this area. Five stars!
It was a nice tour of area above Sedona to Flagstaff and we had a nice guide
Very tame, but so beautiful. Take a jacket as it gets cold as you climb elevation. We learned a lot and really enjoyed ourselves. They are the last private Jeep tour operators left, so give your support. Great tour guide, Doc
Fabulous experience! Beautiful scenery, travel guide was very interesting and pleasant. Seatiywas comfortable. Amazing tour!
It was fun and educational. Vivian is knowledgeable about the history of Sedona. I wouldn't mind doing it again next time.
Chris was a fantastic tour guide! He told us about the area, rock formations, the plants and how they were used by the indigenous people, the history, the vortices, and even gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. He was a great and very safe driver as well. We had a blast! My only suggestion is to take one of the longer tours because it takes about 40 minutes each way to get to the rocks and back.
The tour was amazing! Cowboy Bob went above and beyond to make this experience extra special for our son's birthday! It was truly a memorable experience we will never forget ❤️
brad was great and provided lots of info during the tour - good choice if you want to drive the hills
During fall season, as the ride goes to higher altitude, it gets very cold. I recommend taking a sweater or jacket
Wonderful time with Mark as our driver. He was funny, knowledgeable and we could tell he loves Sedona. We had 2 dogs who had a good time too! Overall, great experience!
Joe was very knowledgeable with the trail, great picture spots and history of Sedona (and nearby area). The drive was a thrill, and we were able to get great pictures and experience the science around the vortex energy.
Very knowledgeable guide. Learned about the history of Sedona. Beautiful scenery. I don’t know what else to say.
It was a great experience with a beautiful view of Oak Creek Canyon and the surrounding area. We also learned history, geological facts, and information about the mammals and snakes in the area.
"We had an amazingly enjoyable guided tour today. Our guide, Joe, was incredibly knowledgeable and provided us with fantastic local information that we used throughout our trip. Thanks to his tips, we explored the area like locals and are already planning our next visit to Sedona. Highly recommend!
It was a great tour for people that might have mobility issues but want to experience the beauty of Oak Creek Canyon.
This jeep tour was fabulous. I was so glad I booked it for my two nieces and myself. I am 70 and they are both in their late 50's. I was hoping to get a great tour guide one that was on his first or second trip . We got JOHN who was amazing!!! So knowledgeable and my nieces who were from Ohio asked many questions and he had all of the answers. And was so happy to answer all of them. He let us know each time we could get great shots as we were going through the Oak Creek Canyon. Hearing how John also volunteers with the Mexican Wolf recovery was o very thrilling, unusual and so nice to hear. He truly made our adventure through that stunning canyon a well worth trip. It was a great gift to give both of my nieces. Not forgetting how very nice the office personnel was I spoke over the phone directly to the Safari Jeep office there in Sedona. They were wonderful each time I had a couple of questions. And then in person, they were also amazing, so very friendly. This Safari Jeep Tour out shinned that pink jeep tour by miles and miles, especially their professionalism. Because now I have dealt with both companies. So very glad I found SAFARI JEEP TOURS!!!
Doc was personable, knowledgeable, and answered our many questions! He is also a very good driver. His background is a good fit for this job.
This was a perfect tour for our group with three 70+ year olds. Joe was a great tour guide and told us about things only locals know or do. He was full of knowledge and fun!
Joe the guide was awesome! This family owned business was so personable and polite. Joe was very informative and knowledgeable. We choose the pavement tour since there was 3 members 70+ years old and this tour was perfect for them.
Goes up into the mountains higher altitude with curves. Take precautions if you get car sick easily. But open air great guide we loved it! Took our dogs and they enjoyed too.
Our Tour guide, Phil, was fun and informative. Very accommodating as well. It was a very enjoyable experience.
Our tour guide Thomas was the best! He kept my three kids engaged all the time with many thought provoking questions. Although he shared some interesting stories from his life experience and we loved that. He pointed out all the best views and told us about the famous people living in Sedona at different times. That tour was a great experience!
It was okay. We had a RV and didnt want to drive the route. I have no idea where this bridge is , we never saw it on the tour. I suggest a new picture that accurately reflets the tour.
So much to do and see in the Sedona area. We did a Pink Jeep tour in the back country that was a lot of fun. We finished our day going thru stores downtown and then having dinner. It was worth the time to have a fun day in this area. We would do it again!
We enjoyed our tour very much with Adam our tour guide. Adam was very knowledgeable about Sedona. He showed us areas that we would never have seen on our own. I highly recommend Oak Creek Pavement tours and Adam as the guide!
Rob was an amazing guide from his knowledge of stress his Native American flute playing all made for an awesome tour Sign up you won’t be dis appointed
Adam was a great tour guide! Very knowledgeable, and shared many interesting facts and stories about the area. My husband and I were not up to doing the off road tour so this was a great alternative and it was the perfect amount of time. The views were just stunning! It was very obvious Adam loves his job and Sedona!
Excellent tour of the highlights of Sedona. CK was great. Listened to what we wanted to see and do and was very informative. Great little tour.
John (Phil) was amazing!!! Even though the weather was challenging, cold and rain, he made our tour unforgettable. It was worth every penny!
Adam was our Jeep Tour Guide. He knew so much about the area and interacted with every member of the group. He really made the trip fun. We saw beautiful views and we were given time to take photos. We had a fantastic time!
Even though it was wet and rainy, our guide Joe did a masterful job leading our group. He had extensive historical knowledge of the area and of the wildlife, plant life, and local lore. Joe is a gifted storyteller and his humor and timing kept the group laughing through the rain. The ride is bumpy so I would not recommend it to anyone with back problems. Since they are a small, family-owned outfit, I’m proud to support them and tell you that they are outstanding.
Bob was our driver and guide. He had many entertaining stories to share. He did his best to make the tour interesting. However, in order to really enjoy the scenery, you need to either do some trail hiking or take an atv ride. You don't need to pay someone to drive you on the road to view the sites. There is a free Sedona trolly that you can take a ride on. You will probably get the same views. Again, Bob did tell some good stories.
John our guide was very knowledgeable and had good stories to share. We did the paved tour of Red Rocks and Slide Rock. We hit snow on top of the mountain, John offered us some warm blankets, made my 11yr old comfy. Will be back soon for more.
Our guide Doc was wonderful!! He explained everything we saw. He even explained the history of the area. He's very knowledgeable and willing to share. I could tell he really lived his job. He just radiated. Thoroughly enjoyed our tour!! Would definitely like to come back for more.
The tour we took with Adam was amazing! The views were spectacular and Adam was an excellent photographer! He made the tour so interesting, informative and fun! Will certainly book again when we are next in town.
Beautiful day for a jeep tour, loved the sunshine and the snow and the tour, especially stopping for alkaline water at the natural spring,
The scenic mountains in Sedona & extremely knowledgeable tour guide. Great photo opportunities. Will recommend to family & friends.
This is a fun place and the staff is really warm. The wine was delicious. We enjoyed our time here-just before sunset. It is just outside of cottonwood.
Great time awesome adventure doc was super helpful and knowledgeable. Bumpy enough to keep us on our toes and laughing the whole time.
