They charged us for the front hood falling off when we were driving back to return the vehicle. We called when it happened and they said we would not be responsible for it. But then we got a bill an hour later and they charged our credit card $400! They only have a call center so you can only talk to one person who isn’t even at the rental place. The people at the place were super nice but then there was stuff done behind the scenes that was fishy!

We had a great experience. The registration process was quick and easy. The Honda was a great machine. The guys were friendly and honest. Would rent with them again for sure.

We booked as a walk in. They were great. Gave us all the information we needed regarding operating, safety and the trails and what to expect on each trail. Gave us clear directions on how to access the trials as well. Talon was in great condition /working order-no issues. We had a great time and were able to see parts of Sedona, not easily reached by car or hiking. Definitely recommend booking with Off-road Sedona. Would happily do again if we are back in the area!

It all started with great customer service from the guys at ATV Adventure. They gave us all the information we needed for a great adventure.

Sedona Off-road Center is an awesome rental place. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The staff were super helpful and very friendly. Ryan explained the available trails and pointed out the differences between them all making it easy to select the ones we wanted to ride. He walked around the Talon and gave us instruction on everything from opening the door to shifting the transmission. It was a great experience and a super fun time with amazing views.

The staff made sure we were supplied with trail maps and a cooler with ice. We are experienced riders and had a great time on several of the trails. If visiting Sedona in the future, we will definitely be back for more trail riding!

We received the on-line check-in forms and filled them out. Check-in on the day of the rental was seamless. Alex walked us through the do's and don'ts. He was knowledgeable, kind and concise. He offered us a choice of several routes given the amount of time we chose with detailed maps. The route we decided on was the Schnebly Hill ride to Merry-Go-Round rock. It was a rocky road but totally fun and the views and hiking around Merry-Go-Round were something we will remember forever! We had plenty of time to explore then get back via Rte. 89A to the shop with our 2-hour ride. It was perfect! Thanks so much for being the highlight of our vaca!

From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth, professional, and well organized. A huge shoutout to Jon, who helped us get set up. He went above and beyond with detailed tips on the best trails to take, must-see scenic spots, and how to drive the UTV confidently and safely—especially helpful for first-timers. His local knowledge made a huge difference and allowed us to cover some truly stunning areas without feeling rushed or unsure. The UTV was in great condition, the instructions were clear, and the whole experience felt well thought out and customer-focused. Thanks to Jon’s guidance, we were able to explore incredible terrain, take amazing photos, and really enjoy everything Sedona has to offer. If you’re considering a UTV rental in Sedona, this is the place to go. We’ll definitely be back next time! 🌄

Service from the Sedona Off-Road Center was outstanding from start to finish. The ATV was reasonably clean (hey....it's an offroad vehicle after all) and well-maintained. The Honda four-seater ATV was sure-footed and agile on the outback trails. The guide at the office was very informative, providing maps, suggestions, and trail information. We operated in the Red Rock Secret Mountain Wilderness area of the Coconino National Forest located northwest of Sedona. Due to time limitations we opted for the "easy" route but even this was a challenge in some spots. The ATV was more than adequate for the rougher conditions. Trails do have marker posts and there is an app available for guidance. You can also go old-school with a typographical map & compass if you like, but the phone app is faster. If you want something more than the scenic overlooks or the canned jeep tours, and don't mind getting your boots a little dusty, then do it yourself and go with the Sedona Off-Road Center!

We had an amazing experience with renting an ATV from Sedona Off-Road Center! We were able to get a last minute booking while we had family visiting us. Jon was fantastic - super friendly, explained everything well, and gave us great tips on the best trails to check out. We were able to do both the Outlaw Trail and most of Schnebly Hill including a hike around merry-go-round rock with a half-day booking. We will definitely book with them again in the future!

We recently rented an ATV through this company and were appalled by how they handled a tire issue that occurred during normal off-road use (it was a trail they recommended we go on first to get used to the vehicle). While coming down from the the trail, we got a flat tire from a rock. We called them and they came to fix it. Then, when we returned it, we were hit with a $400 charge for both the tire and the rim. This wasn't due to reckless driving--just standard off-roading on terrain the vehicles are designed for. If a rental company can't factor tire maintenance into their business model, they have no business renting off-road vehicles in the first place. To add to our frustration, this rental was facilitated through the Hyatt Regency, and we will be contacting their management to express our dissatisfaction. A resort of that caliber should not be associated with businesses that push liability for worn-out equipment onto their guests. Rent at your own risk--inspect everything, document the condition of the tires, and be prepared to be charged for wear and tear that should be the company's responsibility.

First let me start off by saying the staff was great. Our first experience and they were very helpful in recommending trails that would appeal to all of us. Amazing views along both trails, couldn't stop taking pictures! This was on my son's "must do" list for his graduation trip and we are so happy that we made it happen. Definitely recommend it and can't wait to come back again and hit different trails! Thank you so much for a great and memorable experience.

My sisters and I were a last minute walk-in, not quite certain what to expect/what kind of experience we wanted and a little unsure about venturing out on a self-guided tour. The sales guy at the front desk was very friendly and extremely helpful and reassuring. He offered great recommendations about vehicle selection and trails to take for the time we had available (we did Outlaw and then Diamondback Gulch). Within 30min of walking in, we were on our way to the trails in one of their brand new vehicles with an easy to follow, detailed map and helpful tracking app. We had so much fun and laughed a lot! The trail descriptions were accurate, the views were amazing and we got to stop midway for a short tour of the Honanki Ruins. Highly recommend!

So much fun. We are an older couple and Sebastian gave us recommended trails. The views were beautiful and it was such a backcountry adventure.

Sebastian serves off on the best course- The Outlaw! So cool with challenging parts and a surprise stopping point at a Native American ruins site -The Honanki Ruins site. Just a short hike in from the parking area- it was a phenomenal place to experience ancient building techniques. We will definitely go again!

The trails were very adventurous and extreme the perfect amount of both.The trail on the other side of town was not great constantly rocking and sickening trail. Make sure not to go on to the highway.

On the day of our reservation, the weather was starting to turn so we showed up a few hours early. The team was more than happy to accommodate an early departure. I appreciated. How chill the staff was and super friendly and the vehicles were all in great shape. It was our first time going off roading in Arizona so the maps and trail guide app they provided were very helpful. My family had so much fun and I can’t wait to come back and do it again!

Great time but sad to see them lie about cost. Said we would pay for gas only and don’t worry about cleaning the utv (was dirty when we picked it up) because the car wash was closed. Then they charged us $125 after the rental without us knowing or being able to dispute. Way too many rental places around to get taken advantage of like this.

Absolutely thrilling fun thing to do while on vacation we rented a four seater and had a great time. We ended our vacation with this option and I felt like they kind of idiot proved the rental. They give you an interactive map and a paper map. They tell you what trails to go on. Overall, a very safe but thrilling experience.

We had some difficulties finding the location but the guys were very accommodating and helpful and they gave us good instructions on how to operate the talon and gave great trail suggestions. That vehicle is tough as nails. How these vehicles can power through that terrain without falling apart is surprising as this terrain is tough. Pretty easy to drive and common sense for us to operate. Now the trails. Unreal. I’ve been to many places around the world and the red rock area around sedona is epic. My wife was super happy and my kids loved the experience.

This was so fun! The buggies were easy to drive and the views were amazing! Highly recommend and will do again next time we are in Sedona!
