Grand Canyon Deluxe Day Trip From Sedona

Exceed all expectations. Group size was ideal. Coach was comfortable. Guide was friendly, a great communicator, knowledge and obviously well read.

I can't think of a more convenient way to experience the Grand Canyon starting from Sedona. The touring company was communicative and hotel pickup was easy. As for the tour itself, our guide Ezra was fantastic and shared so many insights about the Canyon and the surrounding area and wildlife. We saw the Grand Canyon from multiple stops, and probably took hundreds of pictures. Bring binoculars if you can! (Though our guide was kind enough to share his.)

Nice to leave the driving to someone else so you can totally take in the scenery. Ed was great with information, stories and so kind and patient and took us to many sites at the Grand Canyon.

This was an excellent tour. Our guide Burt was very knowledgeable about everything we passed on the road from Sedona to the Grand Canyon, and was attentive to all the different members of the tour group. We stopped at 3 viewpoints at the Grand Canyon along the East and South rim, and Burt ensured that we were not rushed and were able to just walk and sit at all the different sites.

Wonderful experience! Our guide, Sheldon, was very knowledgeable and personable. We loved how he took us to beautiful vistas off the beaten path. It is a full day tour but with the encouraged interaction between Sheldon and the guests it was a fun day. Highly recommend!

Long but that’s to be expected, what we didn’t expect was a 40 min drive to Williams. This was to drop one couple off for the train ride. So 40 min each way was spent for two people. We did nothing there but use the restrooms and p/u lunches. So when we got to the beginning of the tour at the Grand Canyon, we spent 2 hours at the first stop, which was excessive. We had to wait for the train couple to arrive, then we proceeded to lunch, then rapidly tour the three more stops: two ten min stops and one twenty, then a three hour drive thru flagstaff. We thought we would’ve been spending time in Flagstaff also. We did not. I really feel the addition of the train couple impacted our, as well as the other two couples, excursion badly.

Great day, the guide did a great job to make sure we experienced the beauty and history of the Grand Canyon. We did have 4 others in our van that took a side trip by train that did not benefit our experience and lengthened time in transit - this should not have been added to our day (tour company scheduling issue). Although our guide did the best he could to keep the other group of 4 on schedule they were late to come back to the van at every stop - added over an hour to an already long day.

Having an expert on the Grand Canyon drive and communicate really improved the experience. Given the lack of water at the South Rim, the driver took us to a Safeway in Williams to purchase lunch food and beverages.

We loved this experience. It took us to a couple of places we weren't expecting. Of course, the Grand Canyon stops were unforgettable. Cat, our tour guide was the best.

Im still in awe of the Grand Canyon. The $100 fee was over and above the ticket price for the Grand Canyon, so it makes quite expensive coming from NZ. Worth a visit though. The guide was very good.

Wonderful trip with a knowledgeable and talkative guide named StevieB. While we were gazing with awe at the Grand Canyon, he climbed down into it to clean up trash. He answered all of our questions along the way and he talked about the history and origins of towns we passed thru. A Plus grade for this trip.

Trip was gorgeous scenery as well as informative. Jeff, our guide, has geology as a hobby so gave detailed information. Stopped ar various places for pictures and to see the Grand Canyon from several view points. Would highly recommend.

Our tour guide Charlie Torello made the trip! He had nice balance of information and kidding around. Plus felt we were getting to places which not so easy to do on your own. Not all tours do this. Charlie also ensured everyone got what they were looking for w or answers to their questions which is not easy as we had 10 people on this tour.

Wonderfully long day but certainly worth it. Our guide, Andrea, was excellent. She was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. Our van was comfortable as well

Mr. Kurt, the driver was very warm and welcoming. He gave us a lot of information about the place. It was an amazing experience. We recommend Viator for any tour guide to family and friends.

Trip was delightful with our tour guide Rasa. Informative, tongue in cheek funny and very accommodating. Initially I was going to drive from Sedona for the trip, but it was so worth it to kick back and enjoy the ride...Highly recommend!

The tour includes stops at fascinating places as well as the Grand Canyon. You will view the canyon from a number of lookout points, each providing a breathtaking view.

This was an incredible experience from start to finish. The Grand Canyon is one of those places that pictures really don’t do justice to, and seeing it in person was amazing. The tour was good, and the scenery along the way was beautiful. We managed to get out and looked around. I took loads of photos, as well. Recommended!

Cat - out guide - was very well informed and super kind. The trip was a couple hours to get to the first main stop, but she did a great job of keeping us informed. I would put a small footnote: the bus / sprinter van was “tight” to say the least. There were 12 total (guide plus 11). I’m a touch over 6 feet. It was a tight squeeze. Just something to consider. That said: I would do THIS EXACT TRIP again. 100%.

If you go with this company ask for Rasa. He's is a great guide, he is literally a book, and knows all about the area. Always attentive and really professional. Tha k you Rasa, I will bring my family next time with me (this time I went solo), and will request you as my tour guide

Andrea was a great tour guide!! Drove us from Sedona to a Navajo Trading Post to the Grand Canyon, she pointed out and explain the history of everything on our way. Super knowledgeable and friendly, will definitely request her again!

Our guide Brian was knowledgeable, courteous, and punctual. I would recommend him as a top rated guide. He showed us things in the Grand Canyon we had never seen before in 4 visits.

The driver was nice, but he was driving very fast and was scary. The van appeared to be having brake issues, but he continued to drive aggressively. Very unnerving. I signed up for a Grand Canyon tour, but we ended up visiting and indian reservation and had lunch at a tourist attraction, and I wasn't happy about that.

Cat was our tour guide. She was so knowledgeable about so much in addition to the Grand Canyon the entire time. She engaged the whole group so well that we felt a bond by the end of our tour. She was very cognizant of the schedule to allow good time for views, eating, and personal stops along the way. Her love for Sedona was very evident. She is perfect for this job!!

The Grand Canyon is fantastic! Our driver/tour guide Rasa did a great job. He is very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor.

I bought this as an experience for my mom and dad for mother’s/ father’s day. They both loved it. They said their tour guide, Kat, was very knowledgeable and accommodating. They got some beautiful pictures and had a nice time.

Traveling solo was not a problem. Sheldon our tour guide made us feel like one Big group. It was so comfortable. And the scenery was spectacular. We stopped at 8 different view points and each was different then the rest.

Our guide Cat was knowledgeable and funny. She fill us in on local knowledge and national park info. Enjoyed the trip, the van was comfortable and our fellow riders were a fun group.
